Interesting JBL dropped this decent headset for $20! Feel like if they had upped the build quality and materials to the $50 price point they really could have had a knockout here.
The microphone might be fine if you're only listening voice but in-game the low tone is muddy and with the game noise you won't sound very clear. There's a reason why high end headsets pack higher toned microphones.
Hello sir. I have an issue with this product and I'm hoping you might help me. I'm using a audio splitter since it only has one 3.5 mm jack and it picks up all internal audio from my pc.
Hello, I would like a reccomendation from you I use dt 770 80 ohm, akg 371, and some iems and I have currently no amp/dac I am quiet on budget since I bought 3 pairs of 40 eur leather pads
@@BaxTechYT Hello, again so I wanted to get schiit magni, but I live in europe... so unless I pay 50 eur for shipping im not getting it, I lookes into mt602 the one with tubes what do you think of that? I am mostly gaming and thats mostly hunt showdown a game where sound is everything, i got told tubes are bad for gaming?
@@spehco959 hmm I would say avoid tube amps if you’re main goal is for gaming, but they are great for music. Maybe look into a brand like FiiO which I believe ships around Europe as well. Or maybe even look at Schiit offerings on EBay for your area and see if you can snag a deal there!
ayo bud , quick question . after all this time (which is 5 months so far) did the headset survive the daily use stress , or failed misirably the durability test ? really interested about them , but im afraid of making my move since I don't want another piece of junk to visit the trash can again XD
Well sadly I haven't really used them much since I've had over headsets to test out. I did continue to use them for a week or so after this review and they still held up fine then! With overall materials used on these, I would say you'd want to be careful in how you handle them. They could definitely break pretty easily! But just as normal wear and tear, you'd for sure be able to get your money's worth out of them
@@BaxTechYT ayo .i found a headset called fantech mh82 , could you possibly review it . It looks so promising . Kinda seems suitable for some heavy duty stuff
Hello! Im currently looking for an upgrade from my boat rockerz 510 (budget headphones from 4 years ago), and something around 20-25 dollars, which headphones would say are the best for gaming around that pricepoint?
7:56 that's my plan. my headset broke down and I just need temporary headphones with mic until I can get a better one
“If they could have found a way to make the wiring plastic…” 🤣🤣🤣 always enjoy your commentary!
JBL is writing that idea down🤣
I am confused between this and tuf h3. which on is better ?
this or the same price hyperx ones ? for xbox and music ?
On Xbox, the separation in Forza is nice but music is awful. So tinny

For real! It does make me want to try out some of their other headsets though🤔
I bought a budget astro headset and even though they were better quality on the outside, these seem so much better for the money 100%

Why does mine sound way worse than yours and I have the same ones😢

The same thing is happening with me, have you found a solution?
JBL Quantum 100 vcs JBL Quantum 50? Which one better for gaming
does it have good noise cancellation? like canceling the keyboard clicks
They do a pretty good job of blocking out noise! They're 100% plastic, so it won't be the best. But for the price, they do a good job!
@@BaxTechYTAlright, thank you🤍

I highly recommend the Schiit magni amp! You can always get a dac later on, but the Schiit magni is really good at a very good price!

Hmm these are pretty solid for the price. That price range makes it tough to really give some solid recommendations
new sub btw :)
LESSSGOOO Thank you so much!!
this jbl q100 or mh630 ???
Hmm that’s a toughie. I do think overall the 630’s a much better build quality!
Could you review Corsair HS60?! :)
Heck yeah I can! I’ll add it to my list. Thanks for the suggestion🙏🏻
In my country they are in 37 dollars :'3
Are they worth $40? Cause that's what they are going on for right now.
$23 at Ross right now
$20? Try $60!
That's how much it cost to import from the USA to The Bahanas, I'm getting a pair for $70 delivered right as I type this.
