  • Content warning - discussion of sadness, anxiety and lowness during postpartum journey
Hi everyone - I hope you're doing well and are having a flare-free day. Today's video is a bit of a different one (more of a real and raw video diving into my recent experience with postpartum anxiety and sadness).
As a new mother, I experienced overwhelming emotions that I didn't expect. The constant worry, fear, and sadness were difficult to navigate, especially with the added burden of managing endometriosis symptoms. I felt isolated and misunderstood, struggling to find others who could relate to my unique situation.
I share the strategies and coping mechanisms that helped me cope during this challenging time, from seeking professional help to leaning on my support system.
I also shed light on the misconceptions surrounding postpartum mental health and endometriosis, aiming to raise awareness and break the stigma surrounding these issues. By sharing my story, I hope to provide comfort and support to others who may be facing similar struggles.
If you're navigating postpartum anxiety or living with endometriosis, know that you're not alone. Together, we can create a supportive community where we can share our experiences and find solace in knowing that we're understood.
Thank you for watching, and remember to prioritize your mental and physical health on this journey. Don't hesitate to reach out for help if you need it. You are stronger than you know, and brighter days are ahead.
