This is a project easy to customize to whatever you have on hand. Taking the time to repaint the skin color really made a difference. Great job with him.
If I had had ran hands I would have went right to ink washes to add filth,lol. With 6 feet of pvc you can really use odds and ends with some kind of head and bang out a nice prop to use for years. I hope they put out new one for next year.

Yes and no,lol. It's ok to use a foam.filled latex mask outside but direct sunlight, hot/cold temps and weather will degrade the latex faster. Seal it with a nice coat of Mop'n Glo( yes the floor wax) or spray them with Armor All and rub it in maybe once a week. If you can keep it in a sheltered area or on a porch under an eave out of direct sunlight that helps!

Frickin awesome! I know you said no latex, but I've been using a mask for a prop outside for about 7 years now. Because I didn't think about the sun. Is there anything I can use to try and preserve it? so it doesn't get sun damage.
Latex will always degrade over time. The sun and high/low temps just speed up the process. If your using a latex mask/head just give it a good coat of Armor All. Before you put it out and before you store it away for the year. Works like a charm!
Giant Kudos to Spirit Halloween it wasn't easy getting In contact with the right person , but when I did they addressed the issue which was a store failures to follow policy, and for my aggravation they 1 day shipped me a Krampus Animatronic, Customers Service In America is not totally dead in America yet at least not with Spirit Halloween but it was very aggravating trying to get a right email, which when I did communication were quick and very well handled .
So far I've been lucky and never had to deal with their customer service. I font buy alot of their animatronics which is probably their number 1 complaint. So far my sewer varmint is still working so no complaints there. I am seriously eyeballing their Caretaker this year so hopefully if i bite, I don't get bitten! Lmaooo

I haven't heard great reviews on Baphomet and I've never seen him in person yet. GHOULISH makes great stuff! I have several of their shrunken heads. That's great Spirit steps up and doesn't redirect you to a call center in Bombay! I believe those shipping charges! Thats crazy they gouged Spirit like that! I would have thought they got a deal on mass shipping. What did they ship you? A couch? Lmaoo. It's really cool they stepped up, especially a huge company cause you'd think they would blow you off like you were one of billions. Good job Spirit!
The Baphomet was cool but yeah it would definitely need a design rehaul , Head and horns were all good decent hard plastic but the bottom jaw wasnt fantastic at all as far as the rest of the head for long life durability just mediocre not the best but not the worst

Looks like a prop That would cost hundreds of dollars.
They were a steal at 2 for 75$ I think it was plus I got them on clearance I believe! A little bit of paint and elbow grease can go a long way.
