When i release the emotion, i no longer have an electrical charge (trigger) attached to the memory. It becomes only a fact.

I've read about pulling the emotions out so you clearly see different perspectives and make wise decisions.. But how do you keep them out to permanently heal???
Is it through being aware and constant practice?
A person who is emotionally available will not choose someone who is not emotionally available. That was good!!!
Beautiful episode. I especially am inspired by, “the work doesn’t have to be good or perfect, it just has to be TRUE”. Most of the time, I appreciate things in more of a raw form- the authentic form. Of an expression or of an act. For some reason though, Not being in the presentation of what I had expected for myself was causing me to pause and wait. But now I’m thinking I can embrace the non polished version of myself because, it’s my true self and the same goes for what I create and share. It’s my truth and that is something to be proud of- even just sharing it. Doesn’t mean it has to be someone else’s truth but it IS MINE and it’s honest. Not perfect t or polished. And that can help maybe more people than in a polished version of myself. ❤

Adam reflections on vulnerability and self-expression are truly profound! 🌟 It's a great reminder that embracing our emotions and being true to ourselves can lead to genuine peace and create impactful, authentic work.
Everytime Lewis asks, "where does that come from?", when you are "true" the inspiration & words come from your heart/soul which is his true self. Those who think from the mind can not fully feel & absorb his messages. That is the reason of much suffering/grief from the souls just truly being.
Okay, Seriously Lewis I am constantly in awe of EVERY SINGLE INTERVIEW, however, this one.... Absolutely! Creativity has the power to heal, uplift, and inspire. It allows us to express ourselves, process emotions, and find solace in the beauty of art. Whether it's painting, writing, or any other form of creativity, it can be a therapeutic outlet for healing and self-discovery. So go ahead and embrace your creativity! 🎨✨
And Lewis and his friends should be held accountable for years of ENSLAVEMENT. It's pathetic they exploit the things other people create,for fucking years
i am so glad to see and witness in real life and on youtube men who are vulnerable and r not afraid to feel their feelings and emotions. a lot is expected from a man and usually they r taught to dismiss what they feel. its a wonderful thing to be able to grow together with such a man who is capable of putting his armor down and strip naked. i am grateful for being part of the beautiful process both in him and me. and so glad for other people who are also capable of going down this road and for those who are gonna join us later on.

I dont see the word fuck so creative.
Every teenager is using it today because of adults and media....and 50 years old Joe Rogan says word "shit" often...
Some lady who has million subscribbers made a two years ago
a video about her 20 birthday talking about becoming adult etc and some fashion ideas, it was an hour long video....
and at some point after 5 minutes she started to talk and talk, and said the word Fuck" 50 times
in 8 minutes, so I didnt remember what she said because the word fuck was used so often.
So she probably said the wqord fuck 4 times in one minute or even more. so the million subscribers can leartn it too.
I was like its your birtday dont use the vulgar language if you celebrate something.
It makes no sense, but a so her face was serious.. I thought if she has a ,million subscribers she shouldnt be so negative.
In other video anpother lady was doing the same. She celebrated 50 000 subscribers and she was talking for an hour and used the word fuck in every sentence.
But its true humiliy and creativity is great thing.
Do not believe there is not good in the world. Know that there are a small group who want you to believe the opposite. We are in process of exposing and removing them. Have heart and prepare to be amazed.

Woke up today, and for the first time, I felt that shift, 'like oh, even though I was 'terrible' yesterday, I'm still alive and get to go again' Life really is a gift, cause I woke up! And I'm here. That's true. When we don't know what else really is true and can't validate anything with love, we can say I am here. I am enough! I am home!

I'm so glad I subscribed to your channel, Lewis. I never heard of IN-Q until today. I don't feel alone anymore knowing there are people like you have on your show in the world. I am a quantum physics fan. E-Motion (Energy in Motion) is something I'm very familiar with. There are a lot of teachers today that are talking about how powerful the "sub-conscious" mind is. That is Soul-less teaching. The subconscious has no affect on you without emotion, and if there is emotion present, it is not subconscious. You can meet it head on if you're honest with yourself.

Something great -not regarding the specific insights-is how two men are just able to talk about vulnerability, feelings, love. They are modeling being brave about incredible self reflection and self awareness which will increase mental health for men who struggle to be free to feel their feelings and then this increases health and happiness for people who love them.
Of course they are modeling for all humans regardless of gender but this will help free men from a social expectation of not exploring or being aware of feelings.
I need it in Spanish for my community ... Much needed for Spanish speakers omg I'm in tears for all the ideas I have 🙌 ... I'm trying my best but I need help !!!!! ❤
