I definitely felt that fear more than once. It feels like I have spent the past decade diving into fear. Its absolutely alignment but the key is being able to see your true alignment and be willing and able to self master enough to alter your alignment, and that’s the secret no one ever talks about

Lewis, have you ever brought on someone who does emdr? Integration of painful memories that cause those intellectual fears has been revolutionary for me. Once you integrate pain from the past it stops lacking the same intensity and fear in the present moment don't have the same power. I relate to your story about seeing your dad waste his potential. My dad is an amazing singer and plays the drums but now he doesn't do music at all and sits inside all day watching tv. It's really sad to see because he's a beautiful human very kind but he didn't believe in himself and now he's created a very lonely world for himself.
I had decided a long time that I wouldn't go down the same path as my father, Im currently working towards my dreams and goals and breaking down beliefs that hold me back. Music is actually one of my main passions and I won't waste it 💕🙏🏻
