Rice Bread Recipe:
1 glass of rice.
2 glasses of water.
100ml milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
6 grams of dry yeast.
250 grams of wheat flour.
15 ml sunflower oil.
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 50-60 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!

The bread blew out it's sides. There is too much moisture and it's the wrong kind of pan.

@bara7331 Literally what I posted. Look at the sides of the bread. That's called a blowout. It happens when there is too much moisture. Also, the shape of the pan you use is dictated by the type of bread you are making. That bread should have been done in a half height loaf pan so it could expand correctly.
You can tell also if you look closely at the bread itself when she cuts it, it's denser at the bottom and fluffier on top. That's from the rapid expansion from too much moisture.
I've been an executive chef for 30 years if you are curious as to how I noticed.
We lived in Heidelberg for 2 1/2 years. We worked in Schwetzingen. Fun times when we were 22. Great way to start a marriage..56 years this year!!!

One small suggestion, if I may offer: once you have cooked your rice, if it is possible to leave it aside to cool for 1 or 2 hours, before proceeding with mixing your flour and sunfower oil &c.
The rice will then change to (digestion) resistant starch. With perhaps a reduction of 1/2 the calories, plus being very good for the health of your gut bacteria.
This tip is also effective for pasta and for potatoes.
As a type 2 diabetic, I discovered this tip in my researches, as I learned how to successfully cure my diabetes.

das sieht wunderbar aus: On my father's side of the family, his father was French/Lebanese and his mother was German. I am not sure, but I think she was from Essen. As a boy, he learned how to cook many German, French and middle-eastern foods. A few times when I was growing up, he made the rice bread and I loved it, but my all time favorite German dish was sour braten. On my mother's side, she was Italian/Mohawk. She also was a fantastic cook, so my brothers and sisters and I always had fantastic meals. I learned a lot from both my parents. While in the monastery studying for the priesthood, my favorite chore assignment was in the kitchen cooking. When I was on cooking duty, my brother monks never knew what culinary treat they were going to have from one day to the next.

Real bread never includes eggs. Bread with eggs is cake. Yes I know about challah and so on, but those also fall under "cake" in my book.

Hallo tolles Rezept. Da ich mein Brot auch selber Backe werde ich dieses auch ausprobieren. Ich habe schon verschiedenes Mehl gemischt und und daraus Brot gebacken. Die ersten gingen in die Hose sprich die wurden nichts, aber irgendwann hatte ich das richtige Rezept für verschiedene Brote gefunden. Gruß aus Deutschland Hessen Stadt Gernsheim am Rhein.❤
