가수 아이유와 싱어송라이터 제휘가 tvN 수목드라마 ‘나의 아저씨’(연출 김원석, 극본 박해영)의 OST로 완벽한 호흡을 선보였던 ‘Dear Moon’은 닿을 수 없는 존재인 달이 주는 빈곤함과 쓸쓸함, 그리고 따뜻함이라는 상반된 느낌을 담은 노래로 아이유가 직접 작사를 맡은 바 있다.
“My Moon 널 안으려는 게 아냐”, “내 품에 안기엔 턱없이 커다란 걸 알아”, “네가 나에게 이리 눈 부신 건 내가 너무나 짙은 밤이기 때문인 걸”과 같은 서정적인 가사가 리스너들의 감성을 자극할 것으로 기대를 모았다.
더욱이 ‘Dear Moon’은 싱어송라이터 제휘가 처음으로 자신의 목소리를 세상에 알리는 노래이기도 했다. 그는 고등학교 재학 중에 아이유 리메이크 앨범 ‘꽃갈피’ 타이틀 곡 ‘나의 옛날이야기’를 편곡한 것을 시작으로 치즈의 ‘긴 꿈에서’, 정승환의 ‘눈사람’ 등을 작곡해 음악성을 입증한 바 있다.
때문에 이 곡은 아이유의 ‘밤 편지’와 정승환의 ‘눈사람’ 등 여러 곡에서 완벽한 호흡을 자랑했던 아이유 작사, 제휘 작곡이라는 조합으로 인해 많은 관심이 쏠렸으며,
1화부터 드라마의 주요 장면에 '큰 보름달'과 함께 인상깊게 삽입되었던 곡으로 많은 시청자들의 기대 또한 한 몸에 받았던 곡이다.

don't be fool by it's gloomy tone/appearance, this drama is "depressingly beautiful". the two main characters are really well written. best perfomance by lee ji eun, rip lee sun kyun. best korean drama ever.

Agreed 100%. It gets into every nook and cranny of humanity. I think a huge part of is it two-fold: the sound, and the humanity.
When I think of the sound, it's not just the soundtrack, which happens to be amazing, but the overall sound of the shooting script. They should have (and I hope they did) won multiple awards.
And then the actors (THE THREE MAIN REASONS!) portrayed all the uncomfortable aspects of humanity while still *retaining humanity (even some of the ghouls had shreds of humanity in them), but it just pushed and pulled at all things work, family, and life, while it threw in some curves. I can't stop thinking back to it. I have watched it twice now, and want to watch it again, but fear I will just go back to the well too many times. It is positively stunning.

블루레이도 있지만 보고 있으면 감정선 따라가며
같이 힘들어서 다시 보기가 쉽지 않다.
