some of my biggest mistakes training jiujitsu naturally were lifting to heavy in my training for a long period and then the other is shifting to not lifting or stretching at all. Injuries are hard to avoid over time in this sport but a perfect routine really does up consistency and lower injury frequency and severity most of the time. I found active rest, and warming up with specific movements better than stretching too. I think when you start to really stiffen up is when you body is failing to return to 0 point and fully recover and you just start to build more and more tension increasing injury rate 10x. Its a sport that demands optimal strength to flexibility ratio
being better the less you train means you already fully mapped the movements and understanding of the game in your head and your body is just fully recovered when you go back to train. it means you train when you aren't at 100% often which is normal.
gaming also can be a good thing to help reset/ recenter you and increase your active focus. it can be overstimulating for some and effect recovery but for others it can help. it depends how you approach it. its all about optimizing just like jiujitsu training. sitting in a chair for 12 hours is bad. If you alternate between sitting and standing, take short breaks often, turn the back light down on the screen and blue light off, you can game a lot. It alll has to be balanced under a strict routine with a rule set. its more active for your brain thann reading. Also no one ever sweats reading but they do gaming. You burn more calories at rest gaming than reading or meditating/ staring at a wall.
Honestly, Nicky Ryans non-existent Aqua Teen Hunger Force-esque ego is actually admirable.

It seemed like the devil (Craig) was ecstatic that he was ridiculing the Leprechaun, who wasn't happy about it, but let most of the jokes slide. Then my super high faded and I realized that the Leprechaun, while small and magical, would demolish me in a grappling match, and I'm a decent grappler. The Leprechaun doesn't win much (I think due to event IQ, not skill set) but probably has more grappling knowledge than 99.99% of the planet. Both the devil and the leprechaun are grappling national treasures, protect them at all costs.
