- Take a look at this exciting and insightful behind-the-scenes footage from the latest 007 adventure, Skyfall, exclusive to Honda as a partner of this 23rd James Bond film and in the celebratory 50th year of the film's franchise.
The footage gives an exclusive snapshot of the film's action vehicle and stunt crew's preparations for Skyfall with the modified and 'dressed' Honda CRF250R motorcycles. The insider commentary about the thrilling opening chase sequence action from Gary Powell, chief stunt co-ordinator, reveals the secrets of some of the chase scene stunts that were filmed on the rooftops of Istanbul. The Turkish guise 'Police' and 'Street Merchant's' bikes were created from the class-leading Honda CRF250R motorcycle, courtesy of Chris Corbould's award-winning Special Effects team, and in this footage shows 007 (Daniel Craig) riding his motorbike though a Turkish street market as he pursues henchman, Patrice (Ola Rapace).

Yes, the X versions are set up to be road legal but mine is the R version which has been legally converted and registered for road use. It is supermoto at the mo and has front and rear lights which give you the choice to use it day or night. If you don't want lights then you can just get a daytime MOT, no indicators required. Oh and you need a horn fitted. I have a short vid of it showing off the amazing horn, take a look.

It was already registered for the road when I bought it. All it has had done is headlight, rear light and horn. You don't need the lights really, you could just run it on a daytime MOT.

actually a CRF250X...the R version is not able to be registered. the X version is the enduro. has lights and blinkers and all the normal crap on it. including an ADR plate.
They do look similar don't they...

These racing engines in the crf dont surwife full throttel highway rides or long travel on the road.Watch for CRf L .

You can actually see the bond double in the movie itself. lol I saw that it wasn't Bond the first time watching the movie. Bad editing guys.
I just re-watched it and you definitely can't tell it's a stunt double. They have digitally added Daniel Craig's face to the rider.

Honda is great, but this "film" is SKYFAIL. Worst Bond ever.
