Well here's my story , What I learnt from watching shaurya's videos for more than a year.. Due to online schooling I started spending a lot of time on RUclips and randomly one day shaurya's college reaction video popped in my recommendation , watched it and subscribed ( the best decision) . Before watching shaurya's videos I was totally unaware about the US college applications , requirements etc .... I learnt a lot from his videos and adopted a lot of the tips and values . I don't know what future brings, but I'm really glad for being a part of this community (30% gang ). Shaurya thank youuuuuuu sooooo much for such a precious content. Your content has positively impacted me :)
I really can't thank you enough for this particular video. I need to switch schools for grade 11 but admissions haven't begun yet and I got a rejection from a school I had applied to. I am left with nothing but to figure things out right now but I just could not. This video really helped me. Thanks a cupcake ton :)

This video definitely came out after some deep introspection and self realisation. The fact that you learnt so many things in a year and your readiness to put your thoughts out on such a social platform like RUclips is bizzare. One thing leads to the other and I don't have a better example for that other than you. I'm glad you didn't go to Stanford immediately too or else this video wouldn't have come up. Hey sharuya! Great content. Also quick question, in the midst of unstructured exploration, there's a lot of imbalance where I burn off/take it too far on one day and then the next day there's the dip. Any thoughts?
Try to set a time limit for yourself. If you're enjoying an activity, it's very easy to get carried away and spend hours on it. I think that's great - and won't necessarily lead to burnout. However, it's when you consistently overwork yourself that the mental state decreases. Try to have a hard stop - and please don't sacrifice too much sleep :)

yes he is right I am prathiksha from tamilnadu generally in south India taking a gap year especially south asian I was terribly misjudged but then I convienced my parents to let me take a gap year and I took a lot of extra time and explored it was worth it .I do recommend it too students.

I really don't even know what to say right now. I can't thank you enough dude! Ok, since it's RUclips I want to share something vulnerable : I was in a school till grade 10 that costed around 70000 per year or around 966 US dollars (i mean like the fees increased every year, this was of like my first two high school years or something). And it was gonna be 83,000 for grade 11 (1134 US dollars/something) and unfortunately, my family is going through a financial crisis right now so I am supposed to be changing schools. BUT, MY DREAM IS TO BECOME A PSYCHOLOGIST AND STUDY ABROAD THROUGH A SCHOLARSHIP/FINANCIAL AID (but i've heard that if you apply for a financial aid the chances are way less of getting in than a scholarship) AND SO, I NEED TO HAVE PSYCHOLOGY AS A SUBJECT IN 11th AND 12th. Hey Shaurya, your mic isn't boosting your voice very well. You might wanna try using Voicemeter Banana (Basically a software Audio Interface). Adjust the gain and noise gate to minimize any background noise (Big issue on condenser mics). Edit: I think your primary recording device isn't set as the mic.
OKAY SO - I reshot this video twice. I had my mic's gain set to 100% which shot my audio quality completely and had to thus rely on my shotgun mic on the camera. But thank you for noticing and also sending a solution :)

8th is probably a little early - but yes! We do have aid in September for low income first generation students only

Hey Shaurya, your mic isn't boosting your voice very well. You might wanna try using Voicemeter Banana (Basically a software Audio Interface). Adjust the gain and noise gate to minimize any background noise (Big issue on condenser mics).
Edit: I think your primary recording device isn't set as the mic.
OKAY SO - I reshot this video twice. I had my mic's gain set to 100% which shot my audio quality completely and had to thus rely on my shotgun mic on the camera. But thank you for noticing and also sending a solution :)
