Dot OOS is 2/32” tread for drive and TRL tires, if those tires are 4/32” or more then I would not have changed them and found someone else to inspect my equipment. Unfortunately most shops out here are only looking to gouge you because they’re not making money on just an inspection.

Hello Tim. The tires look good. I have I tread depth tool so I can check the 32nds. As long as you have tread all the way around and depth of tread is no less than 4/32nds. Should pass inspection. Hey the shirts are cool !!

These are trailer tires so 2/23nds is good.

Does anyone consider the age of the tires?

Well im old school. Sorry but I change mine at the 80 per cent rule. For trl thats around 5/32nds to 6. Dot is just a minimum to make company's change their tires.

@@LifeisGood2018 wow they still were good for me to use then. Why did he say they were bad. Oh well todays drivers I guess. Hope all is well. Have you been to the track lately. Miss your videos out here

They look worn out to me. You should have shone a tread gauge on the video. Then you could have proved they were still good, instead of just taking your word for it.
