Perhaps that big triangle of squares between mars/ sun to jupiter to neptune/saturn/uranus is the sort of thing that makes nervous, ocd, addictive. You are really calm, quiett person, Libra. I was sort of wondering because mainly people go to therapists for such problems generally over long term. Astrologers are not covered by medical insurance but basically would probably be able to logically see energetic connections in system and with development of transits, etc. to tell maybe how/ why one gets so stressed, sick. It has been a hobby of mine for awhile but putting it in serious context of mental illness had not really occurred to me. Aliya's esoteric hobbies would seem to suggest its use for you perhaps. Personal horoscope is supposed to be personal mandala to meditate on, see oneself in. It is a shame psychiatrists don't learn about it. Lots of doctors nowadays learn acupuncture and other alternative methods and believe in them. Times change but not so quickly as we would like them to.
energyflow i’ve actually been an astrologer for 10 years and am working on a birthday chart right now for myself! There’s definitely a connection to the dominating brain waves and the seasons of the year and the time of the year person was born and how that affects their mental house I’ve noticed. I’m pretty into alternative I teach yoga and attend yoga therapy with my therapist. I can’t afford acupuncture but I do do bodywork and get body work done sometimes by my husband who is a massage therapist. I wouldn’t have the tools I need if I didn’t take all of them hehe !! If you get bored/lonely and want to talk I'm generally around :) I agree with you, try to treat it as a vacation where you get to pamper your body and rest and do things you enjoy.
