I was listening to the BWV 937 Little Prelude in E Major, and after hearing one metronomic, fast performance after another I heard Andrea and got lost in this little masterpiece. That brought me here. I've never heard anyone quite play like him, and I just love his whole concept. In the Little Prelude his playing is utterly improvisatory, with repeats totally different and all sorts of added notes. I wrote out his version for a student. This guy is a genius. He brings such warmth and humanity to Bach. His touch is exquisite, pedal masterful, everything dances. Such subtlety. God, what a fine musician!

I also love the beautiful balance between the - small - orchestra and the piano. This is one heck of a performance, easily the best I've listened to in the last 40 years.

Ho dato uno sguardo al tantissimi commenti . Tutti entusiasti. Applausi strameritati!

I just passed this video on to 40 friends, mostly in the states. The encore piece is both beautiful and beautifully interpreted. Notevole interpretazione!

Powerful performance! In numerous steps he competes (and sometimes wins, in my opinion) the best performances of these concerts. Not least, the feeling of counterpoint with the orchestra. A Bach bright, with original treatment of the keyboard that maintains the source of harpsichord music and sometimes is inspired by a pathos sourced organ. Thank you teacher! Please allow me: continue with Bach ... we definitely need.
