@@manuelp7472 you're correct. It's the unfortunate truth of the modeling industry as it stands. Are people beautiful in their own way? Sure. He‘s focusing completely on „marketability“ which makes it a lot less personal to the people hearing they wouldn‘t find work in the industry. And as he says, his personal opinion is very different from his job, and he refrains from sharing personal opinions. Just very professional, which means the people he talks to will also be more professional.

To be BRUTALLY honest (key word: BRUTALLY) is usually just a code word for people who use that term to be fucking assholes to other people.
Usually people who label themself as „brutally honest“ say stuff like „LMAO WHY DO YOU LOOK LIKE THE GIRL OF THE RING IN THAT DRESS“ - „YOU LOOK LIKE SHIT TODAY“ - „WHO GAVE YOU THOSE PANTS? GRANDMA??“
All of these can be interpreted as jokes if they are said BETWEEN FRIENDS but in my experience, both irl, from other people and from stories on the internet is that brutally honest people might say those things to anyone, even people they barely know or have just met, not just friends.
      Hope that cleared it up.
Edit: of course not everyone who says they‘re brutally honest are like that. Some just give genuine criticism which is „xy looks good, but it‘d look netter that way“ or „xy doesn‘t fit you, try zy“. But I‘m not gonna talk about a small percentage in a huge majority.

The way he stands, how his hand gestures and his choice of words feel so confident, calculated yet natural, I'm just impressed by social capabilities

It just feels made up imo. Like a fake kindness. But that might be because he finds other things attractive than what fashion finds attractive

This guy is a wordsmith, and knows how to rate people without them feeling like absolute garbage. Seems like he likes tall people, I am 6' where's my model recruitment? :P

Well most high fashion model has a certain average height. They tend to be on the taller side so that's what he's basing that on.

The model industry usually goes for taller people. That's just how it is. So that's why he cares about that. Being short makes getting hooked a lot harder often times

it's not that he 'likes' tall people. he's just establishing what the standard for the industry is, and that's tall. from all of my years of watching ANTM anyone under 5'8" will be told they are short at some point lol

I know everyone else has already said this but it's so nice to see such professionalism. The fact that he always keeps his distance from the person is really important to put them at ease
