“Oh well, I don’t need friends.” Is a common statement made by these type. And the fact is that her friends don’t need her. She probably has a nice family that more or less has to put up with her attitude, and can’t figure out why others don’t like her.
Maria barely qualifies as above average. Colorful Sean is well above average and everyone else would be considered highly intelligence. Scores above 130 are almost universally ranked highly intelligent.
this is what i found ironic too.. they keep stating intelligence is on IQ and EQ but they seem to pretentiously rank themselves solely on school education. Where is their EQ to realize that is not a correct form to rank?

I like how Maria thinks she should be at the top because of her degrees and Tyler at the bottom. Then when she’s at the bottom, she says there’s more to intelligence. That’s what Tyler was saying the whole time but everyone still put him at the bottom.
The Marine is absolutely more intelligent than her. Narcissists have to self-protect at all times and that is exactly what we saw with the two clown women.
Tyler could have said something sharp and painful at the end. But knowing that he didn't and instead he said something funny about himself just to lighten up the mood made me respect him.
You can tell that the Harvard guy was used to being the smartest guy in the room. He was humble and well-spoken. That in itself is a huge part of intelligence.
IDK, there are intelligent psychopaths, malignant narcissists, etc. Evil people can be very intelligent, and often aren't what you'd call "humble." Bundy wasn't quite a genius but he was above average in intelligence for sure, and certainly not humble. If the response is that because these people are morally abhorrent and arrogant, this means they're not "intelligent," then that's just debating the semantics of the word, perhaps to a disingenuous point.
@A for Apple But he handled it like a champ. He even said that if he were in their place, he would have ranked him the same. Tyler's confidence is just the right amount that's needed for success imo. As someone who lacks that, I really wish I could be more like him in that regard...
@You alright boi ? I wanna see how well you do when a bunch of people puts you down and kinda laughs at your face, while no one backs you up. Judging by your reply, I'd say you'd be more defensive.
And the fact that one of the gyal said she dont respect the military as well?? Basically calling his entire profession a joke and a waste of money. Imagine saying that to an artist.
@katj well you might not think that after you learn what a CBRN defense specialist really is....Chemical Biological Radiation Nuclear defense specialist. He's definitely got bigger accomplishments
The fact that Maria tried not to judge the pink hair dyed person based on their looks yet automatically judges Tyler for going to the military really shows her intelligence… or lack there of
I knew a guy who had previously driven a tank, he was the the smartest chemist of his year. Another big fellow played high school football and was into metal, he got a masters in physics. If college doesn't help a person discard some of their prejudices, they did it wrong.
My husband's a Marine. He sure knows a lot about physics. Because of that, I had chosen military guy as #1. I had the pretty computer engineer girl as #2 :), social media as #3
Well, he did grow up in a family of immigrants. The majority of families and children who immigrated to another country are humble because everything has to be earned, and nothing is given.
At the end of the day, even if the military guy wins this video, Maria still wins in life and her contributions to society. Her very profession allows her to think and not just follow orders.
I think Tyler being put in the bottom from most people but having an above average iq shows that the military is overhated and underestimated. Some of the smartest people I know are military personnel.
Maria's arrogance and finishing last was extremely satisfying. I find it hilarious that they all suddenly discount the IQ test when the results weren't what they expected
The irony is you're the arrogant one. Maria's 113 IQ is still very high. The other 4 are literally geniuses. Many people here have never met a person with an IQ of over 130, thats how rare it is. And this show somehow got 4 of them? Theres foul play/manipulation involved. The arrogance is on you for not seeing through it
No respect or value in military mindset, experience, and skills. America how far we have fallen. The Marine is definitely the most capable in any environment just like most service members. The others have a shocking amount of insecurities and the sad thing is I’m not surprised with how our society has brainwashed everyone into thinking that academic education is on this pedestal 😅😂
11:05 It is popular to dismiss IQ tests as flawed or having been discredited in various ways, but in fact they remain an uncannily accurate psychometric predictor of success.
@Fotter as a PhD student too, I can guaranty you that if someone bragg that much about having a PhD, especially when around who don't, it's a coping mechanism to hide the fact that they aren't that smart.
Maria has an impressive ability to disprove everything she says. “IQ is important” proceeds to say IQ isn’t important when she scores low. “I have high emotional intelligence” gets mad.
Seeing the girl with the biggest ego get the lowest IQ score after ranking herself so high, really made my morning. Especially because I know so many people like her.
Maria is an example of someone who may be extremely good in 1 thing, but has a complete unawareness of how much she lacks in other aspects, and for that, makes sense she is on the lower end.
Exactly. Thats waht happened in this video. Maria is really intelligent but in this video we have to consider the fact that the guys who works with numbers like CS are more exposed to the kind of questions that often comes in IQ tests and they were able to hone their skills by practicing it over time. Im sure the iq test didnt have any biology questions and much reasoning and decision questions which maria spent her life to hone those particular skills than logical or spatial skills which the people who works with numbers spent their time improving. Maria is really intelligent than most of the common people but its just that she is less exposed to questions like this and her focus was honing other skills which would help in her career.
@Arthur Chudlinski An IQ score of 112 is 77th percentile (out of 100 people higher than 77 people) so depending on the test used an IQ score of 112 is in the high average or above average range and is a relatively high IQ score in the general population. An overall IQ score is also made up of individual subtest scores so it is possible that the range of individual subtest scores a person got may vary from one another.
@Ibrahim Sohaib Sada was definitely cringe. "I mean I'm autistic, dyslexic, half blind, allergic to text books, have the same disease as Dory from Finding Nemo, but I'm still basically a genius. It's basically impossible for me to pass an IQ test because of all my problems, so in reality I basically had the highest score if I wasn't at such a huge disadvantage." Her parents have definitely been telling her all her life that she is special and that the deck is stacked against her.
My stepmom graduated from Harvard with great grades and a degree in biology. She proceeded to become an anesthesiologist. My mom got a business PHD. My dad is an internal medicine doctor. They all agree you don’t have to have a certain IQ to do a job and that as long as you work hard you can get there. I from the start knew the guy in the brown jacket had a high “iq” just didn’t receive a formal education. If he said he got a phd in physics and a masters in math people would rank him differently even if he proceeded to say the same things and hold himself in the same way.
Kaylee knew her placement would be higher from the get go. I think she was placed lower because she didn’t talk as much and didn’t have the prestigious college to automatically place her higher, but she was clearly an underdog from the get go.
@Neele all of the rankings were a matter of prejudice, not just her. And it’s not like she ranked very low, she was only a 4. I agree with OP here honestly. They seemed to be focused on rank based off of profession and education. Their highest (perceived) ranks had the most higher education, went to prestigious universities or had quaternary jobs ranked 1-3 (Yale, Harvard and PHD girl). The final two ranks had the most unconventional jobs/degrees in with the neon guy and military as 5-6 so it only made sense (going by their logic) to put Kaylee 4. As she was an in between to both sides.
@@NaishaS I saw that Ray commented and he majored in neurobiology. I assumed that he did finance when he said he worked in consulting. So I'm wondering if it changes your opinion at all? Cuz I agree, a PhD in anything is so difficult and Computer Science is something I cannot grasp at all.
@@christinehan1837 I think it would. I’d put him either above Kaylee or equal to Kaylee. These ranking change a bit after I hear more about their rankings. For example, after hearing about all the impediments (not sure if that’s the correct word) Sada has, I’d also consider her highly intelligent. I don’t know if that has to do with my personal bias or not.
I also love how the one who said "I don't really hold the military in high regard" and also said "it's a number you had to contend with" suddenly started talking about how it's flawed after military guy beat her.
that wouldnt happen because a narcissist wouldnt receive treatment in the first place. Thing is, you dont need a high IQ to memorize. You dont have to be smart to be a doctor, just willing to memorize and be average
@@jcss. You have no clue what you're talking about. I not only retired from the Marine Corps, but also did recruiting. The standards to get into the Marine Corps academically are higher than most colleges. We denied a lot of kids that wanted to join, that ended up just going to college instead and a lot of them couldn't even pass the ASVAB. So, you proved nothing with your hearsay and attempt to admonish this Marine's intelligence as a "unique outlier" when in fact, the schooling most of us went to was harder than most colleges.

She also rabbited on about EQ while demonstrating that she has absolutely no Emotional Quotient. She's cocky, she's narcissistic and she has no regard for the feelings of others.
them saying he doesnt have a high EQ because of the way he holds himself...he took everything they said to him so well and even joked about being called the least intelligent by every single person.
But then again, if he does this, it will show that he has low EQ (based on marias point of view hahah) so in my opinion, him being calm and relax really does shows what an intelligent person he is.
But since he's very Emotionally intelligent he didn't take that opportunity to bash an already bruised ego. And it would've made him look like an asshole even if that woman deserved it.
I love the fact that sada and Maria made it seem as if the iq test really determined how smart they are at first because everyone thought they were gonna come out as the smartest but after the test they were all like “it’s not even that accurate.” 🤣
I love how Maria shot herself in the face so many times! She put Tyler 6th because he ranked intelligence based on his point of view…which is exactly what she hypocritically did too. And several times she claimed that intelligence is also based on EQ (I guess forgetting what the damn “I” in IQ stands for) and how she has a high EQ, but then she’s arrogant about her credentials and she handles being last place by giving a bunch of sour grapes excuses. Not as bad as Sada though who goes from “IQ tests give you a number” to “they don’t measure intelligence. They are now known to be flawed”. She has the lowest EQ out of the bunch. Tyler on the other hand, not only is he one of the smartest people, but he also has one of the highest EQ since he handled everyone ranking him low extremely well.

@@mirandafreidberg1659 The least privileged people in the room were Tyler and Ray. Tyler never had any formal education, And Ray was the son of an immigrant family. The most privileged were Sada, Maria and Kaylee. Sada despite having several learning disabilities was able to attend one of the most prestigious colleges in the nation, Maria had the opportunity to complete the most formal education, and Kaylee as a software developer probably makes the most money out of all of them, but I'd be willing to wager all of them make 2 - 3x more money than Tyler does based on their career choices and formal education so I don't see how Ray and Tyler are the most "privileged" unless the word "privilege" has to do with their race, color of their skin or gender in which case, It's a bit racist, xenophobic and homophobic to judge people that way, no?
Sada is that type of person who carries around all these diagnoses, from autism to ADHS, and it is so cinvinient because every time she needs an explanation for something, she pulls that card. In her opinion she is actually above Tylor, and probably she thinks she is actually the most intelligent in the room, but she can't do better because she has "sever dyslexia" and that's the reason two questions were totally impossible to answer. That way she can always talk herself into the believe that in reality she's more intelligent than the IQ test, her skills, her success, her abilities would suggest. I see this again and again. People use diagnoses like autism, ADHD and so on to justify anything. However, this also leads people to overestimate themselves by totally exaggerating the severity of these diagnoses. Nowadays, almost everyone is on some spectrum. My nephew is autistic, And it's really autistic! How much is Sada really affected by it? I would say not at all! Except she needs it as a justification for something. She talks to herself, that would be the reason why she has learned Spanish for 12 years, and still has no more mastered than a few sentences.
@cat-iu5pu English is not my mother tongue! I don't even live in an English-speaking country! I think it should still be allowed to participate in a conversation, or do you see it differently? Also, I practice English by writing comments. What's wrong about that?
Was rooting for Kaylee. She wasn’t putting herself as out there as the others but from what she did say you could tell she has better self-awareness than some of the others and clearly has the book smarts as well.
Right, working for a law firm and being a software developer is no joke. Sada and Ray didn't need to explcitly talk about their profession because going to Yale and Harvard was enough. Kaylee and Maria especially talked about their jobs but since Ohio University and University of South Carolina/Florida aren't as prestigious it affected their ranking.
I think she was trying to put herself out there a decent amt. she also complained about men oppressing her intelligence by her being a women, which I think she tried to make a stereotype even though that does not happen everywhere. (However there are still jerks out there) and said that being a software developer makes her problem solving “top notch.” I was rooting for Maria, and I don’t think the IQ test gave her a fair ranking. I mean, getting a PHD in biology takes a lot of booksmarts and problem solving.
I knew Kaylee and Ray were the smartest, just based on how they presented themselves and what they do. Their jobs (Software Developer and Consulting, respectively) require a lot of analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving so it correlated with the IQ test.
I agree. Kaylee seemed like the best listener too . The biotech lady seemed like she already knew how she was going to place everyone the second she saw them
i've always said this... it's actually a sign of intelligence when you realize you're not the smartest person in a varied situation. it's called humility, and it makes people respect you. when you're not a victim of the dunning-kruger effect, you're open to a wider knowledge base than a "know-it-all."
She said its about EQ but couldn't navigate the situation in a way that would come off as less offensive and more compassionate while delivering the same message. I dont think even think shes aware of the emotions she feels herself most of the time. she is at best average in emotional intelligence.
Having a high EQ requires an individual to have a high emotional self-awareness such as being aware of a struggle with narcissism and delusions. Maria, or whatever her name is, was not self-aware at all.
She has no emotional intelligence judging people by such superficial traits. She is extremely judgy and inflexible. Sada is too emotionally uncontrolled aswell. Lack of control is also a sign of not being so smart, whether it’s her Iq or Eq. It’s easy to say you are street smart- who wouldn’t say that about oneself.
Part of an IQ test is exactly how the ASVAB works: how fast you can adapt and learn with new information. It follows that scoring high on the ASVAB would rate you high on the IQ test as well(for that section at the minimum).
no but even with that comment about his outfit she was already judging! LOL why would someone's outfit have to do with their intelligence? I really doubt it does.
I like that Maria’s reasoning for ranking Tyler the lowest is the way he carries himself when he carries himself very well and is extremely well spoken.
Indeed, this guy knows what he is worth. No more no less. He is not ashamed, he is nor arrogant either. He’s just based AF. She just can’t handle the fact that “some guy from the military” would be a very intelligent person indeed. She carries herself a lot worse, she seems to think she is so bright 🤡 but how wrong she was hahaha While 112 is a respectable score it is not “high” at all. I had 132 on a series of tests I did when I was in high school. They found out I have a high iQ but I also have dyscalculia and a form of Asperger. 🤷♂️ So while intelligent and an expert in some areas of my obscure and random interests, I am socially awkward around strangers and cannot do smalltalk. If I know people I’m not awkward or shy at all tho.
@@claudyfocan731 There was a lot of prejudice against Tyler for being in the military by most participants. Not a great sign of intelligence from them.
@@claudyfocan731 Is testing your IQ and getting your score back an American thing? I grew up and was educated in New Zealand and I never recall taking an IQ test much less being told my score. If I ever did no one told me and it never really had any impact in my life though I did get placed into higher classes. Though I suspect that was performance-based rather than on potential. But after moving to the US it seems like everyone seems to know their score.
I've wondered what Maria meant by that when she said she based her ranking of Tyler on the way he carried himself and interacted with the group. After thinking about it, I think she may just be obliquely referring to the few times Tyler pushed back. One is when she asked if he thought anyone could do his job, and he said "no" and explained why he thought that. The other incident was way Raymond (?) asked if anyone thought they were on the other end of the scale, and Tyler spoke up. I really think those may be what she's describing. Ironically, I think she would have a stronger case if she just based her ranking on his level of education and his military career. I'm sure the military employs lots of intelligent people, but they also employ people of below average intelligence at least some of the time. It's superficial, but it would at least have some validity to it.
Fun fact: Harvard consulting guy got his degree in neurobiology but unlike some people didn't feel a need to mention it because her considers his job more defining.
Maria and Sada said that Tyler is only viewing things from one perspective, but them putting Sean lower just because he didn't do tons of academic stuff also shows that they themselves are viewing things in only their own (one) perspective
Also Sada’s reasoning being he doesn’t like the military which is completely irrelevant, shows she isn’t as emotionally intelligent as she talks about being since she can’t put her emotions aside for a judgement on intelligence which has nothing to do with the military
@@exiledanon1406 I guess that depends person to person, there are studies that show it is real but also vice versa. I believe it to be quite real, anything you can learn from and with a lot of things, our emotions play a part in our decision making and reasoning so for me, it is very real
@@exiledanon1406 also when I saw emotional intelligence, I don’t mean it as actual intelligence which what I think you’re confusing it with, it’s how you identify others emotions and understand that, and how you learn from your own emotions and put it aside when you need to make a decision, e.g some people make decision because they think from their heart which may necessarily not be the best for them therefore they would have a low emotional intelligence
I'd say she had good social skills, in terms of showing confidence in talking to people, but since she started off thinking a little too highly of herself she behaved more arrogantly, then became more insecure towards the end when she found the sad truth.
Imo responding fast to conversations doesn’t make you intelligent, if anything it would show the opposite however i still think how he spoke showed that he was pretty clever
I agree. It's not about the how fast you talk, it's about how much sense you talk, and to be a fast confident talker while simultaneously making a lot of sense is pretty much an indicator he is clever.
Jubilee is honestly wild. They somehow manage to always get at least one person who is unbelievably unlikable and holds ideas that are categorically wrong. The villains on this show go crazy. 5 years down the line Jubilee needs to collect all these villains and make a special episode or something. Maybe like a heroes vs villains survivor situation
@2839xjxj Idk if they even need sociologists and psychologists to choose. I suspect they get submission videos and make some of their picks based on extreme traits people show in their submissions. The harder one was the marine with the high IQ. I imagine he either already knew and mentioned it in his submission in some way or they IQ tested a bunch of people and then picked the ones they wanted in the video.
It's like I'm watching a completely different video, who exactly was the villain in this video? Everyone was acting relatively respectfully towards each other, given the fact that they are literal strangers
I love how Sada pointed out the possible prejudice of putting an Asian dude in first but failed to acknowledge the fact that she placed a marine at the bottom because she “doesn’t place a value on the military.” The irony!!
The marine was the youngest of them and he was pretty arrogant with his answers. He also ranked Sean low based on his bright color choices. They were all judging each other. Maria and Tyler were both pretty self absorbed though
My favorite part about all of this is that Tyler actually told everyone how smart he was(the asvab IS an intelligence test and he scored higher than 94 percent of other test takers) but the other participants lacked the knowledge to understand what this meant.
@@ferdelancee in the mid 80's you had to be granted a waiver if you scored lower than a 50 even for the marine corps. Standards have plummeted since apparently.
They judged him based on social constructs and not intelligence unfortunately. Those tests are hard, as are IQ tests and like it or not, IQ tests are a standard measure if intelligence for a reason.
Sean seemed the most likeable of the bunch, personality wise. I'd put Harvard grad #2, Tyler #3. Blonde girl #4, Maria dead last. Why are the women the most snooty and arrogant of the bunch when it comes to "intelligence"? I see this often in real life as well.
@@SuperMontsta that's not true at all, they were humble for the most part. Apart from Maria and Tyler maybe. I think it's more women have to stick up for themselves more often than not because their intelligence is constantly being doubted by their peers.

That's why she scored low IQ tests are for determining learning POTENTIAL not current breadth of knowledge. Like Tyler and Ray touched on: intelligence is dynamic. The fact that she this test through a single lens already implies that is how she sees the rest of the world, thereby lowering her POTENTIAL to learn.
Maria: I have like a super high emotional intelligence, *proceeds to brutally insult Sean and doesn't even seem to notice she does it* I had her ranked at the bottom from that point.
Basically have to throw out all psychological assessments if you don't accept the validity and reliability of standardized IQ tests. Everything is always flawed, but IQ tests are and remain one of the strongest, if not the strongest test in psychology. So it isn't "Flawed" and they are "accurate". The only people who contend this are people who are either ideologically possessed or not trained in administering standardized IQ tests. All IQ tests do is test ones ability to reason under constraints. There is no confusion in what it measures, or its effectiveness.
IQ tests are the most accurate tool psychology has ever employed. If you had to use any tool at your disposal to assess for potentially competent people to train up for some endeavor without any ability to decifer their competence prior, you would choose an IQ test even over a resume with references of that person that tout their adaptability and leadership capacity etc
Gotta love watching someone get humbled online then then the video going on to get 9 million views with thousands of clips of it. It's never going away. GL in life Maria you cow.

IDK, there are intelligent psychopaths, malignant narcissists, etc. Evil people can be very intelligent, and often aren't what you'd call "humble." If the response is that because these people are morally abhorrent and arrogant, this means they're not "intelligent," then that's just debating the semantics of the word, perhaps to a disingenuous point.

Yes. Not sada.

Exactly. I think if universities weren't mentioned she could have been placed higher.

The ASVAB is arguably an IQ test. The military guy is super intelligent- as are all the other people, too. He’s just the most humble.
Part of an IQ test is exactly how the ASVAB works: how fast you can adapt and learn with new information. It follows that scoring high on the ASVAB would rate you high on the IQ test as well(for that section at the minimum).

11:11 She's literally saying literal IQ tests are inaccurate after she got an unfavourable result 😂
Fun fact: Harvard consulting guy got his degree in neurobiology but unlike some people didn't feel a need to mention it because her considers his job more defining.
But I caught him simping several times. For example on 11:20.
@@boulderbash19700209what ?
Lol he was just being modest
consulting is a made up job
he also put himself at 3rd behind both big mouth to play the intelligent safety of modesty. Hope for the best prepare for the worst
Sean's attitude was so wholesome and kind.
Then there's Maria.
I’m one minute in and I know she’s a one-upper
Dude knew his capacity and capability accepting his position in that group. Then there’s Maria
& then there’s Sade who demeans his entire career
I think Sada was more rude to Tyler.
For whatever its worth, Sean seemed to have the highest "EQ"
Maria and Sada said that Tyler is only viewing things from one perspective, but them putting Sean lower just because he didn't do tons of academic stuff also shows that they themselves are viewing things in only their own (one) perspective
Also Sada’s reasoning being he doesn’t like the military which is completely irrelevant, shows she isn’t as emotionally intelligent as she talks about being since she can’t put her emotions aside for a judgement on intelligence which has nothing to do with the military
Low iq moment
@@tima1520 "emotional intelligence" isn't even real. It's some made up idea that actually has nothing to do with intelligence.
"I have very high EQ"
- people who aren't smart
"I have high emotional intelligence"
* proceeds to show extreme insecurity and arrogance
Riiiight? She literally disproves the E.Q hypothesis. Imagine being that woman right now lmao.
She didn't even realise the irony of that statement
I'd say she had good social skills, in terms of showing confidence in talking to people, but since she started off thinking a little too highly of herself she behaved more arrogantly, then became more insecure towards the end when she found the sad truth.
Whenever I hear EQ or Empath, it has been from people who have neither but LOVE to narcissistically go on about it.
Her lack of self awareness is astounding. 😬
Intelligent people are the most painfully aware of just how little they know
This is a highly underrated comment, and the most true... 👏👌
Is
If that’s the case, I’m the smartest person in the world
Exactly. This video is just the Dunning-Kruger effect in action
That's certainly true, but we are also very aware of all the people in the red pants around and it hurts us physically.
The fact that Tyler kept a cool head after everyone unanimously voted him last demonstrates an above average level of intelligence
Fact.
people dont get how smart specialized personnel have to be i the military
Because he knew. He was probably exited
Yeah I don’t know why she said he doesn’t carry himself in a high iq type way. Quiet reserved people like him are usually the smartest people.
Emotional intelligence too
"If I was in their shoes, I definitely would have put myself lowest" just shows the amount of intelligence
The way Tyler answered questions and responded so well and so fast in conversation already made me think that he was higher in the rankings.
People hate people like him and I think it's intimidation. People like him be the most sincere tho 🥴 that's the kicker.
This. You can sense that this guy is not a dummy.
That don’t make you smart
@2839xjxj truew
Hahahahahahahha I like the idea
@2839xjxj Idk if they even need sociologists and psychologists to choose. I suspect they get submission videos and make some of their picks based on extreme traits people show in their submissions. The harder one was the marine with the high IQ. I imagine he either already knew and mentioned it in his submission in some way or they IQ tested a bunch of people and then picked the ones they wanted in the video.
It's like I'm watching a completely different video, who exactly was the villain in this video? Everyone was acting relatively respectfully towards each other, given the fact that they are literal strangers
@@seanwang6143 i don't see any villain either
The humbleness of Sean is heavily under appreciated

I love how Sada pointed out the possible prejudice of putting an Asian dude in first but failed to acknowledge the fact that she placed a marine at the bottom because she “doesn’t place a value on the military.” The irony!!
Yep, stereotypes are not OK, except when they are OK.
It's typical women behaviour.
She sure can enjoy her freedoms that the military help secure
I thought it was because he went to Harvard
The marine was the youngest of them and he was pretty arrogant with his answers. He also ranked Sean low based on his bright color choices. They were all judging each other. Maria and Tyler were both pretty self absorbed though
Sean was incredibly self aware, he remained in the same spot and actually was higher than what he thought😂
sean was within 10 points from second place yet maria was 11 points behind sean 🤣
Maria and Sada
Education has absolutely nothing to do with intelligent. Intelligence is simply the ability to adapt and problem solve, just like Tyler said.
My favorite part about all of this is that Tyler actually told everyone how smart he was(the asvab IS an intelligence test and he scored higher than 94 percent of other test takers) but the other participants lacked the knowledge to understand what this meant.
I had to look it up. Average is 50!
Ah, now I remember. Did well, but didn't get as high as that.
Language really brought down my score.
I got a 38 on the asvab test🫠 but I still passed 😅 yeah ranking that high is difficult
I love how even though Tyler was critical of Sean’s intelligence he still complemented him on his confidence, instead of being solely condescending.

IQ tests are for determining learning POTENTIAL not current breadth of knowledge. Like Tyler and Ray touched on: intelligence is dynamic. The fact that she this test through a single lens already implies that is how she sees the rest of the world, thereby lowering her POTENTIAL to learn.
people like that end up dying alone and unloved
Tyler handled that so eloquently while Maria rollers her eyes and shakes her head. Oh yeah, she’s so emotionally intelligent.
Maria: I have like a super high emotional intelligence, *proceeds to brutally insult Sean and doesn't even seem to notice she does it* I had her ranked at the bottom from that point.

even if IQ tests aren't accurate, this has to be the most accurate IQ test result ever.
An iq test is just one way of measuring intelligence yes it’s flawed but so is every other way we do it
Maria and Sada are just sore loser
@@nicw9f Bu they have high EQ, no? Being a sore loser means you have high EQ /s
