Hi great video I have one of these p51 mustang and had some electrical problems but now sorted maiden flight hand launch 60 percent throttle and it nose dived straight into the ground smashing nose cone and bending prop shaft have sent away for a new motor but also I find there is not a lot of downward movement from the elevator have moved the holes on the horn but still not a lot of movement on all three settings beginner intermediate and expert thank you John
I love that you are doing these rtf plane kits. I built a wing last year and just all around had a terrible experience but I'm thinking about picking up something like this and adding a small fpv camera. Great review/demo my child love em
I Just have flown it and it was such an amazing experience(it was my first rc flight, hopefully i didnt crashed and did a pretty good landing), but the flight time was only 5 minutes and want to make it longer but i dont know which battery to choose, which one won't be too Big and too heavy, can you help me??
Mr Kim does this plane have a 11Volt battery or a 7.4Volt. Banggood says a 11Volt battery advised, could it take a 11volt or will it burn out the receiver??
Albert, I know you play around with Open Tx and multiprotocol radios. Do you know the receiver protocol for this Volantex 768-1 Mustang? I've got a T16 Pro and would love to fly the Mustang with it.
Looks good, except the plastic transmitter. Ya need to find if the Jumper module has s protocol to run it. That would change many things about this mustang. You could add expo and have better gimbals.
Would you suggest this one or the smaller 400mm version for someone looking to get a second plane after training on a Sport Cub 500mm? The 500mm Sport Cub 500 is already a bit hard to see orientation in the sky so I like the larger wingspan of the 768-1 for visibility but have read the 768-1 is faster (perhaps not so good for a beginner/medium pilot) and also propellers aren't the breakaway style and can be fragile as you experienced. Thanks for any input.
This one is bigger and easier to see but the props will break on a crash and they are not easy to find. However, if you don't crash, this one flies very nicely as long as you keep your air speed up.
@@AlbertKimTV Thanks Albert. Does the potential for stall only occur in expert mode, or with mid and beginner mode too? I haven't had any stall isues with the Sport Cub 500 (flying beginner and mid modes).
where could a fella find parts for this type plane?? I need couple props, spinners & main wing. It's nice to have spares on hand & not have to w8 3months to receive them. I can't find replacements anywhere.Know of any compatible parts with lil or no mods to work???
Good post! Funny, I just picked this plane up (Not my first RC plane). Engine cuts out upon every launch. First hand toss went 3 feet nose first and prop broke immediately. Think I got a lemon guys. Ordered a second one hopefully I have better luck! Will update status.
Quick question if you can please answer this, i bought the pnp version, it recommended a 4ch radio transmitter but other sites for the same model say 6ch. Which is correct?
Both are good, mainly the difference is size and how much wind it can handle. The bigger one will be able to handle the wind better and has more power. The smaller one makes less noise and you can fly it in smaller spaces. Pros and cons for both and just depends on what you're looking for. I don't know what that is.
The battery that is included is a 2S. It might be able to handle 3S but I didn't try it. It's fast enough on 2S and if you want faster, I wouldn't get this anyway.
Awesome airplane though when I click on the link, the plane looks different. I mean the cockpit is a black surface and not like yours a clear cockpit with visible pilot!
Curious did you do anything to yours setting it up? Mine is very nose heavy and when taking off it literally goes 2 feet forward never leaving the ground and the nose sucks right down and it nose dives, broke first propeller during maiden flight that way. Does it every time. When I hand launch it same thing. Like it has a weight in the front end. Nose dives straight into the ground. I can't put the battery anywhere else other them the hole up front made for it. Thoughts?
Mine did not do anything like that. It could be a problem with your trim settings or your radio has settings that are not neutral on the elevator. It could be a lot of other potential things causing it. I'd have to look at it in person to diagnose.
Hi Albert!!! Great video, thanks for sharing, let's go forward... Best regards ... What's new on my channel? Another challenging flight with the huge Volantex 757-3 with its 2 meters wingspan via FPV ... you are always welcome !!!
Great vid. it's far from a good trainer. Infact its not a great plane at all. Everyone saying get the mini mustang 400mm rather than the 750. Think its just a bad air frame.
me gustaria comprar un avionsito de eso para embullarme cuando no tenga trabajo ya que yo soy enfermos con los aviones y especialmente los p51 que dure tantos tiempo mirandolo volar cuantos recuerdo mi hermano bendiciones amen
The problem with rc planes is that they need to be big to fly well, can't really fly them at a small park like you can with a micro quad. I wish there where micro fpv planes out there lol
A P-51D Mustang is most certainly not a beginners rc airplane because it requires quite a bit of skill to fly. It will be very expensive if a beginner attempts to fly a Mustang.

Nice... a plane. That was my first fixed wing! Cheers Alb
Pretty beautiful little airplane, Albert! 😃
Awesome flying!!!
Fantastic !! Really beautiful plane !
Hi Thank you so mach for all your videos... 🙂.
Do you think i Can plug to this motor 3s 11.1v battery?

It came with a 7.4v lipo.
Nice plane 😁. With what KababFPV was saying a few videos back looks like the mini fpv wing he's working on, planes could be the next big thing 👍👍👍👍
I have a ton of plane videos if you go back on my channel THREE years ago. LOL.

👍😀👍
Commehat is the maximum distance?
Can you use the transmitter from the VOLANTEX Mini P-51 on this as well? It'd be worth it to buy the PNP for me if they're exactly the same.
Well, the mini Eachine (same bird though)
I think they will be compatible but I don't have the P-51 anymore so can't test this, sorry.

Not sure when the other parts will show up...
Maybe; www.volantexrc.eu/volantex-rc-mustang-p51d-750mm-warbird-768-1-rtf-p-266.html
Good luck.
Hey Albert. Nice flying bro. Except for the hard landing ..... lol. Very good review video.
Had to push this to the limits for the review but a bit sad I broke the prop. I wanted to keep flying it! 😂

At least we can see how crash resistant it is
Hi there , do you have the batterybpic of this plane ?
I got mines today. I’m a real pilot now
😎

4-ch should be fine unless you need the other two for a flight controller.
@@AlbertKimTV ,.. also some have added flaps , so another channel would be nice. But i guess the aux would work for that.
is that normal when mode is beginner the rudder is not straight? but when expert its straight just wonder if that normal i got my p51 today
Which is better, this one or the Eachine mini Mustang?

@@AlbertKimTV I have ordered the bigger one because it is brushless and there is a lot of wind where I live, Thanks for the replay
Banggood says it's 11.1v but you said 2S. Did they print a typo?

That's because they are still using 3D renders not photos. If you see all the reviews on this plane, they all have the pilot in there.
@@AlbertKimTV Thank you for replying so fast, I am very interested in this plane! Have a great weekend and thank you for all of your reviews!
How the heck can you fly with all those light poles 😊
You just need to be aware of how far away they are. Not really a problem.
Great video can you put a sound card on this?
not sure... maybe?
@@AlbertKimTV what War bird do you recommend as a beginner preferably with safe modes. Thx
y love the plane, whis to have it.
can i install 3S?
Yes, it works
Volantex making warbirds now .? I had no idea . 😬 hmm
Looks good, doesn't it? 😃

Qual o protocolo para este aviao p51 750mm para ser ligado no Radio TX 16s
