    The bags I bought on *regbags* are of very good quality and have a guaranteed after-sales service. Last Friday I wore my new bag to a party and no one noticed it was a fake. Everyone was asking me if it was a new fashion week product.

      Türkiye 🇹🇷 will soon be restricting all non Turkish origin people from coming into Turkish Lands. Apart from Africans, Native Americans, Asians & Japanese nationals.
      People from India 🇮🇳 & China 🇨🇳 will also be soon refused .

    Hello , marhaba, do you have any idea if its difficult or easy to make a fast food shop in alanya, I am lebanese living in denmark, price of small shop in alanya on the maine road affront the beach, size 50 to 100 sqm. permissions fro gouverment, i will be very happy if you share this information, I was last year in alanya and its beautifull, thank you Naser

    • @tiptopturkey
      @tiptopturkey  Месяц назад

      Hi, permissions are easy relatively. You have to open a limited company first with an official accountant or a lawyer. Then you can apply for the permissions to the municipality for operation. Also you have to apply for residence permit with the immigration department ( Il Goç Idaresi). Keep in mind for every 1 foreigner working you should have 5 Turkish employees, unless you appoint a manager with power of attorney to run the business, but a bit risky since he will be signing on behalf of the company. Other option is to have a Turkish partner. You can find a location anywhere in Turkey. They might ask for advance payment 6 month or 1 year for rent. Some might not give a foreigner also. Alanya is seasonal and in the winter business drops a lot there. So study the market well before making the move. We are Lebanese also.☺️ Good luck!

      For "average" Turkish families, you're right. But it is a country of 85-90 million people with about 20-30 million in the above average or higher income category, and 8 million of them are quite rich by any standards. Istanbul restaurants and cafes are even more expensive,, and they are full of Turks dining!

      Oh please! They don't want to get into trouble or go to jail by not conforming to you Islamic standards. Iranians can be nice people, but they are definitely the BIGGEST scammers out there, along with Azerbaijanis and the other people of that region.
