Luke Payne's - Devon's Tune of the Day 058

Been chatting with folks about Newfoundland music and I remembered one of my favorite Newfoundland tunes! "Luke Payne's" is from the awesome Newfoundland band The Dardanelles and I assume they learned this tune from Luke Payne himself who is a guitarist and I think accordionist from the Payne family. That family taught tunes to Rufus Guinchard, a great Acadian fiddler in Newfoundland. Anyways, this is a super sweet tune, though I've not quite mastered the rhythms of Newfoundland fiddling!
