Great episode! Thank you for sharing so openly and honestly and providing the resources at the end. LE and first responders are very hesitant to like or comment, to expose a crack in the armor but you nailed it. This journey is one we need to take, we may love the job but it won’t love us back.
Jon I know to be a skilled war-fighter and I suspect an old soul, thank you for sharing, opening up and being vulnerable and honest about your journey.
You both are proof positive that there is life after the Marine Corps; life after Law Enforcement but that there is work involved. There isn’t a magic pill, or medicine to cure us. There is however magic in the medicine as long as you’re willing to put in the work.
Thank you Nick and thank you Jon.

Amazing interview! Jon, thank you for sharing your story so authentically and for providing us with resources and alternative healing modalities. Nick; thank you for providing the space and platform for Jon's story to be shared with a wider audience. Also, compliments to the interviewing style; the flow and conversation was so natural and as a listener, I appreciate you both allowing one another time and space to talk; something not often seen in podcasts. 10/10 🔥
