We found a solution, it was not the phone, but our PC using both the same account, since our PC does not have a microphone or videocam plugged in, Viber assumed that we are not able to receive a call and would show busy for the other person calling us. To fix, just plug in a Mic on your PC.

If you have blocked someones number then you do not receive a miss call notif. Ive blocked someone before and I never received a call notif or a kiss call notif from them. I have confirmed the fact that calls were placed but never connected.

If you have "wifi calling" turned on, try turning that off and see if it receives calls.

my issue is that this is a specific number that not going through while all other numbers are fine. It is my doctors office that isn’t working and it’s so annoying. I missed phone appts and now have to do an in person all because their damn number won’t go through and they have the right number I checked...
Did you ever sort it or find out why my drs calls Never come through either for the last year
@@sophieatkins9496 This is a 4 year old question so my memory is very foggy on this one, but to the best of my knowledge, around this time is when my specific cell company started to implement their version of the "spam call detection" service. The early versions of this were not as good as they are today, and what I think happened is it false flagged that number for a bit and did not let it go through. I think a few months after I complained about this it eventually went through.
if you are having this issue, and this method in the video does not work. I recommend calling your cell company directly to see what might be wrong.

on my samsung phone i blocked a number yet i got a missed rejected call. Now i dont mind this anyway . The number i blocked i want to see if they try call anyway . Just wondered why in recent calls it says example wendy auto rejected call etc .

It should appears on the screen when there is an incoming call.
