Yes. You’ll use the same card for all the public transit. Although, right now I don’t think you have to pay to get on, and as far as I know right now, no one really knows when we’ll have to pay to ride
You get the free shuttle bus to the Green line (Aviation) station and get your Tap card. get the Metro to Rosa Parks station. Down the escalator , across the street to the Blue Line and take the Metro to Civic Centre .

@@JorgeLopezMedia For Metro Rail, you have to pay in order to ride. For the Metro Buses, it's still free til January 12th, 2022.

Don't take the Silver Line to get to Long Beach, take the Blue Line
