It would be interesting to see the flying geese made with different shades of green? Whether From your stash or a fat quarter just to simply add depth as in a real tree? Just a thought
thank y’all for the video. really like the chickadee and frost fabs. i bought the Christmas fabs from y’alls most recent Christmas video so I’m goin to be good and not buy more but ugh really want the chickadee and frost kit. discipline is hard when y’all present cute fabrics! thank y’all!!
This was a great episode, I loved so many of the designs it’s hard to pick a favourite. Maybe Fascination as it’s such a happy design and I’m always drawn to patterns with stars.
They were all nice but my favorite is Elegant Dazzle. Bought a bundle from your booth at Quilt Festival and haven’t sewn it yet. This gives me an incentive to get sewing.
I love the Snowflake Swirls sophisticated look with the black and white focus fabric and that rich deep red .... WOW! You mentioned the snowflake quilting design would you please share that pattern name? So many of the quilting designs featured in your quilts are gorgeous and I think it would be great if you'd also share that information when the kit details are shown on screen. Thank you for another inspiring video!!
These quilts are so pretty in these fabrics!!! I particularly like Christmas Pines with that green color. I make a spiced tea at holiday time. Would love to know your cranberry tea recipe.
I am just learning haven't started sewing yet. I was looking through quilting books at a thrift store, cheaper sources, and came across one of your 3 yard books. Talk about excited, grabbed it and ran.
So funny, I hope you paid for it before running off🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴! I can’t think of a better way to dip your toes into quilting than with one of these books. I have been quilting for 20 years but never miss out on buying them as soon as they come out. I have some gorgeous quilts made from 3yd quilt patterns, good luck with your journey into quilting 🥰
Loved the blue and white fabrics with silver. Dazzle is the perfect pattern for it. I liked seeing it behind you in different fabrics. It highlights the possibility with three yard quilts. I’d like to see more of the books done this way. Love Christmas ones especially. Thank you.
Thank you so much for these videos. I am new to quilting, but I am an experienced seamstress. I was intimidated by quilting due to all the fabric matching and coordination that quilting takes. You make it so easy to make beautiful quilts without needing 25 different colors 😊. I have already made your awareness pattern and it turned out great! Thank you 😊
Thanks for sharing! Yes, we try to simplify the quilting process and make it fun and accessible to everyone! 🥰 So glad to hear it's working for you! Way to go with the Awareness pattern 😄
Loved them all ,but the last two were my favorites, the pines and the window. Beautiful! Would love to have that cranberry tea recipe, I could almost taste it, sounds close to mulled cider up here in Maine. Thank you.
Elegant Frost was perfect for my 15 year old grandson, and I also liked on the quilt behind you on the wall. I also five starred Snowflake Swirls. Another wonder of ideas!!!!!❤❤❤
Unfortunately we do not have a public storefront 😥 All of our fabric is sold online. We will be travelling to Houston for the Quilt Festival in October! If you happen to attend maybe we will see you 🥰
Buyer beware ! I recently purchased one of your books. Very disappointed as your instructions should have reminded the quilter to put strips together FIRST then sub cut. I wanted to test a couple of rows first. It was very difficult for me but getting there after I had to take many seams out. Hopefully, Im making it with some very beautiful pricey fabric I’ve purchased.
I’m so sorry. None of your 3 yard quilts are 3 yards. At 89 yrs old I work on a tight budget. You advertise 3 yds, then there’s the additional cost of border fabrics, and backing fabric. It all ads up exponentially. Why not just present “3 yard quilt top. Additional fabric required for borders, backing, and batting, which you can purchase from us”. ?
Hi Elaine! Our 3-yard quilts include yardage for quilt top, backing, borders and binding. The only extra fabric you would need is for backing fabric. Apologies if you felt we were being disingenuous, it is not our intention. We have seen that other quilt patterns will assume backing and batting are excluded in similar fashion. Sorry for any confusion and frustration we may have caused, we want quilting to be accessible to everyone! 🥰
Very pretty! How about sharing your Hot Cranberry Tea recipe?🧵🪡

I liked the last quilt
I appreciated your closer look at the construction of the 'Topiary' pattern. I'll definitely try this one in the near future😊
Elegant Frost was perfect for my 15 year old grandson, and I also liked on the quilt behind you on the wall. I also five starred Snowflake Swirls. Another wonder of ideas!!!!!❤❤❤

Cranberry tea recipe? Please!!!!
Is Fabric Cafe open to the public? I live in Texas and would love to visit your shop if it is, thank you
Unfortunately we do not have a public storefront 😥 All of our fabric is sold online. We will be travelling to Houston for the Quilt Festival in October! If you happen to attend maybe we will see you 🥰
How big is the quilt behind you?
I’m just a bit confused as to which book carries these patterns??
Sorry about the confusion, Charla! The book is "The Magic of 3-Yard Quilts" - www.fabriccafe.com/The-Magic-of-3-Yard-Quilts-Book-p/032243.htm
Buyer beware ! I recently purchased one of your books. Very disappointed as your instructions should have reminded the quilter to put strips together FIRST then sub cut. I must say I was kind of disappointed. Hardly any of them looked Christmassy.
