As you see in the video we had a few problems but the buns were so tasty in the end. Or in my case the wet end 😂😂😂

250g white strong bread flour.
25g castor sugar
20g unsalted butter
1 Large egg
7g yeast
1/4 tsp salt
75ml warm milk
75ml warm water
70g sultanas
1 egg
Pinch salt
Splash of water

150g icing sugar
3 tbsp milk

They turned out fantastic. I love how well the oven browned the underneath of the buns, something you don't normally get in the airfryer, I usually have to turn rolls over to finish cooking. Great oven.

Our CCTV caught Mr Misery falling off a ladder in the garden while he was trimming the hedges. It could have been serious, so that bit isn't funny, but all the noise he made was hilarious.

Wendy said I could have easily won a gurning contest when I got wet.
We paddled in the brook with the kids last weekend. When I went to put my shoes back on I couldn’t reach and over balanced slipped down the bank straight into the brook with my shoes on. Wendy couldn’t stop laughing at that one either. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😍👍❤️😘👍

Hi Graham and Wendy, those buns looked superb. I could have just eaten one. I always but elmlea as it keeps longer. I remember about 35 years ago when i used to go to my local bakers i would buy the round buns with artificial cream and jam in them and they would be dusted with icing sugar. I used to love them especially the cream. Then they had the finger buns with currants in and glace icing on top, they were really nice as well. It's a shame you can't get them any more.

Last weekend two of the kids stopped with us and all three of us were out there with torches. They thought it was great fun, I couldn’t get them to come back in the house 😂😂😂😂 their young sharp eyes were so good at spotting them 👍🍻

Hi Barbara, I didn’t think they would fit in the 12 litre but we got the amounts about right so now I think they would fit. They would be more joined together and I think might be even better. How could they be better they were fantastic. 😍🥰😘👌👍
