I remember being transported on JPATS as a federal prisoner back in about 2008. I was doing 7 years for drug conspiracy. I had been on "con air"a few times already during my term but at this particular time I was moving from Oklahoma City (which was the JPATS hub) to a prison in Minnesota. We flew on a smaller passenger jet maybe like 20 -30 seats. There was only like 4 or 5 prisoners on the whole plane including me. Every other time I had been on con air it was a bigger passenger type plane. Anyway, while on this smaller jet we flew through really scary weather. I had flown many times through out my life at this point. This was bad weather. And a small plane didn't make it better. Anyway, it was dodgy for sure. We were all quiet. It was like five or six prisoners, three guards and whoever was in the cockpit. I'd never felt turbulence like this I thought it was over (at least my wife would get some insurance money from the feds if I died I thought.) This pilot, somehow gets control of the plane, does a missed approach (engines roar, pitch up, you think your gonna crash). Then this guy gets on the intercom , says something like "sorry bout the turbulence, we're gonna give it another go. And he lands perfectly at regional airport in Rochester Mn. And I thought "man I am lucky" And it totally changed my mind frame for the next 3 years till I got out. thanks for gettin us down safe whoever was flying, We were all pulling for ya.
Nice video but incorrect. There have been at least two other female pilots for the US Marshals Service prior to this one. I know this because I was one of them.
you should do like a RUclips Shorts video, or a Tik-Tok "call out" video and be like "What?? She thinks she's the first female Marshall pilot?? Aw hell no, ya better recognize!!" LOL just kiddng
@@Defender78 who knows what she’s been told? Feel kind of bad for her. Heard she’s very nice. But shame on USMS for hyping up a false narrative. The story and video would still be great, even if she isn’t the first.
As a former flight attendant who worked several prisoner charter flights, I don't know how you do it day in and day out with the smell in the cabin. I guess you get used to it.
I flew with JPATS as a contractor out of Mesa - Williams Gateway 2002->. We had a 'contract' DoD female (former Navy Pilot from the 90's (Skyhook era) and I believe flew many VIP Aircraft). She was an amazing and kick-ass aviator/favorite among us, one of the few who would fly into Tegucigalpa, Honduras too when it was still listed as '10 Most Dangerous Airports in the World'! We could literally see into favelas/residents watching TV on hillsides during steeply banked turns. I've been to the OK City Hanger once...and think she 'truly' means hired directly under the US Marshalls (not contract hired). Definitely an interesting workplace but also incredible perspectives/reality check - listening to candid life stories during focused deportation flight missions. Ironic as a US Naturalized immigrant too. Intermixed with some really tragic life stories , including heinous travel as they migrated through Mexico - in particular: on La Bestia (Beast Train) and atrocities they personally suffered or witnessed. Mind boggling when commentary was repetitive and consistent. Learned a ton about aircraft from charging doors to the various sounds/sensations from hundreds of hours of familiarity. Blue toilet chemical/other worse smells amplified by the landing in extreme heat locales sometimes parked without the APU running was beyond explanation as some Retard speed agencies would lethargically call off one 'passenger' at a time. The 'Justice' call sign and Mission does create an attractive image, even taking priority when Holiday airport traffic is stacked awaiting take-off (like a Disney Fast Pass).... however the interior reality is more akin to "10hrs standing in a moving school bus with frequent stops with Porta-A-Johns strapped inside dynamically sloshing their un-baffled contents. With passengers who've commonly never been inside a moving vehicle (airplane) LOL! Figure it's a unique work environment and probably a great experience (hours/landing locales/etc) for a newer Airline Pilot than dealing with a traditional airline - that includes overbooked flights/angry and drunk passengers/frequenting and operating out of massive airports and accompanying delays/etc.?
I'm sure the steep steps are a problem when the prisoners are walking down them in handcuffs and ankelcuffs. I guess a few will have fallen and seriuously hurt themselves.

If pilots got shot down they wasn't allowed to Eject, they had to ride the plane to the ground because it might hit a village. We both were pretty good pool 🎱 shooters. He told me he went to school with BJ. I played them all with a house stick, they had a fancy stick switching players, Sam and other members but same stick🙃. Joke was about be Double life time at VFW because I paid for it twice. When at VFW, When I lose the game means was said "I gave them the game" and when I win I am the worst person ever...🎱🦈 Is it funny, that Kelly bartender at VFW Post 11160/ grade school teacher on Ft Campbell KY asked Sam and another black guy to kill another civilian. Then she turn on them with text messages. Last time I was in town fueling up my Diesel at Dodges, saw Sam was out at his bar, guess he got out early.

Who Likes 90404? What about that NRO job? I can't rent or buy in USA without drawing them Domestic Terrorist like xmilitary Sheriff Pete Chambers and SSG Timothy Griffith who has my SSN, that sent CVMA gang members for me from him at Pete Chambers house at C Co reunion June 2019'. I don't draw Social Security only military pension, was trying for federal job but after 5 years of not working, not able to claim Social Security til 60+ years old. So how about that job since NRO is a combination of Military, CIA and other government agencies. Would be great cover, I am already 100% P&T Workable with Veterans Plus +10 Preference. I could make a NRO team to do LARP with Renaissance weapons and Armor but they are allowed to carry their personal but I just have a Sword 🗡️. Like Active Duty Navy MP and Active Duty Special Forces/ Diver Instructor with A Siberian Mastiff cadaver dog. With 2019' Electric Blue Duramax Diesel 4×4 Z71 LT crew cab Cracked(Chevy Duramax Diesel are Uncrackable can not modified) and DPF and EGR removed. With unrestricted access to places like Ship Rock, New Mexico land mark, where it says prohibited to drive on.
Wtf. Prisoners get better seats than Delta or AA. Probably get a choice between chicken, beef or vegetarian too, while were all stuck with peanuts and barely a cup of apple juice. 🙄

She clearly states she Was told she was the first female to be hired to specifically to fly Jpats airplanes. Which is true. Lol

What are the requirements?
You can add this info to wikipedia
@@lamorrisbonner10121 years of age and a drivers license is all that is required

I flee.on this plane out of travis airforce base to Victorville California to start my term at USP Victorville. Thanks gor grtting me there alive
Quality product, nice job production team!
I worked for JPATS briefly. I'd rather do anything else than being stuck on a plane for 12-16 hours a day.

Very cool. The real "Con Air."
Thank god for your service!
Anybody know what the requirements and how I can reference those requirements for the job?
If only there wasn't a link in the video description www.usmarshals.gov/careers/
