Sam Howell: 3793 Yards 20 Pass TD 19 INT 264 Rush Yards 5 Rush TD Everyone knows I supported Sam the entire season in the good and bad but I’ll support whoever the next coaching staff throws out there week 1 next year
Sam is still my guy. Most rookie QBs have a rough season. He possesses the traits of a starting QB. It's unreasonable to think that he was going to perform like a franchise QB as a first year starter. He should have been insulated by a good O-Line and a running game. It would have prevented his regression and led to a better record.
I agree watching this video you see franchise potential plays. Give him a super team and develop him. EB threw him to the wolves with all those passing attempts
I see a kid with good mobility, doesn’t get happy feet in the pocket and can make pretty much every throw necessary to be a successful QB in the league. Sam gets into a balanced offense where he doesn’t have to throw 40 times or more every game and has some better protection, there’s no reason that he can’t be a starter in the league.
I agree, we would rarely run the ball on first down even though Robinson avg 4.1 yards per carry also many plays took too long to develop while Sam didn't have time to throw deep
@@Will_taylor551 allthey had to do was put Sam under center and let Robinson run downhill..but nooo EB think he so smart ..shotgun. shotgun, shotgun..pass pass pass..we would literally be down multiple scores and then he decides to run the ball..I really hope he's gone too. EB trash
Ron and EB two egotistical assholes. Our new staff is great at developing QB’s. Won’t be surprised if we trade back but I think we take Maye and keep Howell. Let them compete for QB1
Sam is now with the Seahawks, and will be coached by the same OC and his staff that were at UW that had Michael Penix. This will undoubtedly be the best coaching situation for him in is career.
I love this Sam Howell, I'm not sure why everyone is down on this great quarter back, just look at the way he moves, and he's very tough, he was sacked 65 times, but I never read Of Sam being hurt all the time, he's awesome when he has an offense- He was just getting warmed up,😅 Lol 😂, now we have him, and he will become a hallafamer - our whole team will yeah, Go Hawks
@@58twright why the hell would u take another unc qb when you already have one. We could easily trade the 2nd pick for a slate of lineman or draft marvin harrison jr we dont need a qb just a line.
@@aidanmiranda6140 that’s what I’m thinking it would be cool to have to qbs from North Carolina drake maye would be a good backup for Sam Howell hopefully we have a better o line
Why are yall so attached to mid players 😂😂😂😂 Sam is a garbage can. You could give him the best offensive line of all time and the results would be the same. Can’t wait for our true franchise qb in the draft
Problem with our fans is sadly were so accustomed to cheering for trash players and coaches the past 15 to 20 years that we fall in love with a player like Howell who shows a little promise.
@@ChaosKnuxxxnot with this draft class and having a top pick if your going to draft a QB now is the time. I was a big Sam Howell guy till the last month of the season ..Ron broke him. Im ready to just go with Caleb Williams and build the hell out of the line.
@@Sky_BlazeSo you’re willing to go with Caleb with no offensive line AT ALL! So happy you’re not the GM and exactly why I don’t openly support this team. Our fans are just as delusional as Dallas fans. No point in drafting a QB and not lineman
How many believe Coaching is the most important part of the nfl. Josh Allen was looked at as a bust until Daboll saved his career. Daniel Jones got 40 million because of Daboll. We have great development coaches so don’t be surprised if we trade back and roll with Howell
The whole team often looked and left technique to scoring offense, really. Defenses aren't gimmes, and, a year one starter leading the league in passing yards (at some point) is extremely admirable and shows someone under pressure to a high degree giving great performances capable of creating a large part of a winning team is easily obvious and possible anyway, despite the team's issues. I bet he has a game that's ridiculous eventually in his career and a win with +500 passing and at least one hundred rushing and 7 TDs. Hope so at least! With craft and moxy, Go Howell! 😊
I swear if the commanders don’t stick with Sam Howell and draft drake maye then they are stupid because they are just restarting. They need to be like Green Bay and trust the process 🤦🏽♂️
Howell is better than people give him credit for. He’s got all the tools, just need more experience and the right system. I was excited when I heard my Hawks grabbed him up.
I was with sam all through the season until the last month he isnt the guy im sorry. The coaching staff broke him. Thanks Ron. Just get caleb williams and build the hell out the o line.

Well it don’t matter no more cause he new general manager will want a new qb 😂

Peyton Manning threw 26 tds-28 ints his rookie year, I think with a better head coach and o line he’ll be much better
Howell is good. Our coaching staff and oline was bad.
I miss Sam he has that dog in him 😢

seahawks fan here Im doing all the research i can after the Seahawks just traded for him
Cant believe i already have to wait until September again
EB and Ron Broke sam all they had to do was run the ball more not have sam dropping back 40+ times with the worst o line in the league

Coaching staff was ass. Howell is a nfl QB
Eric Benemy was a moron, lets see Howell with a O-line an a real OC that wont call Shotgun 6 yards deep, on 3rd an 4th an inches
he had a lot on this plate with the commanders, on a better team he could be pretty good

Can you do terry ?
Yeah I’ll get around to terry and hopefully Brian Robinson within the next few weeks
