This video is perfect for me because I was skeptical about this bike conversion kit but now I know all about it.

Hey man nice video. How do i mount the battery and the controller
if my bike dosent have the holes

Thanks. A few suggestions are tapping new holes into the frame, adding a giant hose clamp looking metal strap (if you don't care about scratching the frame), or add a rear rack to hold the battery and controller.

i have order a bafang rear hub kit, will i need an Motor Extension Cable for the rear hub as its going on a XL frame

The kit I bought came with one, and may have had some slack. I can't recall the exact length, but you may be okay.
If returns are easy then it wouldn't hurt to buy it, and return it if you don't need it. Or if you're not in a rush you can buy it once you determine that you need it.

Would be smarter to put the cables on the bike where they should and connect them after when every thing is on the bike

That method works too. I tested them off the bike as described in the manual to make sure everything worked in the event parts were defective. It's also easier for viewers to understand how the system works when everything is laid out in one camera frame. Thanks

You're welcome! I've already seen prices come down a lot from a few years ago.
