My wife and I can hardly wait to hear your lessons we love that you get right into the meat of them. You are so energetic and passionate thank you for sharing your knowledge with all of us.
Studying revelations has been a personal journey that deepened my spiritual connection. It's a source of guidance and solace, offering insights that resonate with my individual path and enrich my relationship with God.
Wow, I had tears listening to this presentation and warm fuzzies. The book of revelations and all the Lord has in store for his children are a trillion times more than we can ever comprehend. Boy, what would humanity do without the guidance and foresight of the Prophets who help us understand things that are not easy to understand. I also can't imagine studying and trying to understand Heavenly concepts without the help of the Holy Ghost. This was such a powerful presentation Sis Wilson. Thank you and thank you to the beautiful team at SC ❤
Dear Sister Wilson, my wife and I absolutely love you for so many reasons❣️ Your testimony, knowledge and love for the ‘body of Christ’ shines through your lessons. Merry Christmas dear sister.
Hi beautiful! I greatly appreciate all of your lessons; thank you so much. My English has gotten a lot better concerning the Scriptures. May God bless you with long life filled with love, health and especially peace.
I love Dr. Wilson's presentations on the scriptures and church history because she is meticulous in her scholarship--and I always listen to her podcasts. Question: How uniform and widespread was the Roman persecution of Christians? I've read that the persecutions, with a couple of exceptions, came mostly from local Roman citizens and rulers. And the Christians were persecuted not simply because they belonged to a strange religion but because they were considered unpatriotic--religion and politics were sort of inseparable in ancient Rome.
In the picture at about14:33 and about 30:36 there is a hanukiah (a special menorah for Hannukah that has 8 candles and a shamash) (the shamash is the servant candle that lights the other candles so they don't "work") instead of a 7 branched menorah that is being talked about. temple menorah. The menorah that is the emblem of the state of Israel has a center candle and then 3 branches on each side (7 in all). That is a representation of the temple menorah from what I understand. The Hanukah menorah is specific to Hanukah and the Hanukah story. Not important but interesting!
Glad you liked it! Since you did I'll say that in other parts of the video it shows the 7 branched Menorah that you see all over Israel as the emblem of the state. I was confused for a long time because growing up with the 8 + 1 Hanukah menorah I thought that was the only menorah but then I learned about the two and that menorah is a general term, not specific to the Hanukah one. @@jenchace3601
Please, Can someone tell me where Lynn gets her beautiful pictures she uses. I would love to get several for framing. Love her enthusiasm. Wonderful teacher. Thank you. Sister Wilson. ❤❤❤❤
It sounds so easy when Lynn tells us where to go to get the handouts. I have tried and tried and cannot or have not gotten them yet and I've been a long time listener. Well, months anyway
The Glory of the Cross poem See him there at Calvary dressed out in full array The penalty for sinners Gods justice on display The slaughtered lamb now speaking, His soul is open wide I'm smitten and forsaken, My God My God Oh Why! A mocking crowd comes tempting, with wagging heads allied A crown of thorns they gave him, set hard above his eye Yet some in sore amazement, let out a desperate cry! 'Tis Jesus friend of sinners, My God My God Oh Why Then the earth began to tremble and the sun now shut its eyes Lest sin should reign eternal, the cursed of God must die With troubled hearts we see him, but faithful we must be This blessed act of mercy , t'was My God My God for me! His sheep had all been scattered, alone and all undone His Fathers heart now grieving, they'd soon have aid to come His work was now accomplished, the trembling cup lay bare Sins darkness now upon Him, as he hung in great despair Before the day was finished, His parched lips would rehearse The only words befitting, My God My God I Thirst Through smitten, bruised, abandoned, faith eye would let him see In three days he would be risen, with the keys of victory At the dawning of the morning on the first day of the week He left the grave behind him, now gone to tend his sheep He spoke with his disciples, at a dinner by the sea Three times he asked one question, Peter lovest me? The Righteous King Eternal, t'was this man from Galilee By faith, you can receive him and live life full and free All nations now are groaning, while silent hearts just cry A broken heart of sorrows, O' our God will not deny Return thy tears of sorrow, to the One who died for thee No! You have not been forsaken, just but look to Calvary JS 2014
I would add some things for clarification. At around 2:05, you started talking about the "Use of #7 in Revelation" - the significance of the number 7. You list a reference to Revelation 5:5 (the lamb with seven horns and seven eyes). But later in your video (38:16), you talked about changes in the Joseph Smith Translation where the number 7 is changed to 12. This doesn't agree with any original Greek manuscripts. At 13:09, you make reference to being made kings and priests. But according to Doctrine and Covenants 76:54-70, this is only for those in the church of the Firstborn - the gods and goddesses. At 36:21 and 37:07, you make reference to the seven seals representing 7 literal periods of 1,000 years each of earth's temporal existence but you didn't mention which period we are in now or when/where the great earthquake at the beginning of the sixth period occurred.
According to the gospel dictionary a few years ago. 6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans [The Nicolaitans were “an Antinomian sect in Asia Minor that claimed license for sensual sin” (Bible Dictionary, “Nicolaitans”). Antinomians were permissive Christians who claimed that the grace of God freed them from having to obey commandments. The Lord commended some Saints for rejecting the deeds of the Nicolaitans, while chastising other Saints for holding to the doctrine of the Nicolaitans] which I also hate.
My wife and I can hardly wait to hear your lessons we love that you get right into the meat of them. You are so energetic and passionate thank you for sharing your knowledge with all of us.
The more I try to learn about the Gospel, the more I realize I don't know anything. God save us from ourselves. God Bless us forever and ever I pray.

I wish we had someone on Lynn's staff who could answer our questions for us
🙏😇
Hi love what I learned here. I have been watching for handout but it doesn’t hear like it has been added yet. Is there a date when it will be added?

Hi Lynne! May I ask what kind of eye issues you have? I have a rare blinding disease called retinal vasculitis
