#1 can be because of attracting abusers because you were not allowed boundaries.
#2 for me has been because I have been with talkers, if I don't butt in I forget what I was going to say. I am a active listener just when do I get to talk 😆? Oh well I forget what I was going to say. Seems like others get to talk in between the words or overtop but if I do it's rude. So then I am seen as disinterested or stuck up. Tired of labels and judging and lazy people who don't take the time to get to know someone else. Who want someone else to do all the work. Which tells me they don't need you, and we are back at selfish Narcissist.

Do these kind of safe people really exist? Wow I really don't know any one on the safe side but I do my best with what I have and hope I encounter safe people one day, I never new any in my life yet, I need to move (;
