Hey Geoff the word ' leaw' means it has happened already, as in, moa leaw, drunk now, pol leaw, enough already, or fon tok leaw, raining already, so anything with leaw on end is past tense keep up the vlogs mate, they make me miss Thailand. P.S. Sorry bout my spelling.

Whereabouts on Soi Buakhao is that side street Geoff and what is the name of the café, I would like to visit there the next time I am staying in Pattaya. I think I would prefer the sliced pork as opposed to the minced. Enjoyed the video and I thought the waitress was lovely, she seemed to like you.

Bottle in Thai = Khuaat (Pronounced Ku-wat) so you can say ''Ao (Ao pronounced Ow) chang khuuat lek/yai krup'' for ''want chang bottle small/big''

I like your style Geoff, but I think your Thai is a little bit rusty.
Fon tok leow = rain fall already. So that means it's raining now.
Fon ja tok = rain will fall. So the rain is coming.
Chang lek = small elephant
Chang kuat lek = small bottle of Chang. Kuat = bottle.
What you got served there is kapow moo. What you're used to eating is kapow moo sab. 'Sab' means minced. Usually the restaurants only have minced pork meat, so you will get minced pork without saying 'sab', cuz that's all they've got. Some restaurants have both minced and sliced pork, so if you just say 'kapow moo', you will get sliced pork. You can say 'kapow moo sab kai dao' to make sure you get minced pork ;)
Gip means hairpin. Gip dtang = Hairpin money. Doesn't make much sense. Dtang with the wrong tone could mean tight, so it doesn't make much sense to the waitress if you tell her you hairpin is tight.555
Gep is to collect. So gep dtang = collect money = check bin.

Next time you're out to get some kapow moo, remember to add 'sab' after 'moo'. If you like it minced, that is. That sure is the way I prefer it.
