Having seen the band with both singers live, I have to say that Matt does just as good of a job as Adam did.I was very skeptical at first especially considering watching Matt with 3DG on youtube. Cameras don`t do any justice to how good Matt`s voice really sounds. Matt does a great job especially of getting the crowd really hyped up and the circle pits going. I`m a lifelong fan of both vocalists.
Finally a person that makes sense. Im also a lifelong fan of both mate, sadly i've never seen them live with either of them.

I have seen them both live, and my impression was that Matt Sucks badly compared to Adam. He has a very weak voice whereas Adam is one of the best rock and roll vocalists going.
+Mark Sagarin same here, I've heard them both live. And it's day and night. They both have their place in music. Right now it's like having a Prius pull a train car.
Matt's tone is to light for the songs. I also just feel he brings no emotion into it. He acts bored or like he doesn't care.

I've been to a concert of this tour in the Netherlands, and it was just amazing to see them live! Jeah, so happy that I can enjoy the concert once again with this full version of the show in Russia :) I love 3DG!!
If you like Adam so much go listen to Saint Asonia and stop hating on Matt he's not better or worse he's different

Matt is a really good singer, he can sing Adam's songs really well, but Adam gave more "soul" to those songs.Never too late was really boring, and without fellings.
I think it's just because he didn't write Adam's songs. He doesn't have the same emotional ties to them as Adam does. I think their next album is either going to explode or tank, I don't think there'll be an in between.

@@DanielLucas-qt2qr I mean Matt also writes great emotional songs as well.🤷♂️ The Abyss, I Am An Outsider, Fallen Angel, The Real You, Nothing To Lose But You, and The New Real are some great examples of Matt's good songwriting. They've both been through their own struggles so of course Adam's and Matt's songwriting are going to be polar opposites which is to be expected from two completely different vocalists. There's some aspects where they are similar but they are two completely different artists and their stories are unique. Of course nothing will beat Adam's 3DG but Matt still brings a lot of energy to the band still and great ideas.
I miss Adam too but plz dont hate matt. He is different and trying his best

This goes to everyone in this comment section. Adam was great, and he might be better than Adam with this system of music, but here’s the thing. Adam wasn’t all of 3DG. The guitarists, drummer, etc. is Three Days Grace as well. Matt is still trying to fill the void, and I enjoyed some of his work (Although you guys didn’t) it’s fine if you preferred Adam, but don’t hate on this guy just because he doesn’t fit your personal preferences, you all have proven to not be fans of 3DG, just fans of Adam.
Damn sure fan of Adam. Not saying Matt is bad he does a good job on his songs but Adam's songs are meant to be sung by himself.

В Челябинске концерт по энергичнее был. Хоть и людей в разы меньше было. Да и Мэтт вел себя не совсем так. Был в более хорошем настроении. А те,кто говорит "Бу бу бу,Мэтт не вытягивает,с Адамом лучше было", смотрите старые концерты с Адамом,подрочите на его постер, слушайте старые записи песен,или песни новой группы Адама,которая ничуть не хуже Three Days Grace. И не сравнивайте их. Это разные люди,которое в свое время сделали что то крутое для группы. Давайте теперь будем говорить,что Барри и Дэни не нужны,они ведь изначально в группе не состояли.Адам сам захотел уйти. А группа хотела продолжать жить. И то,что они делают сейчас, отличается от того,что было раньше. Но это не значит,что это хуже. Мэтт умничка,и не уступает Адаму. А те кто говорит" Как хорошо,что я не пошел на концерт",завидующее школо-нищеброды,которым мамка на билет денег не дала, или не отпустила. Или просто нищеброды,которым теперь нужно все обосрать. Ни один человек,по крайней мере у нас в городе,не пожалел о том,что оказался на концерте. Что до новой группы Адама, то флаг ему в руки, удачи, но таких хитов пока я не слышала, как у TDG, даже новый альбом шикарен. Лично мое мнение. На счет энергетики, видео это совсем не то, что в живую. И, уж поверьте, в МСК концерт был энергичным. Видео ОЧЕНЬ сжирает качество звука.
Итого: удачи Адаму с его новым начинанием, но Мэтт прекрасен, шикарен и превосходен, справляется сразу с двумя группами, которые, спешу отметить, звучат все равно по-разному, несмотря на наличие одного и того же вокалиста.

I love how people complain about Adam and Matt like it's going to change anything. It was sad to see Adam go but oh well, things change. Matt is doing great. They're both great singers and a true fan would understand why these kind of decisions were made

Ребят, а вам не кажется, что сравнивать бессмысленно? Да Адам отлично исполнял СВОИ песни! Это не обсуждается! У Адама с Мэттом разные голоса! И это совершенно нормально, что исполнение отличается. Думаю, что если бы вы услышала как Адам поет песни Мэтта, вы бы кричали: "Не, ну это не то, это не так! А Мэтт поет лучше!!!". Мэтт умничка, у него прекрасный голос и не надо ля-ля!!! Well Matt could have not accepted to enter the band :D just to respect the sould of Three Days Grace, that's why we hate it, 'cause it sounds like a screaming cat that doesn't get a note right and tries to fix it by screaming. I really feel like having Matt as the new frontman was a smart move. No one can be Adam, but I think Matt has some of the same attitude and energy Adam had and really compliments the band well, and he can actually sing the old songs and sound good. Wish bands like Flyleaf could have taken a note on how to find a new singer..

была на этом концерте в Москве. эмоции не реальные,это был мой первый концерт,было все очень круто,хотя пришла поздно и не смогла пройти к фан зоне, но это не важно.
читала комментарии к старым видео с Мэттом(до концерта),все говорили,что он не тянет БЛАБЛАБЛА...и думала,что мне не понравится.НО это было не так.
Всем хейтарам советую сначала сходить и услышать,как на самом деле,а не принимать чужое мнение

This guy isn't even trying. He's singing with the SMALLEST amount of emotion possible. He's not reaching any impressive notes or ranges. He's singing very, very simple notes, and he's not hardly even following the original tune of these songs. If you're referring to this particular concert, you try singing through an entire concert while jumping around. Vocals are never perfect in concert.
