You are under arrest for speech deemed "non-patriotic" you will be sent to a correctional training facility. There you will be trained in the use of a C-14 rifle and CMC-400 Combat Armor. You'll be on the front lines in a week.
I made a wall of supply depots around my base like you did and it worked like a charm keeping that idiot out while siege tanks layed waste to him. Then i just made 6 battle cruisers and had them all fire yamato guns at once on cerebrates to one hit them. It was so easy
As a joke i tried to do the BW Terran campaign with marines and medics only. For the most part it was surprisingly doable (if not ridiculously hard at certain points, especially vs enemy Terrans with siege tanks), but i completely forgot about Tarasque and its 9 armor which actually negates Marine damage instead of putting it to a minimum of 1 damage, so 122 marines couldn't beat 1 Tarasque and it proceeded to slowly solo kill my entire base due to my dumb challenge restriction preventing me from making other units. Yeah...i conceded defeat and just Battlecruiser Yamamo'd it and every Cerebrate out of sheer saltiness.
This is one of those missions where massing siege tanks solves 99% of your problems. It's quite satisfying to leapfrog to victory until a single air unit shows up and your goliaths refuse to walk through the clearly open path between siege tanks. Lmao
I wonder can we wall of the Torrasque by supply depots and then keep it there, since the Torrasque is walled off and it does not die then it does not get reborn and harass us anymore.
I never thought of using supply depots or bunkers. instead I had an extra thick wall of sieged tanks. I think I blew a tank or two each time because of all that splash damage. 10 tanks doing 75 damage a piece almost takes out the 800hp torrasque has
@@samjohnson3124 Well when I was doing it I did have sieged tanks as well, but the Torrasque wasn't exactly dying fast. I think it has some kind of resistance like Kerrigan in SC2 where all damage is reduced to a max of six or something like that. I don't think 12 tanks could oneshot the Torrasque.
i made a bunker out of barracks and supply depots. you could fit four marines in there, but the ultra didnt fit so it just kinda ran around it until it died.
easiest way I know is dropping tanks on cliffs, don't have dropships yet? lose a bunker or a tank or a few of these, nothing that will hold you down for long
I'm not as well played professional player as I used to be. I played so much and so well with Battle Realms: Winter of the Wolf over StarCraft: Brood Wars tbh. That's just cause the AI unit behavior and pathfinding make it miserable for me to keep a straight face. Gotta love the friendly units blocking other friendly units and can't do what Battle Realms have done prior two years later of this game's release date... WarCraft lll didn't even improved so well with units still blocking each other, but they've fixed its pathfinding issue. At least StarCraft ll did improve later on. I still haven't played it, and I'll never going to do Let's Play SC2 just cause the story lost my interest and the unit portraits that's no where near top tier like the first StarCraft game. Anyways, thx for the comment, mate. :)

That turret can really take a beating, eh?
Ikr 200 hp and still kicking
I am pretty sure he is using cheat codes that came with the game

Or just practically sneak by and rush to the celebrate's hive with 8 medic who graduated at the Starship Trooper Academy. xD
"It took a lot of pepper to take it down" really i don't think it did we can take like 5 at the same time

It's easier now to beat this mission than it was before in a first blind playthrough.
How to tame the Torrasque-
"Use a lot of cheats"
this is a real early youtube vibe. love it

Impractical, but effective. Don't see why this is so disliked.
+The Sexual Tyrannosaurus No idea why? Either trolls or inexperienced RTS players who suck on this mission?
If it's a shitty idea, but it works, then it isn't a shitty idea.
i just used mass cruisers, and i let like 5 cruisers and marines on my base, while i invaded the cerebrates :D
I guess nobody noticed he was using cheats... so if it works so well, why cheat?
his voice.
somehow sc from 2013 looks better than the SD from remastered
Glad I’m not the only one who thinks this
Its intentional to get you to buy HD.
sd from remastered looks pixelled and grainy lol
Congratulations merry Christmas to you !

I did the same wall-off thing but with bunkers instead of depots. One dies every time, but 100 minerals is nothing in the campaign.

Who'syourdaddy? *WC3*
Easier to make 4 ghosts, dropship and several nukes, fly over to the right and drop nukes straight to cerebrate
No, use science vessel to d matrix your elite medic squad and tame the overmind without killing a cerebrate.
i thought this was funny, dunno why there's so many dislikes.
Dunno either. Uh... North Korea? Who knows? :)
most kid didnt know how terrifying that Torrasque is back in bw
@@huangminghui4011 Oh yeah because that zerg mission with the psi emitter you can capture the torrasque with the psi emitter so I guess it's from that
cuz that haters are zerglings
Yeah that's how I handled it on the mission. Walled in and used Siege Tanks and Yamato Cannon shots to put them down until I shut down the cerebrate.
2 eng bays + 2 factories wall
Lots of hugs... obviously
Yeah you tamed him to pieces
I used spider mines and tanks it´s more effective..:)
Nuclear missile Is also good.
