    Thanks for the detail video.
    I have 30” stove and oven.
    I just notice that oven temperature knob is loose, so I can’t get temperature right to the point.
    Will you be able to know is there any way to tighten up?

    I have the Thermidorian professional range and the ignighter light the tube and fire comes out but doesn’t light 100% because there is to much air coming from a fan so the oven stops putting out fire after about 30 seconds of trying to stay lit....to much air from the fan in the back of the range is my problem...how do you fix that? Thank you for and info....
