Warsaw Community Schools - High School Additions & Renovations

After four years of development and design iteration and through a competitive selection process, Performance Services was selected to partner with the District on this progressive design-build project. Together a plan was developed to meet the District’s goals within the budget that satisfies the community’s expectations. The project renovations included a new front entrance, improved circulation, modern science classrooms, and the addition of more collaborative spaces for students.
