the MUST CHART would have been prefilled. Under step 3, it is either the patient score 3 if he/she has bn clinically ill or score 0. The score is either 0 or 3, if it is 3, it would have been circled like d other ones, if not circled dt means d patient is having a score of 0 under step 3.
