Thank you for this easy to follow video. I'm just starting to use the instant pot so any recipes that you have are the ones I watch the most. Even multiple views. I would also, maybe instead of regular salt, use seasoned salt. Going to try this this weekend as soon as my antelope backstrap is finished. If I don't use chicken, I will experiment with pheasant. GREAT VIDEO!!

Melanie - In your written recipe, you indicate the cooking time on High Pressure to be 10 minutes; in the video you set it to 15 mins. Which is it (for 1-2 pretty large fresh chicken breasts)? Thanks!
