TURMERIC ONE WORKS SO WELL IM SOCKED I have bruxism and I was so insecure about my teeth I would brush really hard trying to make them look white so I would be less insecure but it just made it more yellow. The turmeric hack is so good
Hello guys, I used turmeric and grounded paste of 4 cloves. It definitely felt better. This trick works. Our oral health is very important. Exposing teeth to salt and baking soda can erode the tooth's surface overtime and lemon juice is actually citric acid and can harm teeth, causing them to lose calcium. Best is to go with haldi and laung paste. And also clean your tongue everyday. Hope this helps. Thanks.

As a indian i can confirm that turmeric is the golden apple for mostly any normal disease. And it works for every mild condition but different procedure for different diseases sometimes with warm water .some time with cold water some time turmeric paste and many more .
