Don't get fooled by "influencer" or "youtuber" pretending to be doctors. All ingredients are useless except baking soda. This works 100% because baking soda is like sandpaper, so you are not cleaning but rather grinding your teeths. This will damage them irreparable and reduce your enamel. This will result in more sensitive teeth and and because of the loss of the enamel your teeth turn yellow faster. The use of it just once a month is enough to damage your teeth. But please give her an upvote and subscribe, because at least you have white teeth now for couple of months.
Porto Perser Your statement is inaccurate. I use this recipe less the baking soda and it whitens my teeth wonderfully. At first I used it often, now I don’t need to use as much since my teeth are already white.
Guys I promise you! It took me about 8/9 days to see the change. I just added a little bit if Baking Soda , but I did this every other day. If you wanna “do more”, you can also scrub orange peel on your teeth every night, and that’s how my teeth changed from Yellow to “white”

Adrita there’s lots of turmeric in Indian foods, & I love Indian food, & never had my teeth yellowed after eating the food. I wish I would have taken before and after photos! I tried this without the baking soda since my toothpaste has plenty and the results were awesome! I am a dental assistant have whitener my teeth with custom trays, whitening strips, many convictions and never got results like this. I drink 4-6 cups of strong coffee, another 4 cups of tea, and I smoke a pack of cigarettes daily. My last time whitening was 2 years ago so my teeth were getting pretty yellowish/brown. The first brushing whitened my teeth 3 shades whiter. Since I omitted the additional baking soda the recipe is gentle enough to use several times a day. It shouldn't take more than a few days to get my teeth as white as yours. The pulling with the coconut oil makes my mouth feel great. Thank you for such a simple recipe and technique. This is a very healthy, more natural change in my dental care.

I am a dentist all I can say is please do not use this or any other recipes that contain baking soda, because this can really damage the first layer of your teeth which is called enamel. Simply go to your dentist and get ultrasonic cleaning done.
I have tried it out just now. Two problems: 1. The paste mixing my saliva could flow out from my mouth when brushing and create a big mess. I have stained my chin, my hand, my nails and my wash basin only by brushing normally. It ends up with Make-up remover helping with the stains. 2. The result is very very insignificant, as far as I’v noticed. It doesn’t whiten my teeth to the extent as I expected. It freshes my mouth though but I wouldn’t consider it as a way for whitening teeth
I’ve been Oil pulling for four years each and every day I spend the oil in the toilet. I’ve had no plumbing issues! The sink is a big no-no as the pipes are much smaller than sewer pipes!

I tried it. I'd give it 3 stars. My teeth seem a bit brighter, but that could just be because I brushed them with toothpaste afterwards. The homemade paste tasted awful, and forcing myself to keep it in my mouth for even 1 minute was a struggle lol. I didnt notice any pain or sensitivity from the baking soda. I'm going to keep doing it twice a week and I'll keep this updated xx

I saw no difference in her teeth after. They looked pretty white to begin with. But then she claims she does this regularly so she really didn't have any before and after to show. There is no evidence oil pulling does anything. It doesn't harm so if you want to spend five minutes swishing oil in your mouth, go ahead but it does not whiten teeth and it does not prevent cavities. You could swish water and have the same effect.
But if we think about it Turmeric can stain plates,mugs etc whenever I make curry or anything with turmeric it stain so for sure this hack is not good for teeth because it can stain the teeth even the skin.
@@einorab0325 well, I didn't really see any intense difference, BUT I do smoke quite much and after I did this somebody complimentet me on my white teeth....yeah so I think it's definitely a gradual process you'll have to do for some weeks. Maybe also doing oil pulling with just coconut oil every morning anyway.

Hey, just a little heads up, baking soda is abrasive, that's what makes it effective against plaque and stains, this therefore means that if you use this too much, it can break down the protective layer on your teeth. It also does not contain any fluoride, (the protective layer on the teeth) but it is safe to use aslong as your teeth are protected as normal.

omg! I tried this for the first time tonight and saw instant results. won't say it completely took out all of my years worth of tea and coffee stains but it cleaned the yellow off my teeth and gave me a clean shiny smile! Gonna keep doing this for 1-2 weeks and see if it cures my tea stains!!! Kept the mix in a mason jar in my bathroom :)
I agree with you about turmeric. I had really sore gums for weeks and nothing seemed to ease them. I them heard that turmeric helped and I started to apply a paste of it twice daily. After four days the pain had gone and felt so much better. I will try your paste and see how that works. Many thanks for uploading your video.
Tumeric stains everything like crazy. My silicone kitchen utensils have turned from grey to brown from ONE tumeric session and wont turn back no matter how hard i clean it. Hence, I dont know if I wanna put anything with tumeric on my teeth.
Sister the baking soda for teeth is terrible it removes the layer that whiten teeth that layer goes when u get older that’s why elderly people their teeth are more yellow than kids and teenagers
Thanks a lot! I just tried, can't really tell the colour difference after brushing & oil pulling. But it was so obvious that my teeth became very clean compared to my daily normal brushing. The gaps in between my teeth doesn't have anymore plague stucked in between after this routine, I don't need to use flossing after this routine. @@Princess.Shay8 oh hey, after trying for a week plus, it felt really time consuming and I have to spit out the coconut mixture wash into the bin, all in all quite troublesome, and I don't really notice much difference. I also have to be careful not to stain anything because of the tumeric, in the end I gave up. Recently I came across Hydrogen Peroxide as mouthwash also to whiten teeth, just trying it out with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide with water (1part 3%HP to 3 part water), and swish inside my mouth for about 5min before I gargle my throat, after which I do my usual routine, gargling with salt water (but I use warm water). It leaves a rubbery kind of taste in your mouth, but after salt water gargle it was much better for me. I do notice it slightly whiter, but better try another few more weeks and see the results. Some people uses 1 part 3%HP to 1 part water then leave in mouth for 10min (not sure how often to do that). Google around and test around, I diluted the solution with more water and shorter time in my mouth, probably will be damage to the teeth, if there are any.

Agus Diosa It actually depends. Baking Soda has been recommended by many, but it can deteriorate your enamel if you don't use responsibly. A few dentists have said that they recommend to check with your dentist before doing anything with this.
So am back.. this all started a bit over a mouth ago. And i noticed my teeth was way to yellow on the sides and only like the first few teeth the front was whiteish. Since am always tired use my time to bro active. And use that to sleep. And trust me I seen Avery drastic difference from o er a mouth ago. Can't believe it was my own teeth very yellow. So how I did it was normal daily brushing. The time I did it was after I was done eating and wasn't planning to eat anything. HIGHLY advice to also floss. Makes your teeth feel cleaner. And not just teeth alone but I would buy a tounge scapper. Just to make your overall teeth clean. Mixed the yellow Bowser and baking soda. Use a spoon to crush it to very fine powder. And for my I get a little over a spoon full. Or till I see the powder is pretty nice paste. And do this for 5 mins with this product. Use the coconut as a mouthwash for 5 mins. And wash your teeth like normal. And even with a soft brush feels very fragile. Why I do it once every 2-3 week. But if you have more time you can do 2 times a week. And to even get faster process you can add and make your own strips with aluminum foil. Cut them into strips . Use any toothpaste. But that isn't whitening stuff. Add the yeow powder. Wait for 10 mins and wash it off. And within a month you should see your teeth drastically see a difference.

Tip- Don't spit the oil down the sink after oil pulling, it will clog the sink! Spit into a tissue instead and throw in the bin.

I just did this for the 1st time today and my front teeth I do have that sensitive/tingling feeling. Also my white sink is now stained. But yes, my teeth are whiter!
I am a dentist all I can say is please do not use this or any other recipes that contain baking soda, because this can really damage the first layer of your teeth which is called enamel. Simply go to your dentist and get ultrasonic cleaning done.
I have tried it out just now. Two problems:
1. The paste mixing my saliva could flow out from my mouth when brushing and create a big mess. I have stained my chin, my hand, my nails and my wash basin only by brushing normally. It ends up with Make-up remover helping with the stains.
2. The result is very very insignificant, as far as I’v noticed. It doesn’t whiten my teeth to the extent as I expected. It freshes my mouth though but I wouldn’t consider it as a way for whitening teeth

I tried it. I'd give it 3 stars. My teeth seem a bit brighter, but that could just be because I brushed them with toothpaste afterwards. The homemade paste tasted awful, and forcing myself to keep it in my mouth for even 1 minute was a struggle lol. I didnt notice any pain or sensitivity from the baking soda. I'm going to keep doing it twice a week and I'll keep this updated xx

I saw no difference in her teeth after. They looked pretty white to begin with. But then she claims she does this regularly so she really didn't have any before and after to show. There is no evidence oil pulling does anything. It doesn't harm so if you want to spend five minutes swishing oil in your mouth, go ahead but it does not whiten teeth and it does not prevent cavities. You could swish water and have the same effect.
But if we think about it Turmeric can stain plates,mugs etc whenever I make curry or anything with turmeric it stain so for sure this hack is not good for teeth because it can stain the teeth even the skin.

@@einorab0325 well, I didn't really see any intense difference, BUT I do smoke quite much and after I did this somebody complimentet me on my white teeth....yeah so I think it's definitely a gradual process you'll have to do for some weeks. Maybe also doing oil pulling with just coconut oil every morning anyway.

Hey, just a little heads up, baking soda is abrasive, that's what makes it effective against plaque and stains, this therefore means that if you use this too much, it can break down the protective layer on your teeth. It also does not contain any fluoride, (the protective layer on the teeth) but it is safe to use aslong as your teeth are protected as normal.

omg! I tried this for the first time tonight and saw instant results. won't say it completely took out all of my years worth of tea and coffee stains but it cleaned the yellow off my teeth and gave me a clean shiny smile! Gonna keep doing this for 1-2 weeks and see if it cures my tea stains!!! Kept the mix in a mason jar in my bathroom :)

I agree with you about turmeric. I had really sore gums for weeks and nothing seemed to ease them. I them heard that turmeric helped and I started to apply a paste of it twice daily. After four days the pain had gone and felt so much better. I will try your paste and see how that works. Many thanks for uploading your video.

Tumeric stains everything like crazy. My silicone kitchen utensils have turned from grey to brown from ONE tumeric session and wont turn back no matter how hard i clean it. Hence, I dont know if I wanna put anything with tumeric on my teeth.

Thanks a lot! I just tried, can't really tell the colour difference after brushing & oil pulling. But it was so obvious that my teeth became very clean compared to my daily normal brushing. The gaps in between my teeth doesn't have anymore plague stucked in between after this routine, I don't need to use flossing after this routine. Will continue for few more weeks to see the effect of my teeth turning whiter (:

@@Princess.Shay8 oh hey, after trying for a week plus, it felt really time consuming and I have to spit out the coconut mixture wash into the bin, all in all quite troublesome, and I don't really notice much difference. I also have to be careful not to stain anything because of the tumeric, in the end I gave up. Recently I came across Hydrogen Peroxide as mouthwash also to whiten teeth, just trying it out with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide with water (1part 3%HP to 3 part water), and swish inside my mouth for about 5min before I gargle my throat, after which I do my usual routine, gargling with salt water (but I use warm water). It leaves a rubbery kind of taste in your mouth, but after salt water gargle it was much better for me. I do notice it slightly whiter, but better try another few more weeks and see the results. Some people uses 1 part 3%HP to 1 part water then leave in mouth for 10min (not sure how often to do that). Google around and test around, I diluted the solution with more water and shorter time in my mouth, probably will be damage to the teeth, if there are any.

The reason this works is because plaque is oil based, and therefore the oil can. mix with it and rise it off your teeth.
Baking soda could damage tooth enamel, so be careful when using this method

So am back.. this all started a bit over a mouth ago. And i noticed my teeth was way to yellow on the sides and only like the first few teeth the front was whiteish. Now i constanly did this for 2 weeks. Got off it. And did it every 2 weeks later. Now we are here a week lster after that..,.mann this is a life changer. Thankyou so much

@@lashonl4412 used anything that saids organic like she said. Am not being man trust me. I am very VERY hard for me to do this routine. But I do this every 2 weeks or 3. Since am always tired use my time to bro active. And use that to sleep. And trust me I seen Avery drastic difference from o er a mouth ago. Can't believe it was my own teeth very yellow. So how I did it was normal daily brushing. The time I did it was after I was done eating and wasn't planning to eat anything. HIGHLY advice to also floss. Makes your teeth feel cleaner. And not just teeth alone but I would buy a tounge scapper. Just to make your overall teeth clean. Mixed the yellow Bowser and baking soda. Use a spoon to crush it to very fine powder. And for my I get a little over a spoon full. Or till I see the powder is pretty nice paste. And do this for 5 mins with this product. Use the coconut as a mouthwash for 5 mins. And wash your teeth like normal. And even with a soft brush feels very fragile. Why I do it once every 2-3 week. But if you have more time you can do 2 times a week. And to even get faster process you can add and make your own strips with aluminum foil. Cut them into strips . Use any toothpaste. But that isn't whitening stuff. Add the yeow powder. Wait for 10 mins and wash it off. And within a month you should see your teeth drastically see a difference.
