I watched the first episode of Season 4. I can't get the other episodes right now. I loved parts of it. I loved the kid Beth met. It was good about John's injuries and recovery. But it was a little weak conveying how long John was in the hospital. The only way I knew it was a long time is that Beth had healed from the bomb blast. She looked pretty bad after the blast. When will poor Beth stop getting mangled? I think an important element about Jamie's feelings toward John has been left out, and in Episode 1 I didn't get if he had totally turned against John. Maybe because of the hole that needed to be filled back when John talked to Jamie in Season 3 about being adopted. At one point, John told Jamie to get the f out of his house. I wanted so much for Jamie to say, "This is the only home I have ever known. Why have you treated me like I don't deserve to be here? Did you miss the part where my father murdered my mother? I needed a father to love me even more than usual because it was such a loss. I really needed to be adopted by somebody who could see I was too little to give that love to myself." That's just my take.
I think there was a lot of violence in defending their property and PEOPLE trying to take them out.,but is settled in the end. Great acting and very good to watch. The idea of taking people out for certian reasons seems a bit on the criminal side and Rip is there to do the job and protect the Dutton Ranch and family And it sure keeps you very interested
Beth was finally taught a lesson that really needed to be taught to her, from John “We kill wolves, we don’t kill sheep” We saw Beth be so maniacal & ruthless that she’ll go after anyone who she considers an enemy in her view & do anything to harm them, regardless of the consequences Example: Look how she treated Summer
Because there is a spinoff show for the 6666 ranch.. considering Jimmy added absolutely nothing to the season plot .... if you think the season even had one. Won't be watching this or yellowstone again, yuck.
@@Robertthebob While I liked that the character Jimmy grew into a real cowboy from a drug addict, I thought the whole branding thing meant you never got to leave the ranch, and there they were all happy for Jimmy for leaving.
Does Beth really have leverage over Jamie?? I would say no. In her mind, she has a picture of Jamie caught red-handed...but any detective worth their salt is going to ask how exactly she knew to be at the "train station" in the first place? Obviously, we the viewers know it's because the Duttons have used this location over the years to dispose the corpses of those they've killed. If I were Jamie and Beth threatened to blackmail me, I would simply remind her of the body count that John and Rip have piled up there over the years. So if you want to take down Jamie, just know that he could drag down your precious Daddy and beloved husband with him
I agree, the whole scene with Beth taking the photo was laughable. Like really man, she thinks he’s the biggest baby in the world and she knew he’d Kill his Dad. Her character shouldn’t believe he’d have the balls to do it and 2. She knew exactly where and when he’d be dumping a body??? Idk hope they do something better next season
What are the odds that Beth would even know about the Train Station? Certainly Rip didn’t tell her...nor Dad...nor Kayce...nor any of the branded cowboys.
100% agree. They didn’t lead us into season 5 with anything that’s exciting. The scene with Beth taking the pic of Jamie was so laughable. She knew he’d go to that exact spot???? Kinda silly
The more John said he "loves Jamie" the more I want to puke. John doesn't love Jamie. He loves a DOG... a good loyal Dog like Rip. A Dog that doesn't ask questions and just does what the Master says. I went through a kind of relationship like this. It's very emotional abuse. The person being abused thinks he needs to be a good loyal person/dog to earn "love". That's "slavery". Not love. Hard to imagine a man like John running for Governor when he can't even handle his own family. A loving father would not have more favoritism. Favor Beth and Kayce and use his "sons" as tools. Reward Rip with a new house and then immediately ask him to sacrifice first in the battle instead of Kayce. Doesn't allow Jamie to hit Beth back and yet allow Beth to hit Jamie, insult Jamie and basically treat Jamie like shit.
Don't forget John branded Kayce against his will as punishment for defying him. He wanted Kayce to force Monica to get an abortion. Yeah, not real father of the year stuff. Then when he finds out about Beth's abortion he's got the nuts to lament that she didn't trust him enough to come to him. Maybe she didn't want Rip taken away the to the "train station."
I'll explain it, it sucked. The show is devolving. Seemingly due to TS's desire to use the show as a vehicle to push other projects. The build up to the conclusion of the "Dutton massacre" storyline fell REALLY flat. We expected a typical Dutton response (they've NEVER shied away from brutally dealing with enemies.) Instead it just fizzled away. Beth totally emasculated Rip. We're more than OK with strong women and someone like Rip letting "Beth be Beth" but someone like him would never be dragged along like a sick puppy dog. She pretty much told him she was going to murder the "jailhouse" guy (although she didn't) and he didn't bat an eye. She forced the wedding down his throat. It was just sloppy. Hoping the show regains it's original "edge" next season.
I agree 100%. I was truly disappointed with season 4... I didn't even realize episode 10 was the season finale because essentially nothing happened. As Pete mentioned the ending of season 3 was basically washed over... and Kasey's potential to become Governor that was discussed in season 3 was ignored. That vision thing was ridiculous and Jimmy's time in Texas was not written well... what happened to him to change his life???
Agree. The first episode should've started with the aftermath of the massacre. Instead, we got an episode that felt disconnected. There was too much rodeo with music playing. It felt too much like an ad for rodeo. The whole Jimmy Plot going to Texas was just to setup another show. As much as I like Jimmy, I won't be watching the other show. I didn't like what he did to Mia. She stuck with him in the hospital and he dumped her.
so i have to respectfully disagree with some of ur opinion the beth dragging rip around like a little puppy is way off they have been in love since they were young teenagers so he knows how to put her in her place when needed he didnt bat an eye per se because he knew that whatever he said she was going to do what she was going to do and so what she didnt kill him she knew he was a lifer in prison and would suffer longer.....however, i do agree taylor is adding and putting way too much too soon and his focus has slipped a little by promoting the other 3-4 projects and thats getting extremely annoying
@@thomastani749 If you grow hay to feed those cattle, and you spread horse and cow manure to fertilize those hay fields, and you then want to cut and bale that hay and haul it to your hay barn, you might need a tractor.
You know I used to like Beth but I think Season 4 had too much Beth and it's becoming annoying. I like Beth when she is with Rip but as a viewer I get quite annoyed and disturbed by her treatment of Jamie. I can't be the only person rooting for Jamie right? John is like a big villain IMO. A father who cares more about his dream of keeping the Ranch than loving his kids. He doesn't care if his kids go through traumatic / mental breakdown of KILLING a person. He doesn't care if he DESTROYS a son's dream career and PUNCHES him when he reacts. The level of favoritism in Dutton family is disturbing. Kayce said "My father never hit me". Jamie got punched just because he was going for his dream to help his family. You know it's an extreme failing parenthood when Jamie can't even stand straight when John walks close to him... when Beth gets close to him. Jamie is a VERY traumatized kid.
i agree beth character is getting way out of control and hardly believable anymore she can be a bad ass but she doesnt have to act like she does all the time other than when shes with rip i like that side of her more but i get she has to be a little ruthless but some of her shenanigan's is a little too much
But Kayce's father stuck a hot branding iron on him. They've sort of forgot about that bit. As for Jamie he's too weak and pathetic to root for. If I were writing the show I'd turn him into the Dutton's worst nightmare, and perhaps that's what they're building up for. Jamie knows literally where the bodies are buried, and if he reaches a point, say something happened to his own son, where he no longer cares for his own life he could take them all down with him.
Yeah when Kayce said his father never hit him, it sort of goes against his character stance of season 1. He made it sound like he hated his father, thought of him as an evil man and would never forgive him. But really it sounds like John Dutton was never that bad to Kayce and instead Jamie caught all the heat lol
I was disappointed in the Season four finale, The thing with Jamie was great, but the rest was kind of lackluster I love all the characters except Jamie‘s real dad, I’m glad that they didn’t kill any of those off I hope they don’t that they’re putting the spinoffs on pay channels that’s pretty sorry we’re already paying Paramount with his satellite I don’t know why we should have to pay anymore but that’s neither here or there
Another thing they forgot to mention about Beth The peace between her & her new boss Caroline is over & the war between the two women has just begun, going into Season 5.
I mean Beth stands no chance Caroline is a boomer she grew up in a time where men gave two shits about a woman working even if she was better Beth has a rude awaking if they write it how it would go down in reality Caroline is way more terrifying .
The only thing I dislike about Beth's past abortion, is it is written to give her a pass. She blames Jaime even though she came to him wanting an abortion. Then in his office she threatens Jaime with she will tell Rip he ripped their baby from her stomach. That story line irritates me because she doesn't take responsibility for her own actions.
YES! Exactly why I’m not a Beth fan. After the first clinic fell through, Beth told Jamie that she she didn’t care how, she just wanted it done, the most holds it over him for following her wishes like he had done it on purpose. She’s been so bitter and hurt for so long that her perception of her past is completely warped making her cruel and her character insufferable. And poor Jamie, the reason he’s the way that he is, is because that’s how they raised him. Ugh
@@kristalfirman970 and really.. if she had had a hysterectomy she would have been in the hospital for a day or so.. that is a MAJOR operation that no one would have done on a 14 year old girl and esp without a parents consent.. that story line is so far away from reality its it is insane!!!. Even tying her tubes would have been a surgical procedure requiring parental consent... that story line is just STUPID! STUPID STUPID!
@@roba168 he did confronted his father on gun point but again is also manipulated jaime and used him just like John used him many times. No don’t have his own life and that’s sad.
Well he did when he spilled his guts to the reporter that he later choked to death to keep her from talking. What I've never understood is the loyalty given to a father who at one point was cruel enough to brand his own son Kayce.
If Beth can blame Jamie for the sterilization - she apparently holds no responsibility for knowing what actual operations happen to her / and the effects and long-term complications and consequences - how can mere kids decide whether or not to transition?
Kids shouldn't decide such things. Apart from that real world question, I found that part of Yellowstone to be unbelievable. Beth at one point said they gave her a hysterectomy. And what they just sent her home the same day! And nobody noticed? And they would perform major surgery on a child without a parent's consent? And they would break their rules given she was not native American and give her the abortion, but they simply had to follow the rules about sterilization? And they'd sterilize her without making sure she understood what they were doing? It all flies in the face of common sense.
S4 started great but it was ultimately the worst season. It was more about set up for the spinoffs than anything. Nothing really happened overall as it had a lack of focus. You can take all the 1883 scenes and four 6 stuff out, it wouldn't have any effect on the main plot
But there was lots and lots of music videos with cowboys riding trick horses and roping cows. Yeah, they need to focus on the story a little more, give us a plot to sink our teeth into, or bag it.
@@_Peremalfait Lol yeah it did feel like there was a 5 minute cowboy montage with some cool song in the background every episode. Agreed tho, this season felt like it lacked focus.
Taylor now owns the four 6's, not having to lease another ram for that scene likely was just cost savings... though...If he is having a hard time getting Dodge to build/sell a Yellowstone edition Lux Truck, Ford might be interested in just rebadging their King Ranch edition Trucks, making some cosmetic additions, to be able to sell Yellowstone Ranch edition trucks.
I know we all know that Kayce is a former Navy seal but he’s not a soldier he’s a sailor there’s a difference. Although it probably would’ve been preferable to call him a former navy seal special operator Us Army: Soldier Us Marine: Marine Us Navy: Sailer Us coast guard: Coast guardsmen Us Air Force: Airmen Us Space force: Guardians
@@Robertthebob it doesn't seem like they took notes from Seal Team or even bring a consultant on the show. They base the scene off of probably operation Redwing. Also what do you mean by militia? Are you referring to the state militia National Guard or the regulated militia part of the Second Amendment? Although Kayce kind of looks like a National Guard Special operator I've read about them. I even watched Discovery Channel one where they were talking about their service in Afghanistan or Iraq anywhere.
Wow man you must be really good at Call of duty thanks for the information 😂😂 US is capitalized, there is no such thing as a “Us Marine”. “Sailer” is spelled “sailor”. You have no business correcting anyone on this so just stop.
so one thing im on the fence about and have been was when jamie took beth to the indian clinic to get her abortion / hysterectomy jamie was young too and was trying to help in a way even though it was wrong but seems beth would have asked questions or the clinic would have told her what was going to happen and that was her fault in getting pregnant at 15 so i fault beth more than jamie, im sorry if that sounds rather heartess....in addition, beths character like the guy who is voice overing this video i agree is shes becoming super annoying with her outlandish comments all the time need to tone it down a little to make it more believable ...also kaycee and walker might be up there as my faves but this vision quest that happend was a little ridiculous and confused as to why its so important and hopefully season 5 will explain more
There were so many things wrong with all of that. For one, I know terrible things were done to native people, but this isn't the 1930s and I doubt that in modern times getting sterilized would be a requirement for getting an abortion. For another why would they break the rules and do an abortion for a non native, but then insist on adhering to the rules for sterilization? And why a hysterectomy as a method of sterilization? Without parental consent, they perform major surgery on a minor, and apparently send her home the same day. And before any of that happened would they not at the very least make sure Beth knew exactly what was going to happen to her? To call it contrived would be an understatement.
Agreed on both points. Beth has yet to take any accountability for what happened to her. And I know it's just a show so of course it can't be fully grounded in reality, but yeah it seemed a little far fetched that doctors wouldn't make sure Beth understood what they were about to do. Also agree on the Kayce vision quest thing. Feel like that didn't really make sense for his character. He had been running the ranch and working as livestock commissioner and seemed like he both enjoyed it and was actually good at it. Hell, he even had those other ranchers and older fellas applauding him. Then Kaycee just goes MIA for the last 2-3 episodes and has no involvement with the ranch or the livestock commission and nobody is wondering where he's at. Just seems like an odd writing choice for his character and doesn't really makes sense. Hope they explain more in season 5 too.
I think there were too many stories going on all at once but still really enjoyed it. I really hope that they narrow it down to just a few conflicts in season 5. I hope that Kayce returns to the ranch and takes his place as the next generation to oversee Yellowstone. Rip needs to take Jamie to the train station. Hopefully the native Americans get back into the plot as major figures in the show.
totally agree i know they cant focus one one of 2 stories but adding more than they need sort of drags it on more rainwater and mo for sure more on the ranch and how they are going to defend it and less adding character that really dont add much to the show....
Guys think about it. Rip should be THANKING Jamie for being able to stay at the ranch and eventually marry the daughter. Can you imagine if Jamie told John about the pregnancy instead of doing what Beth asked? Rip would be kicked out or probably killed!!!!! Jamie should have told Beth in her face that he saved Rip!!!! Beth's misguided hatred towards Jamie is actually quite annoying to watch. probably won't Watch season 5. I was rooting for Rip and Beth to be together and now they are but Beth is getting very very annoying to watch.
as if John wouldn't try to force an abortion on Beth the EXACT SAME WAY he did tried to do so to Monica and Casey, the difference is unlike Rip and Beth Casey had a pair a balls and stood up to John, that's why Tate is alive, being a father requires balls which Rip didn't have at the time (his grew later) but Casey sure as hell did.
@@pethrosuriahson6156 When John said to her when he found out "I am sad you thought you couldn't come to me" I thought, based on the fact he branded his own kid for getting someone pregnant, no matter how much Beth can twist him around her finger, I know Rip would have been thrown out (or brought to the "train station"). God know what would have happened to her. Jaimie was 18 years old and was desperate to help Beth and protect the ranch. Her options were very limited due to their name and Jaimie was just a kid too. Her hatred toward Jaimie is not justified for this many years and, plot wise that doesn't make sense, is that there is no way a 15 year old got a hysterectomy and hadn't been told what was happening. That isn't an abortion handled through an existing opening, it's major surgery requiring an incision and recovery that couldn't be hidden. There is a reason all the kids hate their dad in some aspect. He was not the kind of person you could come to "talk", especially in their childhood after their mom died.
umm when did beth find out that jamie was adopted? i'm confused. anyway i hope jamie grows some balls in season 5 and starts turning the tables on beth and john dutton.
I think Beth is getting out of control!! First starters he was 16 I think I mean come on . I would understand if he was 25 or 30 but 16??! Really??! He was a kid!
@No name just to clarify for anyone coming to this comment in the future-the show’s been picked up for season 5, tentatively scheduled for an autumn 2022 release
Beth is a Mary Sue and Jamie is a bullied abused man child. Losing interest in the unrelenting Jamie hate by sister and father. Such an an abusive relationship.
@@simonl2072 honestly Jamie not mentioning his son or thinking about is the greatest thing he doing for him as a dad considering John and Beth are crazy and unhinged people
@@gibbyfraustro2509 I keep thinking he will strap a bomb to himself and kill them all at the dinner table. Apart from KC's and Beth's adopted son. He will be fearless and kill them all freeing the good ones. Something like that.
So many stones left overturned.....did John save or lose the ranch?....what was the result of Kayce's time on the mountain, did Rip and Beth live happily ever after?.............a season 5?
Just started season 3. Might tell my wife to continue without me. Beth is the worst and honestly ruins the show for me. The show started great but these characters are not believable anymore. The Dutton family isn't that strong to defeat so many threats so illegally and never face a single consequence.
One thing that didn't make sense. When Jamie revealed to Beth it was his dad that planned the coup, how come she didn't seem surprised at all? Beth knew all along that Jamie was adopted? If that's the case, then the biggest problem is John. You can't allow a sibling to mistreat an adopted kid like that. John didn't teach Beth and stop her from abusing Jamie. Ugh, I REALLY hate John. Jamie DID NOT take away Beth's future kid. Had John taught Beth well in the first place, she wouldn't be sleeping around and got pregnant!!!! Jamie probably saved the biggest embarrassment of Dutton by sterilizing Beth at younger age. Can you imagine how many abortion she would have gone through?!! And for crying out loud, which clinic doesn't tell the patient about sterilization? Jamie is not the Guardian. Not way a clinic would not explain it to the patient Beth!!!! This hatred between Beth and Jamie is literally Beth lashing out on Jamie for HER mistake.
Jamie gets way to much shit. He was a child when Beth came to him begging him to help her with the Abortion. Basically that was the only bad thing I saw Jamie doing, up until the point where the shoved him over the tipping point. It is a toxic family and right on top is John and Beth. They don't care about the wellbeing of the others, but rather their own goals and the ranch itself. Which is crazy. Would you prioritize a piece of land over the health (physical and mental) and happiness of your children? That is the definition of egomaniac bevahiour, right? Sorry for my English. Great Series though. Really shows how toxic everyone can be. No exceptions. Just a question of how high the levels of toxicity are xD
Lazy writing, John Dutton: I am the wall that progress shatters it’s self on, Beth Dutton , I am the rock that decency (or something) smashes itself against, Market equities old lady when arriving late, I’m never late, I’m the constant that times follows or something lame like that, they just repeat the same themes over and over, couldn’t they get a American kid to play Carter, he can barely speak with out his British accent, why did they have to have an Asian actress play Monica instead of Native American?
There should NOT be a season Five as it won't measure up. It will be entertaining but a show needs to end even if leaves us hanging. 24 was one of my favorite TV shows of all time and I thought it should have ended at season four.
The Beth and Jamie angle is getting utterly preposterous. Beth should be in jail or prison for numerous reasons already and the computer thing in Jamie's office and her being at the 'train station' at the same time as Jamie trying to backmail him.... I enjoy watching the show but there needs to be some balance here. Jamie needs to actually grow a pair he's like a toddler around Beth and even John. Also the Duttons don't have leverage over Jamie? The dumped many bodies in that same place.
The ending I foresee is Jamie having enough of Beth’s mouth and killing Beth. In turn, John kills Jamie along with Garrett. The only surviving Dutton is Kayce who leaves Montana with his family to start anew in Tennessee. Meanwhile, as everything is collapsing at the ranch, two unsuspecting hikers happen along the “train station” and find to their horror a literal pile of decaying bodies. The authorities trace them back to the Yellowstone and the authorities have no choice but to convict John and Rip for multiple homicides. The ranch is investigated by the FBI and is hereby closed indefinitely. All assets are frozen and the livestock auctioned off. The ranch hands are given immunity provided they cooperate. The feds offer Rip a deal to where he will be given life in prison instead of the death penalty if he tells all, but in true loyal fashion, he refuses. In the end, John dies of cancer in prison and the Broken Rock reservation purchases the entire ranch and is therefore made into a nature preserve with minimal development. The last we see of Thomas Rainwater is him looking over the ranch saying that this reclamation is just the beginning of a long fight ahead. Rip is sentenced to death by the gas chamber with nobody but the priest and a few state officials as his only witnesses. His story started alone and ended with him alone. Kayce becomes a Tennessee rancher and county sheriff with Monica being a SAHM and running a successful online business.
Tremendous season, just like the other three! Yellowstone, in concentrated form, is a reveal of what's behind the masks people wear, and it's like so many cable TV series - better acting from mostly or totally unknowns than we see from most of Hollywood's A-list!
Just finished Season 4, not sure I'll be back for Season 5. The only characters I remotely care about are Jimmy and Mo. The rest are all deeply flawed and utterly reprehensible. Beth is the worst. A person who goes through life with such venom and hatred would either die young or not be as successful as she is in the show. You can't treat people the way she does and get away with it for long. Remember the saying, "there's always a bigger dog" well in Beth's case a bigger dog would have taken a bite out of her a long time ago. She hates Jamie for something he did as a teenager. If she had kept her legs together in the first place then there wouldn't have been a problem. She is blaming Jamie for something she ultimately did to herself. The only thing that might entice me to watch Season 5 is to see Beth suffer and for Jamie to get one over her once and for all.
I've binged the show, and I'm not sure why because they're all horrible people. Most of them are murderers. There's only violence and death, as if Cormac McCarthy made a TV show. There's a lot of discussion on the show about how there's no such thing as good and evil, etc. When Kayce executes his brother in law he tells him there's no heaven. Of course then it all gets undercut by Beth explaining why Jamie is evil, so I'm not sure what the writer is trying to say.
@@kelvincostner802 I'm sure your two subscribers love you lots, Kev. Edit: Oh, I get it now. KELVIN Costner. Good one. Must be he his long lost cousin or something lol.
Just finished S4 and am late to the party but this was sadly my least favorite season of Yellowstone so far. It just lacked focus. I still enjoyed it, but it feels like nothing really happened in this season and the reused similar story/character beats that are starting to get a little old. Like it was super badass at first when Beth would give those cold hearted maniacal threats to her enemies, but now it sorta feels worn out. Also feel like there was a 5 minute cowboy montage with a cool song playing in the background every episode just to kill some time lol. Definitely much more filler this season. Some writing choices for certain characters also felt sorta odd. Like how did Kayce go from running the ranch and being the Livestock Commissioner, and seeming like he was both enjoying it and good at it with those old dudes applauding him and what not... and then he literally just goes MIA for 2-3 episodes straight and isn't involved with the ranch or the Livestock office at all and is instead leaning super hard into Indian traditions? Just didn't seem like it made sense or fit his character really. I still liked the season overall, but the finale seemed anticlimactic and left me feeling like the story didn't really go anywhere this season. Makes me worried that they're running out of interesting plot directions and will instead fall back on the "bad people want our land and they're willing to play dirty to get it" scenario yet again.. Which has been super entertaining so far, I just feel like they need to do something else/build on that to keep things fresh. I'd give S4 a B rating overall if the first 3 seasons were an A+.
I don't know anyone who watches Yellowstone who likes the Beth-Jaimie feud or like the writing of these two characters, especially more recently. Beth is so incredibly vile, she has lost any humanity that a typical viewer needs to balance a villain or a complicated character. She's become a one dimensional villain. With Jaimie, he's supposed to be a smart person but they've made him so pathetic and cowardly he has no depth as a character. The way they've written it, there is no chance for this fight to end except killing one another which is just plain stupid.
This show reminds me in a way of Lost. Popular, addictive, but underneath it all the feeling that the writer has no idea where the plot is going and is just winging it. Season four was as always full of great lines and great scenes, but it all added up to nothing. Sheridan needs to decide where he's going with it before writing the script. Plot matters. Get one.
The worst season of the four. Poor storyline throughout the seven episodes. A weak finale in episode eight. I wonder if they changed writers. I can see where they’re going with this it’s so predictable now. I’m officially bowing out of watching season 5. I’m done with this.
I can't stand Beth. I've been waiting for John, Rip, Kayce or SOMEONE to humble her. She has lots of issues stemming from childhood trauma, I get that...but maybe don't take it out on other people. Not everyone in the world is out to get you. I know being flawed is supposed to be part of her character but it's getting stale and tiring. Would love to see her evolve and actually go through some sort of personal growth
There is too much unnecessary characters laraime Jimmy Texas so called fiance he and Mia reuniting will be good for the show at last the selfish monica always wears disappointment on her face
Love Yellowstone!!!! Beth is awesome but she definitely is hurting because she cannot conceive because of Jamie. I really hope the writer writes in a miracle for Beth. Like maybe the clinic really didn't do a complete hysterectomy. Casey needs to divorce Monica, she only thinks of herself until she needs Casey to kill for revenge.
Monica is probably my least favorite character. Kayce was ready to go back in the military, but she didn't want him to, then she ups and leaves him, then takes him back, then wants to leave again etc. etc. Make up your mind, lady!
Based on how she was with Carter and her general personality, I think Beth is the last person who should have a baby. She's way to selfish and cruel to be able to give the attention and love to a child. I don't think someone should be forced into sterilization but in Beth's case, I think it wasn't the worst thing to happen. Beth morns the fact she has no choice to be a mother but when push comes to shove, I don't think she really has the capability of being a mother. She is toxic and abusive to every human on the planet, even Rip. She would be toxic and abusive to her child too. I've had a lot of friends with a toxic parent(s) and it's not like they were fine and then had kids and all of a sudden became abusive out of nowhere. They were toxic and usually put even more of the toxicity into their kids.
I didn't really enjoy this season as much as i did the previous ones. It had an ending like that's it, everybodys story is told, Jimmy went to texas with his gf, Rip and Beth got married. Kayce moved out with his family and live happily ever after. Jamie got fucked. But what happens to the ranch? Is that big firm gonna buy it up to build that resort or not? This season in a way it was so unfinished.
Maybe something happens to the kid. Not even Beth is evil enough to hurt an innocent child, but Jamie would blame her for it. He finally finds a purpose for his life, getting even with whole lot of the Dutton clan. Beth thinks they own Jamie, but the reverse is true. Once Jamie stops caring about his own life, he owns all of them because he literally knows where the bodies are buried.
What an incredibly stupid season 4. Did I wait with bated breath for this? Half the finale was watching a half-naked Kayce in the middle of a field while tripping on shrooms. I'll probably watch season 5 out of the corner of my eye because my wife will be watching it. At least the new Ozark season looks good.
Beth is just 🤮 She’s sad she can’t give birth yet literally denies to be called a mom wtf is wrong with her. Imagine adopting a child and telling him don’t call me mom
Starting to get too much filler with all the pop-country music and rodeoing in fancy clothes like they’re trying to sell them. The commercials for Yellowstone liquor, western clothing etc…leave the show alone. Not everything needs to fit pop culture.

How did you feel about this season?
Best one yet
The idea of taking people out for certian reasons seems a bit on the criminal side and Rip is there to do the job and protect the Dutton Ranch and family
And it sure keeps you very interested
Great S, full of action and drama, though it fully focused on the Dutton family, looking forward for S5
Not a good season.
For a show that is so gritty and grounded, Beth is so unrealistically inhumane. Jamie doesn't deserve the non stop hate from the father and sister
I agree its obvious it will come to a boiling point I think they will kill each other by the end of the series

Beth was finally taught a lesson that really needed to be taught to her, from John
“We kill wolves, we don’t kill sheep”
We saw Beth be so maniacal & ruthless that she’ll go after anyone who she considers an enemy in her view & do anything to harm them, regardless of the consequences
Example: Look how she treated Summer
Why did Mia go back to the ranch after she said "fuck this place"? And conveniently on the same day Jimmy comes back with his fiancé
Plot
Because there is a spinoff show for the 6666 ranch.. considering Jimmy added absolutely nothing to the season plot .... if you think the season even had one. Won't be watching this or yellowstone again, yuck.
She quit working there but her friend still hangs out at the spot. So she probly just went there to hang out as well
I thought that too. They were supposedly kicked off the ranch and yet there they both were hanging out in the bunkhouse.
@@Robertthebob While I liked that the character Jimmy grew into a real cowboy from a drug addict, I thought the whole branding thing meant you never got to leave the ranch, and there they were all happy for Jimmy for leaving.
“YOU DONT EVEN FUCKIN WORK HERE!”
When Jimmy yells that at Mia I fuckin died. Shit was hilarious.”
So if you want to take down Jamie, just know that he could drag down your precious Daddy and beloved husband with him
I want Jamie to win against yellowstone family so badly expect Kacey because he the only good family member

Kinda silly
The ranch has a meteorological uniqueness in that there's never raining or sleet... or...
There's a reason they only film 4 months a year.
The rest of the time it's Christmas, and everybody is at their best behavior, so nothing to see then.
What season finale??? Nothing happened... this season was a complete let down... hopefully season 5 will breathe new life into this show...
Breath new life by killing more people...
Didn’t even realise it was the season finale until I got home from work just now and sat down ready for tonight’s non-existent instalment
@@baq8680 he spoke to some reeaaalll cowboys 🤠...
Texas and Montana look nice.
Lancashire England.
I agree, worst season so far imo.
One thing I notice about yellowstone being a Farmboy myself. no tractors I haven't seen them use a single tractor ever.
The aren’t farmers
I think because it’s a CATTLE farm. You don’t plow fields (and need tractors) to “plant” horses and cattle
@@thomastani749 If you grow hay to feed those cattle, and you spread horse and cow manure to fertilize those hay fields, and you then want to cut and bale that hay and haul it to your hay barn, you might need a tractor.
I think You’re right about the overkill of previously Popular storylines and beth is just goofy now
I want Jamie to win against Beth so badly
Me too!
I was disappointed in the Season four finale, The thing with Jamie was great, but the rest was kind of lackluster I love all the characters except Jamie‘s real dad, I’m glad that they didn’t kill any of those off I hope they don’t that they’re putting the spinoffs on pay channels that’s pretty sorry we’re already paying Paramount with his satellite I don’t know why we should have to pay anymore but that’s neither here or there
Another thing they forgot to mention about Beth
The peace between her & her new boss Caroline is over & the war between the two women has just begun, going into Season 5.
Beth 100% recorded herself getting fired and is planning on ruining Caroline
I mean Beth stands no chance Caroline is a boomer she grew up in a time where men gave two shits about a woman working even if she was better Beth has a rude awaking if they write it how it would go down in reality Caroline is way more terrifying .
I'd actually like to see Beth meet her match. As a character it might be interesting to see how she reacts to getting outsmarted for once.
I find Jamie and his character the most compelling part of this show
The only thing I dislike about Beth's past abortion, is it is written to give her a pass.
I sympathised withJaime’s character from season 1 as he is the one who’s getting used by every one including John but he never betrayed John Dutton.
He did betray him he knew who tried to kill them but said nothing
@@roba168 he did confronted his father on gun point but again is also manipulated jaime and used him just like John used him many times. No don’t have his own life and that’s sad.

Well he did when he spilled his guts to the reporter that he later choked to death to keep her from talking. What I've never understood is the loyalty given to a father who at one point was cruel enough to brand his own son Kayce.
Omg love it . Nothing like it when are we going to the next season 5 ❤️😘
Loved season 4.
The Sopranos meets Dallas. What a show!
Dodge truck placement?? Jimmy was driving a red Ford F-350 Super Duty.
Maybe the four 6’s has a deal with Ford.
Jamie was made way too weak. He needs to bounce back, hopefully with the help of Kayce.
I know we all know that Kayce is a former Navy seal but he’s not a soldier he’s a sailor there’s a difference. Although it probably would’ve been preferable to call him a former navy seal special operator
Us Army: Soldier
Us Marine: Marine
Us Navy: Sailer
Us coast guard: Coast guardsmen
Us Air Force: Airmen
Us Space force: Guardians
After watching possibly the worst military scene ever I have to assume Kayce was in a militia that decided to attack Afghanistan lmao.
@@Robertthebob it doesn't seem like they took notes from Seal Team or even bring a consultant on the show. They base the scene off of probably operation Redwing. Also what do you mean by militia? I even watched Discovery Channel one where they were talking about their service in Afghanistan or Iraq anywhere.

so one thing im on the fence about and have been was when jamie took beth to the indian clinic to get her abortion / hysterectomy jamie was young too and was trying to help in a way even though it was wrong but seems beth would have asked questions or the clinic would have told her what was going to happen and that was her fault in getting pregnant at 15 so i fault beth more than jamie, im sorry if that sounds rather heartess....in addition, beths character like the guy who is voice overing this video i agree is shes becoming super annoying with her outlandish comments all the time need to tone it down a little to make it more believable ...also kaycee and walker might be up there as my faves but this vision quest that happend was a little ridiculous and confused as to why its so important and hopefully season 5 will explain more
Totally agree, Beth was the one who asked Jamie, she knew what would happen, having sex @ 15, she's old enough to ask ?'s @ the clinic as well!
Beth’s blind anger toward Jamie is dumb. It’s old and doesn’t really make any sense anymore. Hope they change it.
Jaime is a piece of shit… how anyone can like him is beyond me.
Agreed!
Awesome great show
Season 4 for me was a little disappointing, disjointed and the weakest season so far. However, I’m looking forward to season five.

This show has met it’s end, because season 4 was ridiculous and they ought to have made 4 the end of the show.

💜
Jamie just did exactly what Beth asked... Its her fault she has no right to hate him after the abortion...
I don't know, that sterilization thing is heavy
Beth and Jamie are the worst written characters on the show.
Can you talk About Kaitou Joker?
I didn't really enjoy this season as much as i did the previous ones.
It had an ending like that's it, everybodys story is told, Jimmy went to texas with his gf, Rip and Beth got married. Kayce moved out with his family and live happily ever after. Jamie got fucked.
But what happens to the ranch? Is that big firm gonna buy it up to build that resort or not? This season in a way it was so unfinished.
Casey wasn’t a “soldier”! Soldiers are Army.
Season 4 definitely wasn't Taylor Sheridan's greatest writing ever...
Is Beth going to go after Jamie's kid, she said anything he loves she will destroy🤔
Jimmy.
What a dumb ending to the one of my favourite series was that really the end of yellowstone
Season 4 is the lamest show on tv. They should be ashamed
I think the woman is his daughter
"Fan favourite Jimmy"?
I hated how bad snuck into the prison very unbelievable almost seems like this is a comedy now
Do they know it's Christmas?
I think I’m the end Tate will be the one in control of the ranch
What an incredibly stupid season 4. Did I wait with bated breath for this? Half the finale was watching a half-naked Kayce in the middle of a field while tripping on shrooms. I'll probably watch season 5 out of the corner of my eye because my wife will be watching it. At least the new Ozark season looks good.
Better than 1883 basically its 8 episodes of the horn dog daughter sleeping with whatever dude will call her pretty and crossing a river.
🛑💛🛑1/8/22🛑💛🛑FANS MUST KNOW WHEN DOES 💛YELLOWSTONE 5💛BEGIN !!!??? SHARON C. N CHARLOTTE NC 🏇🌹🦋
I love this show. But i do feel it is like watching a Mexican drug cartel story. Rip is the enforcer. Dunn is the Dom figure
Beth is just 🤮 She’s sad she can’t give birth yet literally denies to be called a mom wtf is wrong with her. Imagine adopting a child and telling him don’t call me mom
They dragging shit out
Easy solution .. just stop watching
Starting to get too much filler with all the pop-country music and rodeoing in fancy clothes like they’re trying to sell them. The commercials for Yellowstone liquor, western clothing etc…leave the show alone. Not everything needs to fit pop culture.
he drinks coors not coors light
Kacey was Sailor not a Soldier.
Navy Seal
@@Jgleason23 dumb ass Navy SEALS are SAILORS as in NAVAL Special Warfare and way to miss the point entirely.
@@Xiphos0311 nope they are operators.
@@Jgleason23 oy vey this one. the term "operator" is what SOF are refereed as in a general term of usage, that's all SOF and SF. if you are a member of the the USN, including NSW, you are still a sailor dummy. Public school drop out?
This season was terrible my favorite character Casey became just as annoying as his wife Monica
Disappointing.
S4 was not good at all.
uummm great start then,..loose its seriousness ...
It's good, but a bit much Drama, don't like Beth, not a good person, not a good wife, she needs to go by someone that she disrespected, she enjoys crushing people. Episode 10, useless.
This was a total waste nothing enlightening with anything in the narrative. Also you didnt write it soo its your spin
