I can live without the boss theme (the new one sounds pretty good actually) but I hope there’s at least a burning town sequence when the full game of Seven Sirens is released.

Best song in the game (in my opinion). Rarely gets played. Seriously. In Shantae, it only plays during the intro. In Risky's Revenge, it plays in one section that, once you pass through, you can skip with the warp octopus statue. Then in this game, it went back to being used during the intro.
Sakamaru Takamatsu Yes, Risky's Revenge was the first to feature the track and was known just as Burning Town. Jake Kaufman decided to remix it for Pirate's Curse, and wow, what a remix lol. EDIT: Was also in the original Shantae on the Game Boy Color. I tend to forget about that since it's the game I've played the least.

People, since we can't do anything but wait, let's wait and be patient, waiting for a Nintendo direct one day after a partner showcase makes no sense at all and only makes us more nervous, but, I have a little theory, all the reveals of smash dlc were 2 to 3 months after the previous one, and byleth and min min are 1st party, while the other 4 are 3rd party, if I remember correctly, the tags of characters 1 to 3 (joker to banjo) were not held until the next reveal, while 4 and 5 (terry and byleth) held until the next character was revealed, this could mean that if all the tags remain on the smash page until the next reveal, it is a 1st party character, while if there are tags that are not, it is a 3rd party character, in this case, some tags of min min are no more, so it could be that the next character is a 3rd party, (like crash bandicoot, shantae, rayman, master chief, etc) Now, I think that Shantae is the one with the most chances, because way forward (the developer of Shantae) has been very active on their twitter and has announced that Shantae and the Seven Sirens will be on the switch in Japan, besides The first two games of the series are going to be on the switch (right now we only have the last 3) now, going back a bit, as I said, most of the characters that were revealed had a gap of 2 to 3 months, shantae and the seven sirens is going to Japan in october, which is 3 months after the min min reveal, and if shantae is revealed for smash in october, that would be a great way to promote and the seven sirens, plus it could introduce new players to the franchise, just like what they did with the hero of dragon quest, besides the fact that they have been with nintendo for over 18 years now. The rhythm at the very beginning of this song is the rhythm that plays when Shantae uses her magic dance, in the first game. It's pretty emblematic.
