Confidence largely comes from competence. That is, you gain experience and learn to improve in those situations, so your success grows.
But isn't that a catch-22? If you haven't had much experience yet (or have had bad experiences), how can you achieve competence and turn that into competence?

Sabrina , I wish I found your channel 2 weeks ago 🤦🏽♀️ recent break up with a new boyfriend. He is very insecure but has no problem being alone . I feel like I’m trying to save him and know what I’m worth . The problem is we have a vacation coming up together in 2 weeks .. non refundable out of country all inclusive resort . We broke up 1 week ago and I texted 2 days after (I didn’t know about no contact rule🤦🏽♀️) now I know not to contact for my own good . Shld I reach out and ask about this trip or take it as a loss if it’s a couple weeks away ?Really not sure what to do , would be easy for no contact if this planned vacation wasn’t involved 😓 pls help and advise . I’ve asked a couple friends if they would go with me but they would need to get their own plane ticket so it is hard . 4. Know they are loveable - doesn't attach her self worth to his opinion

6. Sets healthy strong boundaries - prioritise their needs first not the man - they're ok with walking away
7. Accept responsibility for actions in life - not a victim - don't blame men for behaving badly or stay in poor relationships

number 4 is interesting, because in other videos you say look for a pattern if relationships go wrong... I agree about emotions and letting go but not the no analysis, alot of women do error in patterns.

Wonderful video... I was triggered... A lot. Lol but its definitely spot on insight. I consider myself healthy and confident and secure but I have my moments and tendencies that are not as constructive. I recently made a list of these tendencies (some of which you discussed in this video). I don't know the next step... How do I work on these once I've identified them? I guess it is a journey that progresses with every interaction and relationship.
