I've sent this level but I wasn't sure if it was a mod that was added like Final. Final is a collection of mods but good enough for id to endorse and Midway to publish. But this? This is insane! My eyes are watering trying to watch all of this. It's pretty apparent that this was the dos version because of the '16 bit' like music but impressive just the same! Awesome run!
What a Incredible run, i first watched till 0.42 but then later on i watched from 0.42 to the end, phew!!!!
Also this game is in incredibly high-res wich is amezing.
It looks even better if you disable texture filtering.
The amount of in-fighting created here is glorious. They’re fighting themselves as much as the TASbot is wrecking them. For purely academic reasons, but also gameplay glory viewing, these TAS runs are magnificent. I recommend 100% Metroid fusion TAS.
perfectly timed little break for doomguy 1:35:30
honestly I would have died in the first minute. You went almost three hours. An amazing level of mastery.
the amount of skill needed to beat this map in 3 hours, is incredible :O
Suicidal Forest pls no
When you become the cyber demon (auto-rocket launcher) nice work. You are fearless and highly skilled my friend.
So, how many Cyberdemons do you need for this one map?
Map maker: " *Yes* "
Fuk man, I've been sleeping on this video. I believe all things are possible now. From insane to impossible to unimaginable hahah well done brotha.
47:41 holy shit man, you gave me constipation and anxiety
AGREED. This was probably the biggest clench moment I had watching this, lol. Sittin here like, "Wait is he gonna have to... oh my god he IS"
“Let’s see him get past this army”
One of the perfect "You and what army?" moments.

The way you dodge all those shots from the thousands of demons is poetry in motion.
This map is the hardest one in all of Doom 2 history! Its difficulty is literally at the level of Holy Hell's 5th map, Chillax, AND Dark Tartarus and other slaughterfests combined!
Honestly, i think map 06 in Doom WAD "Very Hard" Arch Ville Cathidral is harder.
At least Archvile Cathedral can be beated without tas/saves
(not maxed)
RESPECT for you, well done truly amazing
Imagine how much you have to love Doom to make a map that takes over two and a half hours to complete. Not just play that map, mind you, but _make_ it. Think about that.
That’s 2 1/2 hours of near perfect , aggressive, TAS gameplay. Not playing it safe like a normal player would.
Imagine how fucked up it must smell.
MVP: Rocket Launcher
People, where can be take music from map?
Внатуре, где взять?

Beautiful performance sir 👌 that shit was epic beyond all expectations and the 8bit music had me headbanging damn near the whole time. Cheers from tx 😁
Some Doom Ethernal Master Levels will be like this.
I hope soo
Holy Shit you are really good. Impressive run, great job
Can't remember the last game where the enemy AI will attack each other
Did I just watch almost 3 hours of DOOM demon slaughter? Yes, I did, and I loved it.
I know that this is running on modern hardware but it's impressive this engine can handle this many mobs at one time.
"Mom, just one more level!"
Whoever made this WAD is absolute nuts!
nuts, haha
46:20 Perfect music synchronization
I'm questioning myself if it would be even possible to run it like this in 1994 on pentium 133/166Mhz.. i think the response is known to all of us already
What's the background music for this run? It must be 20 minutes long! Sounds like a metal cover, too. I must know!
A 49 minute song titled "Legend of the Black Sun", originally composed by Knightrider of Doom. Pretty sure it's a midi original, it's not a cover.
Sounds very "dragonforce".
@@noreason2438 Very thank you, man. I didn't know this song of Doom yet.
The music sounds very familiar but I can’t put my finger on it
Why is texture filtering enabled?
What does that setting do?
@@motiejusgiknius6862 Makes the enemy sprites and textures look blurry
@@EpicTyphlosionTV can't seem to spot a difference though - is this turned on or off now and could you suggest any examples (like a run on youtube) where it's the other way? Thanks
Thought someone was legit pro till I saw TAS. Still a really dope ass video.
someone put up a 3 lives survival with this map a couple of years ago. I stated with other 4 ppl. ofc during the caco invasion i died . But I kept watching for 4 hours as the rest of the players went through this mess of a map. the last player died with those revs at 2:34:00 ... worst 4 hours of my life :c
Navi Nathane Charlotte lol I hate survival so much I end up dying every time
how did you play that? was it in ZDaemon or what? Man I would have loved to join that lol
“We will send only you.”
*Sigh.* Gonna be a long night.
So this ls like real Doomslayer looks like...
Dang, this TAS guy really has some inhuman dodging skills!
