@@Shine-zg4gg as an aphelios one trick I am currently in despair lethality aphelios is nothing new, I tried it when he came out and started actually doing it in s11, aphelios is a crit champ, the champ can never output competent damage without atleast 75% crit in a mid-late game setting, so you have to build it, however early game is a different story, due to aphelios' ability to gain lethality by leveling up his passive, you can achieve levels of pen that are more efficient than other champs w it, specially with the s14 lethality changes, you can easily 100% pen any squishy, you essentially would just wanna get any big lethality item into collector and then IE cuz they removed LDR passive, so after get mortal if they have any problematic healing and otherwise just LDR, then build one situational crit item, like RFC against ranged and some defensive one like GA or whatever fits your current needs. You'd wanna take your standard PTA runes although you specially want alacrity due to the build's lack of attack speed, as for secondary you wanna have defensive runes most likely as the build has enough damage as is, also don't do double adaptive shard, go AS or you'll struggle with trading/csing patterns

You cant survive against Fiora no matter What you build. Kill her quickly. Another thing that comes to mind are sustain and shielding items

Late game she does beat you, but you can still defend towers with how fast you clear waves. Making her split pushing ineffective.
Quick tip, never go full lethality without having something like Armor Pen% Mathematically, lethality only is “efficient” for the gold spent once you have armor pen%. Serylda’s Grudge is the item you want. While it loses 3 Lethality, the passive scales with lethality, granting you a total of around 37% armor pen by late game. It is best as a 2nd or 3rd item to massively increase the value of all lethality items before it!
sadly in this day and age 118 lethality maybe helps deal half hp because the adc gets infinite shields and heals from their support and then proceeds to skillfully move mouse and right click on you once and youre dead
You forgot about Ornn item upgrade. He can upgrade one of aphelios' items to go from 18 lethality to 27. So instead 147.3, the max lethality achievablr would be 156.3
Did you know running Serylda's Grudge and having an ally with Armor Shred and he basically does true damage to any champion with 1-2 big armor item pretty much.

For overall armor piercing, it's still worth it to have eiter a ldr, or a sherilda. The average champion gets about 100 armor late game, so the 40% armor penetration behaves at least like 40 letality. Trough sherilda may be better in this case

No; with all the upgrades to resilience, you'd be hard pressed to find a champion that doesn't have at least 72 base armor by the time 3rd or 4th item _(18*4 counting only base 25% from Serylda's not even the lethality scaling)_ to get at least neutral cost back. From there it's a straight upgrade if you only care about damage, and the slow is really great and scales very well into lategame
irelia or morder. if you feeling lazy or just wanna shut half of ur brain down then sion. Irelia can clear his goul easily and can out damge yorick + maiden if play correctly. Same logic of shutting down yorrcik outter support although you still need to becareful and must have an understand on morder's kill threshold. In sion case, just try rush wave clearing item and farm til both of you get bored of farrming.

Just FWIW, don’t build this. Replace one lethality item with grudge, LDR, or black cleaver, as late game the % pen is better than flat lethality, as champions get armor every time they level ip

@@punishing_birbbro that is the entire point. Lethality is designed to fall off late game. It is for snowballing the early-mid game. Armor pen will obviously feel better late game because it scales heavily with ad, crit, and attack speed. You just need to learn more abt the game if this has you so confused.

then you realize LDR is made for tanks and lethality is made for squishy
