Rotoscoping was invented by Disney to make lifelike animation possible. Prior to that, their animations look stiff and stilted. Renaissance artists used a similar technique for portraits and still-life where they would look through a prism to see both the subject and work at once. Modern artists often use projectors to paint murals more easily and lightboxes to trace a photo in part or whole. It's a tool to make hard things easier. As someone who makes things now and then, if there is a tool or technique that makes life easier, I will likely jump on it, especially if there's money on the line.

(I litterally had to get a seperate sound track and sync it up to the video since the og audio sounded so weird and off and I kinda wish I had it saved actaully just cuz of how bizzare it sounded(like callie without the high pitch voice and singing underwater).) But yeah here's hoping for the best 💀💀💀

i definitely recommend analyzing movements/positioning and taking down notes along with tracing an animation so you can take in and break down chunks of information for improvement and easy processing [if you arent doing this already], i wish you the best as well! animation is very fun to get into.

Like this was a way of practicing!!! if you wanna animate stuff you dont have ti be great but if you wanna get better just gotta practice and learn!!!
