I wondered what would happen if you had all the Calamari Inkantations playing at once, so here it is. The beginning is the only part that actually sounds good, after that it just becomes chaotic.

This got me curious what all the "Now or Never" versions would sound like all at the same time... obviously not as good as this, but I think it would be hilarious!
1 and 2 would just be staring at 3 completely desyncing the song
@@Suuperwuuper If we did try to mix all the versions of "Now or Never" together, you could have 1 and 2 mixed together, then lead into 3, and end with all the splatfest remixes mixed in at once.
All 3 move at slightly different tempos, but each is still 1 min. Long. Idk how that work but regardless, you'd have to change the tempo on 2 of them the have all 3 line up.

Big Man’s little solo part adds so much, and with it on top of the previous Inkantations makes it so much cooler
Calamari Inkantation 3Mix just casually overpowers the other versions.

Normally the time they start isn't the same, splatoon 3 takes longer to start than splatoon 2 and the same goes to splatoon 2 and 1, but ika letted it start on the sync rinsed moment

I actually think I might like the ending better than the beginning because it gets this really cool perpetual canon effect.
Honestly, the vocals going out of sync works for it so well since the backing tracks still match up nicely. It doesn't sound out of sync so much as they're singing in a round, or all singing different overlapping lyrics that mean something different to the individual.
It is amazing how perfectly alinged they are, sure it gets a bit weird in the second half but it goes HARD before that happens. i am surprised this doesn't have like at least a million views

I agree, the weirdest parts for me are near the beginning when the Splatoon 2 version comes in, and the end. Also they are only perfectly aligned because I did it manually, the Splatoon 3 version starts first around 30 seconds before the Splatoon 2 one, then there's another 20 seconds before the Splatoon 1 one starts. this sounds so much better than what i was expecting, even tho the singing doesnt match up perfectly toward the end it still goes so hard
I actually like the second half more! The vocals stumble over each other a bit but the instrumental pretty consistently rises in pitch and volume over and over, it's great!
I'm beginning to realize what I said in the description was wrong after all these comments lol, the second half is actually pretty good

this was sick I really like hearing 3 overlap with 1 and 2 cause the variation makes it sound really cool. Hearing Shiver's note at 3:07 while Callie and Marie are still singing is awesome. I liked getting to hear big man's background vocals too for some reason his vocals seem more prominent than just listening to 3MIX on it's own.
Ok but the way that Shiver’s vocals just pierce through everything and is so audible literally made me transcend reality

At first people thought that splatoon 3 was basically gonna be a sequel to the second game, however, I thought different and when I finished the story mode, I told myself that this game, splatoon 3, wasn’t no sequel, it was a masterpiece and many people had failed to see that before the game came out
BRO THIS WAS INCREDIBLE!! I have absolutely no idea what you were talking about in the description; all of the parts that seem "chaotic" feel to me more like there's one main song with a few harmonious accompaniments layered throughout, almost like a round!! This is INSANE! The technofunk of the original/Octo versions, the poppy percussion of Spicy and the Splatfest Megamix versions, and the opera (and Frye's voice) from the 3Mix--it all blended together way too well!! Mad props to you for that intro, too! The way you subtly layered in Spicy and OG for that iconic hit, as all 4 singing voices hit at the same time... you've earned yourself a sub!! Congrats!

Oddly enough this sounds so good even though they arent completely aligned. They sort of complement each other, or add echo to the song, which i love.

Some people suggested that I do the same thing with Now or Never, and I also thought of Splattack, but both of them have different keys so it sounds horrible. But I might be able to transpose them so those might come out soon!
Edit: Both of those songs were giving me trouble, so I decided to start making a better version of this video (little buddy included), if I decide it's good enough and not just a copy of this video I will post it probably before or during this weekend.

They work surprisingly well together
At first the squid sisters just sound loud and then in the background a little bit of deep cut, but around the 3 minute mark just gets chaotic from there.
Its crazy how, even when they all become out of sync im the second half, it still somehow feels in sync and like they still are in tune with each other. Its like they're echoing each other still somehow in time even though they're not. Its kinda crazy to hear and really hard to describe but man, is it not satisfying to hear.
It is pretty cool. I've gotten a lot of comments saying it's like a round in the second half
