Does this sound much "happier" (can't think of the right word if this isn't it) here because you used a piano or did you change the harmony here? The track in CIV IV has some feel of mystery to it.

The lead in to the second chorus just doesn't have the same feel without the French horn. Sincerely, a French Horn player. Not biased at all 😂
I thought the high accents (piccolo I assume?) were the more striking loss! (Funnily enough, sincerely a flute player. Not even joking!!)
You don't have to be a French horn player to love and miss that line, sincerely, a clarinet player

I'll be upset if Christopher Tin doesn't become a great composer that is recognized throughout the world like John Williams. I feel like at any moment a movie producer will be like, "Hey, you do great work. How about you write some music for the screenplay we're working on. Here is the director, the actors, this is the plot, so you make us music that feels authentic to the story."
Seriously, if I have to eat my words after my very vocal prediction 4 years back, I'll be pretty upset. You do great work, sir, and keep it up!

What can't you do, oh composer/singer/songwriter with the normal size head which encases a mammoth size brain? I am just in awe! Oh...I bought a violin two weeks ago. I had never even touched one in my life. Such a torturous instrument (lol). I have to wear ear plugs, and stick a tennis ball between my teeth so I don't gnash them down to nothing when I practice. I'll figure it out. It's just 4 strings and a bowie thing. :-)))))

He drives us a bit batty singing it nearly non-stop every day, but he couldn't have picked a more lovely song to obsess over in his formative years.
