I install the Autobeam Rear Number Plate Light LED units to Zippy. What an upgrade they are! These finish off the look of the rear to match the crisp colours and whites of the other upgrades.

I just added these to my 2014 Fiesta 1.0 ecoboost. They are so bright. I just wondered if I would get pulled by the police for them. They’re not shining outwards toward a car behind me, but they light up the road at the back of my car like a Christmas tree
No idea about beimg pulled over, I suppose itnwould depend on local regulation. I assume they should be shining down though and not outwards.
How do I do this if I need to change the bulb holder? How do you replace the bulb holder?
Just the holder inside the case? I don't know. I have only changed out the stock unit for the Autobeam one as in the video.
@@fordyford thanks. I went to change it to an autobeam one to discover the bulb has blown inside and disintegrated while also melting part of the bulb holder so I couldn't connect the autobeam one. I'll keep searching for someone to help (trying to avoid the garage as I'm sure it's something I could do myself)

@@fordyford Autobeam isn't available here. I just replaced the stock lights with LEDs. An improvement, but not as nice as yours.
@@bongodave13I don't know what it is about Autobeam specifically but their white is very quite and their coloured beams are very rich. Where are you located? Do Autobeam just not ship there?
I put these in and the boot led light a few days ago now both left and right brake lights have stopped working. Is there a certain way you have to put these lights in? Any help is very much appreciated:)
No, they were plug and play and only clipped in one way
@@fordyford i mean the actual wire that goes into the fitting is there a certain way these have to go in ?
@jackos6761 im not sure what you mean. My Autobeam ones were already wired with a clip. Its was just plug and play for the rear number plate lights and the boot LED was just a globe replacement. Try taking it out and rotating it 180° in thehousing
@@fordyford yes min were the same but i mean the actual bit where you plug them into the car is there a certain way because im pretty sure they went in both ways
It's impossible to tell which orientation to put them in, if it doesn't work, Autobeam say to rotate it 180° and plug it back in

Contact Autobeam via Facebook messenger. I'm sure I have seen people post about Autobeam stuff on the US ST page. Check fitment with Autobeam before ordering though.
