He was super polite. I being an Indian living in Mediterranean, France coming back to India during vacation would make my throat burn and give me headaches and fatigue.
I get sick too - from USA Los Angeles. Am not snobbish at all people think so but I take all my meds from here and go!! Have lived in the US far too long!! Love India but can’t help getting sick
I saw an article and landed in this video that mentioned Bryan Johnson leaving this conversation mid-way. Johnson wasn’t even outdoors-he was wearing a mask inside a studio with an air purifier in Mumbai, with an AQI of 130. Good to see that we are at least discussing for the greater good.
@@kovvurirupeswarareddy106 Actually it's a great idea. Our major cities are actually facing this issue, but we only act when it is out of control, as we saw in the case of the National Capital. We don't even bother as if it is an issue only going to Mela can fix it. And taking a holy dip might help us.
I dont blame him for leaving like that. I was abroad for almost 2 years. Never had one bit of cold or cough. And the moment i landed in India, within the first week, i was down with a flu. And mind you I am what they call a “Modi bhakt”. So I wont be surprised why foreigners behave like this.
@@kovvurirupeswarareddy106 you mean the same supreme court who is afraid to call out the stubble burning or deliberately SAT on a file which said that 80% of farmers WANTED the farm laws!!! LOL!
Bryan’s response to Nikhil’s question about choosing between being super rich or super poor is truly eye-opening. He said he would flip a coin, reinforcing the idea that wealth isn’t always as glamorous as it seems. His argument about why one shouldn’t always trust their brain during emotional distress-since it’s prone to errors in such moments-is equally compelling. A remarkably insightful person!
At 5:12 when prashanth intervened with a light comment to break the mild awkwardness is such a fine example of understanding the aspect human communication and how to read the room. It’s an underrated moment.
I traveled to Noida a while back for just 5-6 days, coming from my village, which already has 4-5 cement factories around. I thought I was used to bad air quality, but Noida felt suffocating. Working from home, I couldn’t escape it-it was in the air, in my lungs, everywhere. Seeing Bryan ask for a mask on the podcast instantly reminded me of that time. I could completely relate to what he was feeling. We often don’t realize how bad the air quality is until we actually struggle to breathe.
I myself am a medical technologist and I can say the second half of this podcast is truly amazing. Real problems that Indian healthcare is dealing with, filled with lots of problem statements and opportunities. We don't have our own datasets or are at a very nascent stage.
2:20:15 That's why Health Insurance should be out of GST bracket for a country like India where our healthcare is the poorest in the G-20 countries, to a point, many children abandon their old parents or skip their healthcare treatment, gave me tears in my eyes when i heard her experienece.
@AdityaJape I just laughed when you said "really good" healthcare system. it's better than Japan 🗾 and Finland, right? Obviously, you'll take the worst case scenarios like Pakistan, Somalia for economy or USA for crimes as parameters but not China for infrastructure, Japan for technology, Holland for Education. Take care. I hope you get well soon. Enough said.
55:50 Loved it when a VC was asked tough questions repeatedly, frantically looking for the 'right' answer, under pressure, and failing and giving vague answers. Makes me feel we are all the same.
Agree with you @aviralgupta.. this isn’t fumbling, this is him doing everything he can to not use the nearest object and smack this Bryan dude in the head.
Great to see Jitendra Chouksey on this panel. He is one of the most honest entrepreneurs I know in India. Passionate about his niche(fitness), always learning and truly customer-oriented.
He is the biggest fraudster. In the earlier days of Squats, he fought with just everyone on the team. Very arrogant, has very limited knowledge which he has used very well. But net net a big buffoon
You are too delusional to think like that. I had an argument with him on Facebook when I simply asked him if he's on anabolics. It was a simple question and not an accusation and trust me, the way he reacted was not so gentlemanly.
Prashanth Prakash is the most ideal guest on this show ever! very respectful, do not judge, asks questions, seeks answers, keeps a smile, I LOVED THIS GUY everything shows on his face! it is sparkling compared to the other four guests on the panel.
I knew that Prashant Prakash would be the most stu-pii guest just by reading ur comment. He is the old guy talking about fake news like EMF lol for those who are wondering edit: everything else he said about supplements is actually good. I had no idea about who these people were, sm1 specifically sent me this vid to fact check. The JC guy knows a lot of this stuff, most supplements recommended here were actually safe, even what the older brother had recommended. Older bros recc, the Krill oil part is good as it has a lower toxicity than fish and also has astaxanthin. I was surprised that this level of information is being discussed on a pod coz most of indian yt is filled with pseudoscience.
For People bashing Bryan, A perspective from a Person who has just moved to US last year, I was in Mumbai all my Life and Have travelled across states in India - I used to perennially sneeze on waking up in the morning and Had sore eyes persistently over last 2 years of my stay in Mumbai (was under Medication), I have roamed around in few cities in US including NYC, NJ and Buffalo and here on an average the AQI stays below 30, and my allergic issues have vanished. We Indians really need to look into the Air we breathe and hold both the Government and People accountable for it.
I totally agree with you I have lived in Mumbai for 23 years. I used to have throat infection every 2-3 months, have teary eyes and sneezing every morning. Moved to Waterloo, Canada and all those issues have just vanished.
I love how people in the comments section are pointing out about the environment conditions in India. It's a shame for a country that the quality of environment is so bad that a person from a different country has to wear a mask to sustain there. The average AQI index of every Indian city is about 100, which is a really bad condition and the government is still sleeping.

1:39:57 yeah, he was being polite. It’s 10x more hazardous. I think the whole time the algorithm was telling him that he has a higher chance of suddenly having a stroke etc while breathing air in most major Indian cities. It’s not a criticism (or just) it’s a fact.
Man Brian is really awesome, he listens to you very calmly and then ask you the questions that makes you rethink your logic from first principles. Great!
@@AlicaClark-j9o Nothing against living healthy , infact people in Himalayas live for 90+ on an average with minimum requirements ,obsession is the right word fear might not be, longevity is as mental as physical I am not denying right food or right environment but with all his wealth he lacks peace.
Brian wearing tha mask and keeping this part in the podcast with whole process. It might raise concern and reach to higher authority to actually work on this air pollution thing. As I write i can see alot people are talking through data, memes, news/health articles. This is so good.
There is a sense of normalising the silence in between the conversation of this podcast which is so nice, in other cases of whole youtube ecosystem is so fast forward with no gaps whatsoever i feel calm listening them talk and also giggle in between, im still in the begining of this podcast and noticed this
Bravo Nikhil! You bring some amazing podcast and questions!! If politicians don't wake up to this then we have no hope! So embarrassing how Bryan had to walk out and who knows if Justin Bieber ran away for the same reason, but in reality half the westerners when they land in India expect to see poverty and experience Indian culture instead now they are landing in hospitals with food poisonings or some infection. Why is all this happening because of the filth and pollution! Even Indians who live abroad and when visit India fall sick, seen this with so many relatives. Ppl fighting in the comments and saying its no big deal are fools/uneducated. It is becoming disturbingly bad to survive any city in India.
The issue with what Prashant is selling at 1:55:00 is, it takes millions of patients worth of comprehensive data collected over a long period of time to truly make sense out of the changes in signal. He is charging 80,000 rupees per person to collect their data and feed his algorithm. But they will not gain from the insights for years. In the west, VC backed companies provide these tests for free until the signal is meaningful enough to be clinically relevant. They then publish the “facts” in a peer reviewed journal after which the FDA grants a diagnostic status. Once that is achieved, Medicare or health insurance will reimburse the test. I have been in this field for over 2 decades. It takes a significant investment and charging these sums for no return is criminal from a for profit company. It is quite dangerous to prognosticate with poor data to back up a signal.
It is an amazing podcast I am from south india here we people truly don't measure the quality of air and how the conversation is flowing on the topics of health &womens menopause atlast is wonderful
the air quality of a closed room of a billionaire is 130, that's why Brain asked for a mask on! its very very high. sadly, our country does not even have sellers selling MERV filters for industrial work, what are we expecting?
3:13:49 I watched the full podcast, and it was good. But they forgot one important thing-stress and the social aspect of longevity. Living longer isn’t just about certain markers; it’s also about how much you enjoy each day. There’s a concept in Japan called 'flow.' Finding flow in your work means you don’t over-focus on tasks but instead enjoy them, staying happy and positive. Negativity also affects blood levels, so longevity isn’t just about medication. I think only Seema mentioned the importance of mental health, while others focused only on medicine and supplements
@@Yash.027 You know that famous dialogue: "Babumoshai, zindagi badi honi chahiye, lambi nahi." A lot of people spend their whole day worrying about the future-how they'll live tomorrow, the day after, or even ten years from now. In the process, they forget to actually enjoy today and make the most of each moment. They're so focused on living longer that they forget to truly live in the present. The thing is, our bodies are designed to grow up to a certain point, and after that, aging is just a natural part of life. Trying to fight is like going against nature itself.
Really enjoyed the conversation! I wanted to highlight that some of the motion graphics, like those explaining complex terms or ideas, genuinely added value and clarity. However, the frequent use of labels like ‘The Philosopher,’ ‘Data Driven' or 'Systematic man' during serious moments felt intrusive. While I see the creative intent, these editorialized tags unintentionally create a layer of judgment, as if a third party is categorizing the speakers rather than letting their words resonate organically. For instance, when someone shares a deeply personal or intellectual take, reducing it to a label like ‘Philosopher’ can oversimplify their message and disrupt the audience’s immersion. When someone is sharing deep insights, it’s best to let the audience absorb them organically rather than spoon-feed labels. My suggestion: Lean into graphics that explain (like clarifying data or concepts) and phase out those that label (like personality-based tags). This way, you maintain the audience’s focus on the raw, authentic dialogue while still using visuals to enhance understanding. The content is already strong-trust your viewers to interpret nuance without the commentary! Keep the focus on the raw dialogue, and you’ll amplify its impact. Appreciate the hard work-looking forward to more!
This podcast is breaking new ground by sharing such deep insights. However, they should have included atleast one medical scientist, a credible doctor and a Yoga guru, to make the discussion more wholesome. It is known that saints in Indaa live hundreds of years through specific practices. May be that angle could have been looked at too. Is anyone realising the fact that they are sitting in a country where ancient wisdom held the key to longevity without data and tests. Nobody talking about it. Its just about current day longevity specialists.
Nikhil is such a good communicator.. he exactly knows how to talk out to people and take interesting facts from other person swiftly without any disrespect.
Another super episode. Nikhil’s ability to turn each guest into a Dadi Ma or Nani Ma and then he turns into a grandson who will keep asking ‘then’ (phir kya hua Dadi 😅) makes it so interesting
The fact that there is no 90+ year old sitting at that table to talk about longevity, like my 97 year old grandfather, tells you what is wrong with this group and this discussion.
AGREE! I don't think this guy is gona live like your grandmother. He even not able to breathe properly siting in 5 star hotel. Probably his lungs are 80 yrs old. 🤣
Hey Nikhil, funny how quickly you jumped to "this is Mumbai, we're from Bangalore so it's okay." Perhaps consider recording your podcasts from your hometown instead of contributing to Mumbai's overcrowding and deteriorating air quality? Just a thought from those of us who deal with the consequences of everyone treating Mumbai like their part-time workplace when us Mumbaikars have to breathe this air full-time trying to accommodate more people, more car fumes, more construction dust, and more private jet exhaust. Here's a special thank you form all our lungs!
Hahaha honestly he sounds like a joker. So stressed about tiny little things in environment.. Isn't that increasing risks of hypertension and anxiety lol
@@yushpi he does look young for his age, so whatever he is doing seems to be working - we will get to know in 50 odd years if he is able to live for more than 100 years
Bryan's journey is incredible. The latest documentary on the Netflix about him is an eye opener. Before watching it I was a sceptic, I assumed longevity was primarily 'physicality' driven. The myth was broken. I could see here too when he was asked to gauge the healthiness based on optics and how he was asking for other health markers. Longevity isn't about looking young. It's about making your entire body system more robust. It's worrying how we are so casual about the air quality in India. It's like breathing toxin every second of your life!!
Only podcast I am devoted to. Its beautiful to see intelligent people discussing some good stuff , and we as youth getting to learn from xperiences and also the future image. Absolutely good job , Nikhil and Nikhil's Brother :)
I love how cool is Nikhil about that both the quality and longevity of the life are equally important ! And Bryon to me is a fictional character showing everything is perfect and he doesn't understand that there is stress associated with measuring ALL the parameters
Love the podcast! Thanks Bryan for making a statement with the mask which has atleast brought AQI as a matter of serious conversation. We seem to have given up on politicians caring about this but definitely time for Indian entrepreneurs to explore this problem. Love how humble, curious and sweet Mr. Prashant was, JC's attitude to Bryan was quite evident in the podcast lol. Love Nikhil getting philosophical with Bryan, congrats- what a coup to get him on the panel. Nice change after skipping the Modi one😂
Whats the point of life? I love how Nikhil always asks philosophical questions. The point of life, in my view, is to transcend our physical and mental limitations and realize our essential nature-pure awareness, the eternal subject behind all experience. When we truly understand this, the constant struggle to perpetuate our existence fades away. We realize that what we truly are can never be destroyed. That’s the essence of true fulfillment
I like your views but you really think that after gaining a certain level of awareness we don't question are existence I think intensity of questions increase
@@thatlittlepainter6784I've found that once a certain level of awareness is attained, the mind, ego, and questioning (everything objective) dissolve entirely. In this state, concerns and distinctions lose significance. However, upon returning to the mind-body awareness, the grind, the aspiration for objective experience continues.
@@Kyutkitty that seems too utopian have you ever witnessed someone with that level of alignment in his internal world I think we should always chase perfection of consciousness but always keep in mind that their is no distinction or end point
@@Hmmmmm6838Are you asking if humanity is moving toward that state? Unfortunately, it's not a priority for the majority. Most people are in survival mode, striving for the next achievement or milestone. We try to 'escape the matrix' without realizing we're often trapped in another one - a different set of limitations and mindsets. Even billionaires, who seem to have everything, pursue life extension. But what's the ultimate goal? Once our basic needs are met, I believe our focus should shift toward realizing the essence that transcends our mortal existence. This timeless aspect is what truly matters
Most of Bryan's routine is very risky as he adds cocktails of meds/drugs into his protocol and science is not yet advanced to see how they can interact with each other. Other than that I admire his life choices, he is not harming anybody. taking care of yourself is critiqued and hated sadly by our society but those who support cigarettes, pan masala, etc are still tolerated.
@@flash6797 dude, thats not how science works! for example, Dr. David Sinclair kept endorsing Metformin for 15 years but modern research disproves that logic for non-diabetic people for longevity. latest hype about NMN supplements is another trick to push people to purchase NAD+ boosting supplements, whereas a simple Niacinamide can do that using one step conversion. meanwhile the same isomer of Vitamin B3 )Nicotinic Acid) which was for 40 years used to reduce triglycerides has been found to cause more complicated heart issues instead (as some research paper that was published last year). Same goes for the antacid drug Ranatidine, which was and still sold in India (banned by 120 countries including poor ones like Bangladesh) as it causes stomach cancer as modern research proves it. I am into research, I can't explain everything in a text. Thanks for your interest to counter question.
@@flash6797 There are so many micro reactions taking place in our body that no one, not even science knows about. Science has only scraped the surface of human body. I stayed in India all my life and never got sick ... I moved to Canada some years back and now on a wheel chair and have multiple health issues. I'm sure air quality and all matters but there are a lot of other criterias for sure !! I'm only 38 BTW.. for example the amount of people having cancer is so much more in north America as compared to India !!

I see real, genuine human beings here having a conversation, so refreshing! good watching Nikhil’s podcast just for keeping it real. Seema, Prasanth, Nithin, Nikhil, JC… truly enjoyed this! Yeah, it’s time-consuming, but real conversations take time. Thanks for doing this... Cheers !!
4:45 The awkward and the embarrising moment. Thanks Bryan.. Also a tight slip of the face of Indian authority and the government at both the state and center! We are so accustomed at paying taxes like europe and getting nothing in return, no clean air, no footpaths to walk, no proper public transport, no healthcare, no public parks (No, I wont compare India with any African country like Somalia as the air there is far cleaner and healthy than ours) And its even embarrasing to see comment section blaming him as a typical white guy complaining rather than getting a reality check, we are so helpless and have normalized our living conditions !
I'm an asthmatic and I usually work from my rural home and when I do so i hardly need inhalers but the moment i travel a few 100s of kms away I start feeling uneasy and would immediately need an inhaler. That is the state of the air quality in major indian cities. And even in rural india after diwali it takes me months to get back to normal with just the effect of that one day.
I felt extreme suffocation every time I had to take the local trains of Mumbai. That's how horrible the pollution situation is in India. Glad somebody finally called out the nonsense.
This is what india now major chunk of people struggling for food on daily basis, and few are talking about air quality. jaha hmari struggle khatam hoti hai waha inki suru hoti hai 🥲
Bryan left this podcast to breathe better in a room with AQI of 0 - 30 😞 Indian air quality is heart wrenching, this is not even Delhi. Delhi's air is basically poison 💀
I've been living in Glasgow, UK, for over a year and a half where the air quality index typically ranges from O to 3. Every time I visit Bangalore, the difference in air quality hits me as soon as I step out of the airport. The air feels heavy and unpleasant, and it's not just uncomfortable-| actually get sick. My eyes burn, and I feel generally unwell. So it makes perfect sense why Bryan would need to leave the podcast conversation midway, especially given his involvement with the Don't Die project, where precision is key!
At this point i exactly wanted to say something. That if he thinks to that level of existence of living organism then at the same time why he is worried about dying when he finds all this existence itself of the whole universe doesnt make sense
The ideas, vision, perspective, business opportunities & all other aspects this podcast embarks upon, is Magnifciant & Impressing at the same time. & That's what I appreciate Mr Nikhil for... Surely, the video got hyped coz of the Bryan incident, but it's receiving the views & appreciation it humbly deserves !!
I like the way small pop ups come up during the convo. "Rebel Max" 😎🤣🤣🤣 when Nikhil said No while everyone said yes to Bryan's thought experiment question...
The same pathway I do have and I am also struggling with to choose that I should go for doing something about the humanity and for our planet or a have to choose the jobs to secure my family first, I think I got the answer.😊
It is such a shame why is pollution not a national emergency in india ,rich people can still afford to reduce pollution what about general people god save us
Obesity to fit, please make a podcast on it. It must includes:- 1. Nutritions and their importance 2. What diet and workout would help you lose fat, not muscles? 3. Difference between burning fats and carbs. 4. The science behind all these (from Food to ATP) 5. Muscles training, cardios with different levels and their results i.e. how they impact our bodies so that athletes know what type of workout they need to do for a desired outcome?
My Focus when Nikhu asked "Was the divorce because of the money". He maybe asked this when he saw Jeff Bezos and other rich people loosing money because of such drama. Hence he came to be single later on.
Nikhil and Nithin . .. as a kannadiga I am so proud of you both!! The best buisness idea ..is to start a diabetic hotel, diabetic cafe, diabetic grocery store, diabetic diet centers in inda !! Where people who are ignorant about Hba1c, glycemic index, dawn phenomena, triglyceride can go and eat confidently !! Buy confidently !! Also a chef to teach diabetic snack, appetizer, meals ! I can join too as I am managing my husband’s numbers very well !!
I think Bryan's leaving interview was an act of genuine marketing strategy by both the show & by the Bryan because 1. Bryan would have left the interview, when he noticed the 130 AQI on his air purifier or when he demanded for masks. 2. Bryan had almost made all his points clear in 1.33 hrs long interview about who he is ? What his vision, mission & what he is doing? 3. He didn't walked arrogantly out of show he is 100% fully aware about impact of AQI on his body , he even removed his mask for the photo session at last. 4. He ended at a point where his efforts match his action. He live by what he do & say. 5. Both show & Bryan has accomplished their goal to pass on the message & draw the attention towards the genuine problem of Impact of Air quality, Food , data & measurements. 6. And people of this show living by their philosophy of eating/living what they love & like without worrying about data & measurements after Bryan leaves. "Which gives me lmao 🤣"

I travelled with a 1 year baby to my home town Mumbai this Jan after 2 years and I was baffled and seriously worried looking at the air quality. I not only struggled with the smoke and AQI (having lived in Mumbai for 21 years), I was more worried about my child who had sore throat and cough for 2 weeks. Talking to people in the city left me heart broken as they are not just ignorant, but in complete denial about this fact that they are living in the worst conditions possible. At the same time, everyone who flew in to Mumbai had the same experience as I did BTW. So, its not just Bryan!
Podcast are done for people ,its not for personal relationship with host or guest . In long run people will decide who is right . As per me , bryan is right about air quality
A great topic and a wonderful panel where each one had something to contribute. Bryan came across with great depth on longevity. 👍 But it was a missed chance wrt to Bryan! What Bryan had to offer was the blueprint protocol. What could have helped the audience is to know his thought process behind developing the protocol, building his team, how to went from 100 to 40 pills a day and why, the top key biomarkers we should look out for, what are the key parameters that one needs to test in vegetables, fruits, Staples and what those standards need to be, what research needs to be done wrt to India etc... Nikhil usually is brilliant in his questions and was found wanting here.. the questions meandered into personal questions that didn't add value to the topic discussed. The one thing that the entire panel didn't pick up from Bryan multiple times during the long chat was that his mental approach is based entirely on DATA, not opinions! I guess Bryan left looking at the lack of progress on the topic.. maybe I am stretching it a bit here?!
Since that thought process is data driven , it’s already out there. He has spoken about it n number of times. Infact you can copy that blue print since it’s open source. He doesn’t consider the topic of human being n=1 , so what you want is already out there !
I am a bengaluru boy staying in africa. When i come to bengaluru i could feel the air quality but get used to in 2 days. it takes 3 to 4 days with traffic honking sound and get head ache for a day. after a week fall in love with it again and i miss it when i come back to africa. Missing home now.

I watched the full podcast, and it was good.
What makes you think that those who are obsessing over longevity don't enjoy the process of it ??
@@Yash.027
You know that famous dialogue:
"Babumoshai, zindagi badi honi chahiye, lambi nahi."
A lot of people spend their whole day worrying about the future-how they'll live tomorrow, the day after, or even ten years from now.

Pop ups are annoying. There should be option to disable.

This podcast is breaking new ground by sharing such deep insights. However, they should have included atleast one medical scientist, a credible doctor and a Yoga guru, to make the discussion more wholesome. Its just about current day longevity specialists.

Are human towards that ???

@@thatlittlepainter6784I've found that once a certain level of awareness is attained, the mind, ego, and questioning (everything objective) dissolve entirely. Once our basic needs are met, I believe our focus should shift toward realizing the essence that transcends our mortal existence. This timeless aspect is what truly matters
The problem with people is that they don’t understand that they are not in control. EVER!
Most of Bryan's routine is very risky as he adds cocktails of meds/drugs into his protocol and science is not yet advanced to see how they can interact with each other.

Same goes for the antacid drug Ranatidine, which was and still sold in India (banned by 120 countries including poor ones like Bangladesh) as it causes stomach cancer as modern research proves it.

I hope this instigates a talk for measures to be taken to take air quality a serious issue as it wont only induce longer life period but also lead to development and increased cognitive abilities and intelligence effects into our future generations.
It felt like a counselling session with Brian 😂😂
😂😂
Fr the other people seems like their brain on standby
Big shout out to Nikhil. Very smart and punchy questions to people like these.
Am I the only one who is doubting this video is also a part of kejriwals loss?? Nice timing of video Mr nikhil kamath❤❤😂😂
Babe wake up nikhil just dropped 3 n half hour podcast
I felt extreme suffocation every time I had to take the local trains of Mumbai. That's how horrible the pollution situation is in India. Glad somebody finally called out the nonsense.
Nikhil the Entrepreneur ❎
Nikhil the Philosopher ✅
This is what india now major chunk of people struggling for food on daily basis, and few are talking about air quality. jaha hmari struggle khatam hoti hai waha inki suru hoti hai 🥲
Bryan left this podcast to breathe better in a room with AQI of 0 - 30 😞
Indian air quality is heart wrenching, this is not even Delhi.
Its 1:38:12 for which u came
At this point i exactly wanted to say something.
Timestamp please!
43:19
@neetarao4563 thank you ♥️ love him for being this rebel
Nikhil is a masterclass podcaster !! Asks right questions to give clarity to viewers !
Grateful to have seen this video at the right time in my life while seeking for peak health knowledge of myself!
Bryan did a great things 👍🏼 This is what we deserve
The same pathway I do have and I am also struggling with to choose that I should go for doing something about the humanity and for our planet or a have to choose the jobs to secure my family first, I think I got the answer.😊
Brayan atleast had started the conversation about AQI . This is much needed in country.
It is such a shame why is pollution not a national emergency in india ,rich people can still afford to reduce pollution what about general people god save us
Obesity to fit, please make a podcast on it. It must includes:-
1. Nutritions and their importance
2. What diet and workout would help you lose fat, not muscles?
3. Difference between burning fats and carbs.
4. The science behind all these (from Food to ATP)
3:15:13 and The last conversation was candid and well-paced with that woman.....💚💚💚💚
Forget about common Indian citizens, even the educated billionaires like nikhil kamat doesn't understand the importance of Air Quality.
The last 15 minutes with Bryan John were amazing. So much knowledge and literature.
The air quality is so bad that now we think AQI 120 is good 💀
Nikhil and Nithin . .. as a kannadiga I am so proud of you both!!
Release time 11am Sunday.(For youtube researchers)
I think Bryan's leaving interview was an act of genuine marketing strategy by both the show & by the Bryan because
As a hard core bengalurean i love how our nikhil anna shows his love for our city❤❤
Yeah...but namma Bengaluru air quality is also degrading day by day , thanks to corrupt politician and industrial people
@@vikrantkumar7527yes yes true that😪 but as per wat i have seen since my childhood its also coz of the outsiders. They have only tried to exploit the city, reap max benefits from it but not give anything in return. At the end of the day they are all “proud” Tamilians,Malayalis , Indians from the North!!
@@kavithaM-j3h why u forgot to blame west and east indians? Except sidda the muda scammer
@@vikrantkumar7527 oh bhai i have nothing against my fellow Indians. And im no way a fan of the current Tabilani mindset wala government. Jusy shared my perspective as a native Bengalurean.
Ya we can sense that you are a bengluran before an Indian it seems like good for ypu bud@@kavithaM-j3h
Nikhil Can you do a podcast with Prof. Sunil Handa? After a long time he started mentoring in Kashmir Angel Network (KAN).
Podcast are done for people ,its not for personal relationship with host or guest . In long run people will decide who is right . As per me , bryan is right about air quality
I love that, this podcast is almost 4 hrs long😌
"Most people who buy these gadgets don't know what to do next" bro this is so true and a real problem.
A great topic and a wonderful panel where each one had something to contribute. Bryan came across with great depth on longevity. 👍
But it was a missed chance wrt to Bryan!
