The three bands I would’ve gone for. Saturday at Reading was the only day worth going for.
These guys are just SO consistently intense and have been for a decade. Insane how fresh they still sound.
Shoutout to Rou for a mental appearance later in the day with Pendulum in the Dance Tent for Sorry You're Not a Winner - had to be there.
Absolutely immaculate performance.

I wonder if they'll upload the whole show? Including the censorship of them calling out Thames Water (a major partner of the festival).
Their own tech's have confirmed it was a connection issue to front of house, not sabotage, the things about LIVE events is they are LIVE and things can and will go wrong, people just wanna call everything a conspiracy these days

@@JosiahBotting They mentioned a water company HQ that was around Reading & the front of house speakers cut out. They got it back up for this song & then afterwards as they were about to perform something else got cut off again & just walked off confused

The two main stage thing they’re doing is leading to poor turnout and subsequently poor atmosphere at a lot of great acts. Even bring me the horizon who were headlining I was after the second barrier with loads of room. The only bad that was real busy was arctic monkeys and they were VERY dull
Also reading has completely lost its identity, loads of kids who aren’t their for the music, just to get mashed up.
One kid in the dance tent turned to me and said ‘is someone on right now’ to which I responded, ‘yes… pendulum’. Not a clue haha
