Aloha from San Diego. Thank you so much for the wonderful information on the Big island and real estate options. Recently saw a foreclosure in Kona I could afford. I will continue to watch and learn. Also, watching Eric and Julie's videos over the years with interesting topics is great. The visit to Waimea Parker ranch open market is now something I'd like to do. I've yet to visit the big island but look forward to it. My first visit to Hawaii was in 1983 and stayed on Kauai. Basically, sold. I never really wanted to visit anywhere else just there. So, over the years off and on regularly. I said someday I'll retire here. Thank you, Amber and Julie.

As Canadians visiting the Merrie Monarch festival yesterday. It was fantastic to see how Hawaiians love and enjoy the festival...
So enjoyed being there.

I've been watching your videos for awhile now, they're great information from folks who present an honest view on what's happening on the Big Island. I've checked your website, it appears there's a demand to commit to use your brokerage to buy or sell properties in order to access information from the site. I won't do that and there are probably others who would refuse as well. Thank for all the great info you've provided on the videos, they are some of the best I've seen on real estate issues on the Big Island. I think they'll be very helpful for many people.

20 years ago I has buying lots in paradise park for 12,000. I acres in;orchid land for 6000 and 2 acres in orchid land for 8000. Price has really gone up
