The Rock Lizards actually had a strat for Fire Giant. The first 2 aimed for the ankles for a stagger, and the other two remaining aimed for the weakspot hands.
That might be the most ridiculous fight ever. From what I remember they scaled UP the AC's even the smallest AC would be larger than most of the bosses in ER.
I do like that in the fortissax fight that the lizards did not start moving until fortissax finished casting his lightning as the long call time on the lightning means fortissax never really has a chance to fight back as it takes so long to perform

Nah you did NOT wanna fight three at any given time. They stunlock and get into a rhythm. Lots of health and they were tanky as shit. Like literally chipping away at rocks. And they were effective enough to embarrass your high leveled character by that point as well depending on the gank setup. I usually had to lure one away from the bunch and even then it was shooting it's shot through whatever attack you were throwing out just to get one or two in depending on your windup at the time so you're most likely taking damage during up close and personal melee.
These rock lizards from DS3 and the bone wheels from DS1 are easily the two most dangerous final version enemies (after all patches) that FromSoftware have ever made 😂
Recently beat DS3 for the first time doing a naked run using only giant club weapons, this since I bought the game in 2016 being first naked run I stuck with. Twin Princes 8 tries. Nameless King 6 tried. Soul of Cinder 4 tries. Yet, these little lizards pissed me the hell off most in the run. Next the dlc bosses. Thank lord there are none of these stone pieces of crap there.
The roll attack has a lot of hitboxes per frame, but as a player it hits you only once as it knocks you down. Getting knocked down gives you some recovery i-frames to ignore the rest of the attack. Bosses don't get knocked down, so they tank ALL the hitboxes of the attack, which I suppose would be 60 hits per second if the game runs at 60 FPS.
Think of it like a circular saw. If you got hit once, you'd recoil and back away, right? Now imagine the boss as inanimate objects, like a block of wood or a chunk of rocks. Once they got hit, they can't back away, since they're inanimate objects, they had to keep taking damage from said saw until they got split.
Wow, Placidusax's first win in one of those, the "dragonlord" must have been pissed after his ass was handled by a true dragon, Midir, also only now I realized why you skipped Rennala's first phase with Midir, no way in hell he fits in that tiny room haha(should've been familiar with his sheer size since on my first playthru I spent an unhealthy amount of time on him even tho it was years ago, good times)

I'll be honest with everyone in the replies, its because I don't consider Elden Ring and any of its characters good/well developed, not even barely decent, for me it was an huge drop in quality in Fromsoft games, everything in it feels dumbed down compared to Demon Souls, Dark Souls trilogy, Bloodborne and Sekiro, the lore is terribly terrible, I only finished it once out of spite because I couldn't get a refund on it anymore due to Steam policies(I fell into the hype trap, pre-ordered the deluxe edition as soon as it became "pre-purchasable", hell, even gifted the standard edition to a friend of mine because he is a Fromsoft aficionado the same way I am), but thankfully since then, I have restored my faith in Fromsoft's capability of developing a game with challenging gameplay and great lore with Armored Core 6 and learned a valuable lesson, you can pre-purchase a game, but only do it 1 week TOPS before it launches(I do it usually 1 day before it launches, that saved me money more time than I can count ever since haha)

Malekith is takes some time to get used to, since his first form can be one shotted in several ways, and then just getting timing on his 2nd phase. Malenia if we don't count her speed, fact that her ai dodges all projectiles, the blender attack, the nuke in 2nd phase... all that is fine, just makes her op. What makes her broken is the ability to heal with attacks. In videos such as this it is her ability to heal that gives her the win, and makes her broken.
Malenia just narrowly avoided becoming roadkill. Almost an exact repeat of her getting smeared against the Haligtree floor by a group of silver tear boulders.
